I knew the property was kind of dated going in, but I wanted the 90’s Arabic feeling so I was ok with it. Their self proclaimed 7 star status is maybe as dated as the bathrooms though. The wear and tear on carpets, exposed electric wiring on the way to the pool and buckling trex decking on the pool edge makes it feel less than a 5 star, especially for the price. The staff was very friendly, the pool area is really nice and beach is a short golf cart ride away with calm beautiful water and a striking view of the hotel, so overall, I do recommend staying here.

What a beautiful hotel, fantastic service and wonderfully relaxing. Everything is well thought through and it doesn't feel overly crowded. There was always sunbeds by the pool and afternoon tea in the skyview was perfect.

Perdeleri ve kapıyı açmak için bile ayağa kalkmama gerek kalmıyordu çünkü uzaktan kumanda ile yapılabiliyordu. Altından muslukları, jakuzisi her şeyiyle en iyi ve en özelini sunmaya çalışmışlar. Güleryüzlü, kibar ve inanılmaz yardımsever personeliyle adeta size özel biri olduğunuzu hissettiren bir oteldi. Ta havalimanından itibaren her ihtiyacımla hızlıca ilgilenildi. Restoranları hem çok büyüktü, hem de kaliteli ürün ve bol çeşit içeriyordu. Manzaralı havuzu, bugüne kadarki en iyi masaj deneyimini sunan Talise spa ve masaj ekibi ve nicesi… Sabaha kadar anlatsam bitiremem öyle söyleyeyim. We had an amazing stay at Burj Al Arab's panoramic suite! The Rolls Royce pick-up and city tour were luxurious, and our concierge made check-in a breeze. The view from our room surpassed expectations, and the amenities added to the exquisite experience. December offered fantastic outdoor options, including pools, the beach, and Wild Wadi’s Waterpark. The Talise Spa's Royal Rose Journey massage was a highlight. However, a small setback occurred at Al Muntaha restaurant, as it doesn't allow children under 8, impacting our anniversary plans. We opted for La Perle's show instead, a mesmerizing substitute. Despite this hiccup, our stay was exceptional. We rate it 5 stars, grateful for the helpful staff. Bei Ankunft erhält man eine Flasche Wasser, jedoch kein Glas. Welches Kind trinkt Wasser aus der Flasche und bei einer Frau hat das auch wenig Stil, auf die Nachfrage nach drei Gläsern kam die lapide Antwort "wir haben keine Gläser". Bei einem 5-7 Sterne Hotel nehme ich als Angestellter die Füße in die Hand und besorge drei Gläser. Weiterhin gibt man bei der Reservierung das Alter des Kindes an, in unserem Fall 8 Jahre. Es kommt nirgends der Hinweis, dass man erst ab 12 Jahre in den tollen Infinity Pool mit Ausblick hat, man wird auch hier lapidar auf den Kinderpool verwiesen.

Amazing. We got a great half board package which included Michelin star restaurants. The only complaint is the pool is in dire need of refurbishment. There were many cracked tiles and rust staining which was really out of place for such a beautiful property.

We had a very late check-in due to a flight. This was smooth and easy process in our room. Our room was immaculately tidy and clean. We are very comfortable in the suite. We didn’t need the butler service as we found it confusing with what they would do and what they wouldn’t do would stay again in a smaller room or even the same room without this butler. Service absolutely recommend to anyone.

Sorry to say that this hotel has gone backwards over the last 5 years. The breakfast restaurant was awful, cramped and dirty. Service was average at best. Definitely not the place for families. Only one lift working at peak time for breakfast. English language levels were poor overall. Whole place is crying for a revamp. I hope one day it’ll improve as it’s an iconic venue. Won’t be back for a very long time

아주 럭셔리한 경험..침실이 2층이라 왔다갔다 오히려 살짝 불편..창에 커다란 강철빔이 지나가는 방이라 교환해달라고 했더니 다른 층으로 해주었다..티백이 헝겊이 아니라 7성급에 어울리지않았다..위챗으로 연락하면 1분내 답이 바로 왔다..서비스 마인드가 무장된 종업원들이 항상 지니처럼 도와줬다.

Staying at this hotel was a truly unique experience. We had a duplex suite, with lots of amenities. The upstairs bathroom had a whirlpool bathtub in addition to a great shower. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff, at all stages of our stay, were polite and engaging.

