Can’t beat the price! Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the gym and appreciated the laundry room. Recommend staying on the top floor as you can hear people walking above. One improvement would be soft closing doors to each room, as you can tell when people enter/exit their rooms, the doors slam shut!

Brand new place. I was a little scared of the laundry at first (you have to use an app!!!) but it turned out to be super easy and very convenient. We were glad to stay here and would stay here again.

The host at the front desk upon leaving was rude and not friendly or polite. The coffee machine was not working. He told us to go away and get a hot drink somewhere else and said they didnt own the machine therefore he couldnt fix it. Bad customer service because of a jack --- front desk employee. wish i had his name.

Even though there was a room between us and the next guest. The crying baby was very noticeable. Maybe it would be wise to have a couple of rooms to buffer noise since the motel was not full. Also, the ice machine was out of order 6 of the 7 days for our stay.

The whole floor, towels, and bathroom were very dirty and had a lot of hair. I’m bald and there were hairs everywhere. The doors didn’t work with the cards and the sheets made me itch all night. It was very noisy the whole time.

The room wasn’t very clean. That bathroom had dust and foreign hairs in the tub and shower shelves. The chairs and counter tops weren’t wiped down and neither was the microwave and refrigerator freezer. The pillows for the bed were thin or lumpy thicker on one side or the other. Over all the staff was nice except one guy was super rude to my mom acting like she was going to steal the towels when simply asked if we can get extra. The sink in the kitchen area was also dirty with specs of food. Overall, it was a good day just those few things. We did feel safe and there’s plenty of food choices nearby. Walmart and target are super close and even Sam’s Club.

Maybe we just caught them on a bad day. There was two concerts in the area and we were there for one. Everything upon check in was great. Initially we thought the room was great too, but the further we got into the room the more clear it was that it was not clean. Counters had spilled coffee on them, the shower was full of hair and soap residue. In the corner by the bed there was something brown spilled and not cleaned up, the fridge was never cleaned out. Old pizza and drinks inside. Walls and doors were filthy. There was even a noodle on the ceiling. Fortunately that was the one thing I got a video of because it was quite comical. Overall we wouldn’t stay here again simply because of cleanliness.

The staff seemed annoyed when I arrived for my stay but quickly composed themselves to finish my check in. The room I stayed in seems clean until I got to the bathroom where the towels had an odd brown stain on them and a mirror that was not properly clean making it hard to see my reflection. The property was loud with other guest, I was hearing music, tvs, and talking through the ceiling and walls at all hours of the night. Other than that the room was a nice size with excellent amenities like a small kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. Unfortunately the lack of cleanliness was a turn off and I would probably not stay here again

This hotel seemed very new and modern, however our experience was less than ideal. The check in kiosk was convenient but glitchy. The bathroom was covered in hair from the previous people’s stay and the floor in the main area was covered in crumbs and boot prints as well. The sheets on the bed had multiple rips and holes. While this stay was at an affordable price, the cleanliness and quality of the room has me questioning if I would give it another shot when in the area again. You get what you pay for I guess.

For a new hotel, it was pretty dirty. I found several hairs in my towels and on the bathroom counter. I was given one shampoo bottle in my room… no soap, no conditioner.. it was okay but pricey for what you got

The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel is new, nice and clean and there are a lot of stores nearby like Walmart and Target with a lot of food options. You can even walk there if you don't want to drive. The only con was that even having a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and stove top and even a dishwasher, there were no plates, silverware. It wasn't a deal breaker for me because I stayed only 1 night, just usually when I see a full kitchen it also comes with everything, even pots, pans and glassware. - just FYI if you plan to stay longer and want to use the kitchen.

Rooms are clean and very nice. However, internet did not work. The bath water ran tepid, while giving my son a bath. The blinds did not keep the parking lot lighting out. It was like daytime in our room, while trying to sleep.

