Great place near to Dubai Airport (DXB) with shuttle service. My room was super comfortable and had great amenities. The pool is gorgeous and easy to spend time there. Several restaurants on site to choose from and the breakfast buffet had great options of all kinds.

Great airport hotel. Airport shuttle runs every 40 minutes. Several food and bar options in the hotel, including happy hours. The pool is area is HUGE...my only point of criticism is that you are prohibited from being outside food/drinks, but the selection they have at the pool is limited. Guests should be able to enjoy whatever food/drinks they want at the pool. this is the only hotel I've been to in Dubai with such a strict policy.

This hotel is a joke! Definitely not a 4* experience. The staff are very unaccommodating. Have not told us upon check in that the swimming pool was to be closed for the rest of the day so spoilt our stay completely. Didn't honour the 20% discount on food either. The answer was: we can't do anything more. It is messy and not the experience we got everywhere else in Dubai! Avoid!

An older but well-appointed airport hotel. At this price-point, if you’re stopping over on the way somewhere, this is an excellent choice. Biggles Pub has a fantastic range of beer, also a Mexican and Italian restaurant. One thing to consider - the shuttle from the airport only runs every 40 minutes so check the timetable ahead of your arrival and wait in the cool of the terminal before venturing outside to the bus stop.

This is my first ever negative review of a hotel. I was told the room was non-smoking, but the moment I opened the door, I could smell the stench of cigarettes. The sheets, vents, and everything else smelled like cigarettes. The entire property seemed not well-cleaned or maintained, so I checked out at 5 am and went to another hotel.

Rooms were clean and staff was professional and courteous. We checked in at 3:30am with no issues with multiple staffers at lobby and check-in desk for speed. Shuttle was right on time depending on time table provided. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options and fresh pastries and omelets made to order. They graciously provided late check-out since we had a shorter stay.

The room was spacious though a bit dated. The room and beds were clean and the amenities were ok. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are not sound proof. I could clear hear conversations from the next room. I only stayed for a night. So I was not bothered as much. But clearly wouldn't choose the hotel for a longer stay. Also seems like this hotel is were all budget airlines put their staff. I had to wade through a horde of airlines staff at the lobby to get to check-in. It was very loud and noisy if that bothers you. Tip : make sure you get a room on the left side of the hotel(closer to the swimming pool) which seems to have a better vibe.

Alle 5.30 di mattina un fracasso dovuto forse ad un generatore che non ci ha più fatto dormire.. bagno con scarsi prodotti.. per una notte e nulla più. Solo traveller on business for 3 nights. Clean room. Had all the things needed although couldn't find an ironing board or iron. Guess could have asked. Was quiet on two nights and then a noisy on the third. Couldn't work out if maybe plumbing above when toilets flushed but was regular. I don't like the heat which is nice this time of year (Jan) but still had to switch off the AC as way too cold. Couldn't adjust the temperature as kept on defaulting to 21 which no way it was correct. Again I could have asked to recalibrate or fix a higher temperature so not a negative. Check in experience very good and fast. Price for the room very good on a well known internet site. Location nearby the airport (7-10 mins without traffic) is awesome and on the best side of Dubai if travelling to Sharjah for meetings etc. I wouldn't stay here with my family on holiday but for business it's perfect. Good choice of eateries both within the hotel and adjacent. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and amenities great. Excellent location The only thing that made my stay not very enjoyable was the air conditioning which was fixed at 20C, no matter what I did with the temperature panel. I called housekeeping around 2am. They sent a man, who closed most of the vents and said that that should increase the temperature a bit, but it didn't. So I ended up not being able to sleep because it was too cold When I told the receptionist at the check out, he just carried on with the check-out without any empathy, let alone apologize and offer anything for compensation

The staff was extremely helpful, especially the Egyptian, sorry forgot his name. Forgot my passport in the taxi, he got on the phone right away and called the taxi company, within an hour my passport dropped of to me. Can’t thank him enough. Rooms were super clean with one of the most comfortable beds anywhere. Enjoyed every second of my stay. Will definitely stay there my next trip to Dubai.

Wouldn’t do an early check in but had vacancies, I booked an additional night due to early flight and ask that they could link up the accommodation which when I got to the hotel they hadn’t done. Waited 10-15 minutes at Check-in. I think if they have no intention of honouring gold or VIP they shouldn’t advertise it.

My VIP benefits were not recognized and I had to clarify this at check in after it was denied.VIP Discounts had to be requested continuously even to get the free upgrade. Was embarrassing and annoying.

This hotel was a great place to stay for a 24 hour stop in Dubai. It's very close to the airport and provides a convenient free shuttle service, although you need to make sure are very clear about which terminal you want to transfer to as the default terminal was for Emirates. close to public transport if you want to get out and see the city. There are a number of restaurants at the hotel and we enjoyed a very nice meal, reasonably priced, at Biggles. The pool was fabulous. Lots of lounges, both in the sun and in the shade.

Excellent property. One of few mexican restraunts in Dubai and superb Japanese restraunt. Also all inhouse dining had superb chefs. Hotel staff were to a person extremely helpful. All around great experience. Pool bar access pod could be staffed a bit better but not an issue.

musty smell in hallways, food not what we expected. Orange juice very good. Coffee service in room terrible would not drink this ever. Coffee from room service too expensive. Onion soup not french onion soup one would expect. cream cheese with bagel not there....TV service is sub par.

The level of noise by staff or workers carrying out maintenance unbelievably even after midnight. My first food in the social bar upset me and I had to take a tablet. The next time I ate in the Mexican bar they couldn’t even supply what was in the dish. Overall I did not enjoy my stay and I wouldn’t recommend it from a noise point of view.