Only item is that your wireless chargers in the room are dated and most parts don’t work. Only one of the usb ports on one charging station worked. Funny for a place that is 7stars and that for the rest is very ontop of it all. There is the Marina district about 20 min drive that is nice place to stay as well with a large variety of places in its vicinity. But I did truly enjoy my stay.

Burj Al Arab is really the best worldwide hotel. This is why many people call this hotel 7 stars. Despite the high price, it is worthy all. Rooms are amazing, unforgettable, super comfortable, huge size, and with great views around. Restaurants are at top world quality. Breakfast buffet by the sea was the best we have been, with a high personalized attention, with almost all “a la carte”. You really feel like a”king” in this hotel. We will recommend it to friends, family members, and everybody else. No one could be better! We want to highlight the attention we received from Ulises at front desk since the beginning to the end of the stay. He was all the time pending on our needs and wishes. Everything with him ran smoothly and fast. Thanks a lot Ulises, we won’t forget you. Our butler, Mr. Abhinav, did an excellent job since our arrival at floor 20th. He was pending on all for us. Bottom line, we don’t think that there is another hotel better than Burj Al Arab worldwide. Thanks.

We had a super relaxing stay. We were looked after superbly by all staff bar one. She barge in the lift and went up despite our lift travelling downwards. The hotel is now 20 years old and shows in some places but this did not detract from the opulence and service with a smile. The bedding and bed was pure luxury. Looking forward to returning!

I just need to complain about the front gate security, no help ! I was there with a tour bus send us there at the date of check in hotel, after loaded my luggages and standing outside hotel for almost 40mins under the sun and ask for security to help to call to get in with luggage’s but nobody care!

Nice building but the valet staff is incredibly unprofessional. I couldn’t believe they were cursing, yelling at taxi drivers and paying little attention to guests . I felt like I was at extended stay near south beach. Also- check in is slow. Really slow. It took us 30 mins just to check in. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Average 3 stars.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and they did nothing for us, there was no extra touch from them to make a special stay for us. Only at the end because I told them they brought a cake. The staff at check-in and registration including the manager of that division are absolutely incompetent if not useless. The rest of customer facing staff are outstanding, Omar provided us with world class service. I stayed at the Royal Atlantis the week before checking into Burj-Alarab and I felt like I downgraded.

I paid for a panoramic suite and they gave me an “upgrade” to a 2 bedroom suite which is definitely not what I wanted! I only have 2 people so it’s totally unnecessary to give me 2 bedrooms. I wanted the floor to ceiling view which is why I booked the panoramic suite. We checked in at around 1:30pm and clearly declined the “upgrade”, yet they failed to give us the original panoramic suite we booked. They have other people checking in after us and still got the panoramic room. The staff did not check with those people to see if they wanted upgrade instead. I know because my friend checked in 1 hour after me and still got the panoramic suite and the staff didn’t ask them to give them the upgrade (not that they wanted it), but my point was the staff did not try to fix the problem! They just forced us to accept a room we didn’t want and just comp our meals. But I’m not here for free meals! I feel like the staff did nothing trying to give us our original room back! Plus for a hotel with such high prestige, it should not overbook the room! Initially they said our room had “issues”, then later slipped and said they tried to get our room back but couldn’t! So obviously they gave my room to someone else! We wasted several hours trying to resolve this thus couldn’t enjoy the hotel as much as we had hoped. I am very disappointed with the staff and management!

I visit Dubai every year, and no hotel comes close to the Burj Al Arab. Even after 24 years, the service remains on an exceptional level of luxury and professionalism. From the moment we arrived, the welcome – especially for my children – was incredibly warm and professional. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality these days. The check-in was smooth, elegant, and made us feel like VIPs right away. The facilities are out of this world: the water park, swimming pool, and especially the butler service – everything is extravagant and beautifully managed. Every detail is taken care of with the highest standards. For me, the Burj Al Arab is and will always be the best hotel in the world. I will continue to reserve here every time I come to Dubai. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the ultimate luxury experience!

Unique location. Being by the water away from the city center is a plus for holiday. Excellent facilities. Outstanding staff/service. Decor is very “Las Vegas” glitzy and may seem less than elegant to some. Apparently they don’t double check work of housekeeping prior to releasing room. We found a nail file behind the door in the second bathroom. Some furnishings are a bit worn (dusting lampshades daily likely leads them to be off kilter). Some room lights didn’t dim properly like the others indicating bulb replacement was needed but had not been noted. So outstanding in many ways but not absolute perfection as a standard. Some delays for services.