Commendably clean and functional with a fully-equipped (including dishwasher!) full-size kitchen. Furniture was rather spartan, but tolerable. The bed was comfortable. The only downside we found was the thin walls--so thin one could hear a gnat flatulate in the adjacent room.

the hotel is new so that was nice. the bed was low to the ground and noisy every time we moved it made noise. the frig was not cleaned but let front desk know. all in all it was a nice stay. checking in at the kiosk was a new experiense but fun

Clean and comfortable overall. Had a studio-having a kitchen is great but they didn't provide a coffee maker in the room and there weren't curtains on the windows, just blinds, so you are definitely waking up with the sun. It's new, so once the kinks are all worked out I'm sure it will be great.

They day free wifi. Ive neen here about a week and i keep getting same error with the wifi everynight, until today it hasnt been a big deal but now my personal data has slowed down because of the usage and im not able to work and they cant offer me other options at this time. My wirk requires wifi.

Clean, spacious, close to shopping area and restaurants. The room is not soundproofed very good though. We could hear everytime the other room’s door closing, and every luggage wheels rolling. But overall, a very enjoyable stay.

The building is new therefore nice and clean. We felt very safe, loved the location in that it was within walking distance of Jordan landing. What we didn’t like was the fact the website says full kitchen amenities. However, there was not one stick of anything in the kitchen. No plates, silverware, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, coffee maker NOTHING. the kitchen had a nice refrigerator, dishwasher (ironic) and a 2 burner counter top stove. We had to take our own towels down to exchange them. They told us to put them in a plastic bag and take them to the front desk. What plastic bag? It said the room would be refreshed every 2 days. We were there for 10 days. No one ever came in to empty trash (we had to empty our own trash and ask for plastic bag refills) or change the sheets. I did inquire about the idea of an extended stay if you had to buy all your own amenities. There was a sticker in the bathroom that said kitchen amenities for purchase.

No staff at night. Their check in process is horrible, the automated key card maker was inoperable so I couldn’t check into the room I booked. I had to stay at another hotel until I could speak to a staff member the next day. Don’t waste your time booking.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. First, there was a mistake with my reservation that ended up costing me an additional $90. Even worse, someone walked into my hotel room while I was asleep — which was terrifying and completely unacceptable. When I shared these issues with the manager (the one with the tattoo), her response was that she “can’t control what other people do.” I found this dismissive and highly unprofessional, especially given the seriousness of the situation.

The room was clean, which is a top priority. The customer service experience was sub-standard. The check-in kiosk was not working. There was a line of people and the wait was more than 30 minutes. There were other guests that were reporting that the room they were assigned had not been cleaned. The person at the desk spoke harshly about the cleaning staff and was visibly frustrated. Rooms were nice and roomy, very clean and very quiet. Did not hear any outside noise or noise from hallways or other rooms. Easy check in. Lots of shopping and eating options in the area. Will stay here again for sure!!

it was nice there the rooms there are very spaciousit's set up for long stays there's no kind of room service there no breakfast offeredthe beds are kind of hard the comforters are not very thickthey did not charge any kind of deposit which is awesomeand you can control the temperature with a thermos that that is on the wall which is also nice the bed set up high so if you end up dropping anything and it goes underneath you are able to get it there's plenty of shelving space overall it's set up more or less like a studio that is pre-furnished so if you're looking for a long stay with no deposit but a high cost for a single night this would be an awesome hotel for you

The front desk staff was super kind and helpful. The hotel is new, nice and clean and there are a lot of stores nearby like Walmart and Target with a lot of food options. You can even walk there if you don't want to drive. The only con was that even having a fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge and stove top and even a dishwasher, there were no plates, silverware. It wasn't a deal breaker for me because I stayed only 1 night, just usually when I see a full kitchen it also comes with everything, even pots, pans and glassware. - just FYI if you plan to stay longer and want to use the kitchen.

I didn't like that I stayed for a week and didn't get any service from the housekeepers. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, ect. I also had to take out my own garbage. Plus, they didn't have continental breakfast and the staff weren't very polite.

The location was perfect for our stay; the staff was accommodating and efficient. Our room was clean, and on the first floor which was convenient for my ESA. I also enjoyed that I was able to open the window enough not to have to use the air conditioner. Which allowed for a comfortable and quiet night's sleep.
