We stayed the weekend due to a recent winter storm. Our room was upgraded on arrival due to storm but the online rate was identical for both nights. Room had full kitchen with separate bedroom. Although it is an economy motel, very clean, comfortable with bathroom upgrades. The Cafe was a bonus with an upscale authentic bakery. Wonderful and kind staff! Although parking is visible front and pack it is all greenery in back and except for building next to pool a beautiful green valley country view in front.

The owner was very kind, accommodating and flexible. The check in space was a bit outdated but aside from check in that was the only time I was there. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I look forward to staying again!

What a surprise this was for us. Nice little suite with a full kitchen. I'm guessing this is truly a family business and everyone was beyond kind and helpful. Added bonus is a lovely coffee house with the best homemade pastries and then treated ourselves to a pedicure at the spa. The motel is only about 10 minutes from Fredericton, so it was very convenient without the noise of the city.

The building looks a bit old and shabby from the outside, but interior was fine. Lobby smelled terrible (like moisture/mold) but the room was very clean and smelled good. Sheets smelled very good too and bed was comfy. The outdoor pool was very much appreciated in this heat wave. The bakery inside was delicious and staff there was lovely.

The hotel was in very rough shape. Huge stains on the bed, pool was closed and the bathroom door in our room has clearly been kicked in. It was the first of a few stops on our trip and we chalked it up to a comical experience, but I would never stay there again.

We really were surprised about the size of the room. It was clean, the bed very comfortable. All the amendities of a kitchen with a large stove and fridge. The only thing missing was coffee and a coffee pot - lot of cups / mugs but no coffee or tea. There was an electric kettle.

I’ve stayed here a few times as it is close to family members and I’ve never had a bad experience here. It is a little dated but the renovations they’ve done on it make up for it. The bathroom towels are nice and thick, the beds are comfortable with nice soft sheets. There is nothing bad I can say about the place.

WiFi service is unacceptable. Unable to use our streaming due to everything freezing and then minutes later if would catch up. Even tv took minutes to connect to the channel and the position of the tv isn’t set correctly. Couldn’t watch from bed No coffee machine in the room but realized it was because it is to encourage you to go to their cafe which was charming. Really too bad about the WiFi because we will probably not go back.

I was headed to PEI from Calgary, it was my third day on the road and I needed a place to rest after a long day on the road. I got held up but the owner waited for me to arrive. He was super friendly and so nice, it was appreciated after a long day. When I got to my room it was great. I grabbed a shower with great hot water, fluffy towels that helped shake off the road. The bed was comfy and great sheets. I got a great nights sleep and was off to the Island refreshed.

The Silverwood was the most affordable place to stay during the nights we were in Fredericton. The owner was very friendly and upgraded us to a suite. We spent an extra night in one of their regular rooms. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage room. The beds were very clean. The only downsides were that the wifi was on the slower side, and the walls were not soundproof. We would stay again.

Ce motel est isolé de tout et pas à proximité de l'autoroute si c'est pour un arrêt dodo, 20 km pour rejoindre l'autoroute dir QC. Lieux délabrés, la porte de l'accueil indique comme un commerce de poses d'ongles. La réception est en désordre. Un jeune asiatique me fait un accueil correct. J'étais la seule personne à ce motel, je trouvais ça un peu weird. Je dois avouer que la chambre était impeccable et matelas confortable. C'est peut être un endroit qu'ils sont en train de renover, je ne sais pas. L'ajout d'une cafetière et de verres dans la chambre serait un plus. Un a/c semblait neuf, fonctionnait très bien.

The place was nice, a bit noisy because of the road being so close. The colour choice is very dark. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. They had a little café for snacks and coffee they had the best iced coffee of my life.

All was good. The only thing I didn’t really like about it was the fact that there was no coffee machine. I am a coffee man in the morning. I know this might be petty to some people, but most small motels do have a coffee machine they may have had one in the kitchenette, however they did not supply any coffee.

We stay often as it is convenient to my son in Upper Kingsclear. The staff are very friendly and nice to talk to. Since our last visit they opened a French bakery and it is to die for! Beautiful baked goods and though I don’t like coffee the smell of the coffee is amazing.
