Great location and dining options. We liked the room and facilities. Accidentally got wrong room number on the card but was corrected and no problem checking in . Breakfast is good. Pool closes early so we couldn't use it the first night and it was closed in the morning for maintenance till 10am with a 11 am check out time. Front desk let us stay till 12 and extended our check out time 1 hr so kids could enjoy the pool and we gad enough time. Front desk was very nice and helpful.

They had a hot tub in the past. Obviously it had problems. Rather than fixing the hot tub, they filled it in and tiles over it. Very disappointed. Won't be staying here again

Clean room, nice lobby, staff was friendly. Parking was safe. Convenient location. A little loud due to nearby traffic, but not more than what you'd expect for the location. Free hot breakfast bar with some basic options available. Overall we would stay again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool or other amenities, and as we were checking out we heard them say the pool was going under renovations. So if that is what interests you, you might want to see if it's up and running by the time of your stay. Otherwise, we had a nice visit.

Staff where great, room clean, bathroom shower fixtures in need of attention, heating and cooling unit in need of attention. The hotel pictures show a Hot tube in the pool area, there is absolutely NO hot tub on the hotel property. The Pool was not heated very cold for kids and not enjoyable at all

Was clean and well kept. Great location, close to shopping, dining, etc. Only wish they would have had a hot tub. Not sure why hotels are doing away with their hot tubs. If you ask me, do away with the pool and keep the hot tub!

This is a nice clean place, staff is very helpful. The only thing I missed was the spa, they did have a pool. There is no microwave in the room. Room was priced reasonably.

We found garbage underneath our beds . Our bathtub backed up and made awful noises all night . My daughter had engagement photos the next day and could not shower. I was very upset and contacted the front desk. They would not refund me for the night. They did give me points, but I was so upset.

The room was spacious and we liked the sliding doors to get into the sides of the building. It made bringing luggage in easy. The problem we had was that I called down to the front desk to ask for towel service and for someone to come mop in front of the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink the next day. The floors were sticky when we got there. No one ever came with fresh towels and no one ever mopped the floor. We had to go down to the desk and get our own towels.

When checking in the worker was not very polite and not informative. He did not give us any information about the amenities, breakfast, or WiFi, which is usually the norm at other hotels I have stayed at. What was weird is that I received a text message from him asking if we needed anything. I feel like this is really weird and that this service should be provided at check in, not through a text message. We were put in a handicap accessible room, not by our own request. The room was not cleaned well. There was trash under the bed, including a huge Mountain Dew bottle. The blinds were suppose to be electric but they didn’t even work and the one set of blinds were held up by a binder clip. This would be impossible for a wheelchair bound person to open the blinds. There were two ottomans at the end of the bed that were in poor condition. I’m addition there were dirty shoe prints on the floor by the sink. The next morning we had breakfast, which was good. The older man, Steve, I think that was his name, was very helpful and friendly. It would be nice if other hotels had a man like him in the dining area. At check out, the women was friendly and nice. She also gave us a couple water bottles for the road. I usually don’t give reviews but I felt like the pros and cons should be noted in this case. I stayed at this hotel twice before a few years ago and I didn’t have any complaints. It is unfortunate that it has seemed to go downhill and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair on the floor, had not been mopped. The beds were very uncomfortable. At 10 p.m. the room above us was very noisy. It sounded like they were picking up furniture and dropping it. We we're going to call after a few minutes then it stopped. The continental breakfast was good.

The room was semi clean. The desk table looked as if they didn’t wipe it down the floor seemed like they didn’t vacuum it. Found earrings on the floor near the bed. The sheets kept sliding off the bed was SUPER SUPER uncomfortable my toddler wasn’t even comfortable we didn’t really rest at all. We could feel the springs of the bed and hear them as we got into bed and when we would toss and turn. The area around the hotel is nice just wouldn’t stay here again.

I use a CPAP machine and there was NO access to outlets on the nightstand. I had to unplug the alarm clock to get to an outlet. It was a pain to do. My wife thought the mattress was very uncomfortable. We rather enjoyed our stay.

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. At first they said it would be a couple of hours before they could get us a room. After waiting in the lobby they only 10 minutes they said that we could have our room in 5 minutes. Additionally the next day they allowed us to check out at noon so that we could watch conference. These guys are awesome.

Good: hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast good though could use more fruit, pool well heated but no hot tub. Bad: We had booked a non-refundable rate on a Saturday night traveling up from Zion National Park. The roads closed Friday morning and prevented us from traveling further East, so we booked another night at this property for Friday night, hoping to cancel Saturday's. Arriving at the hotel Friday evening we asked about possibility to cancel Saturday since we booked a second night and was told nothing they can do as the manager was not there. Sat morning went to ask again. Manager returns and apologies we "weren't educated" on how this works, something about a contract between Hotels.com and the hotel, losing money, etc. She said the property did not have the money I paid for the room yet (hotels.com said the opposite). I explained our situation again and asked for accommodation since the roads in southern Utah were closed requiring us to change plans. She was completely unwilling to accommodate. Hotels.com contacted the property on my behalf stating the hotel DID have our funds already and they simply needed a waiver to provide a refund, which the property refused to do. So in the end we lost out on $150 due to circumstances beyond our control. An email to Hilton Honors was just redirected to the property and they have not replied. Lesson learned fo rus not to book non-refundable stays, but we'll select a different property to stay instead next time.

The front desk guy checking in couldn't merge my reservation, insisting I would have to change rooms on Sunday. Even though I called so this problem wouldn't happen and it did. Then Sunday they text me and ask about cleaning and servicing the room, I texted back when we would be out of the room, come back at 9:00pm and nothing was done. Called the front desk, he said he was understaffed and if we wanted clean towels we would have to come down, he couldn't find anybody to bring them up. Tuesday check-out girl was excellant.

This hotel has been our go to hotel for the majority of our Salt Lake trips. With that being said, we will never stay at this hotel again. It started out with them having television issues that took out all stations so if you wanted to watch TV, you had to log into your own streaming. Second night elevators went out so you had to use the stairs if you were above the first floor. This one was not as big of an issue because I know things happen. We've always slept well at this hotel but the room we were given had paper, thin mattresses, and I think that the floor would've had more cushioning to sleep on. The main reason we will never stay here again is because on our last night in we waited at the front desk so we could ask for more toilet paper and nobody ever came up to the desk. I decided I would just ring down in the morning and get a roll since we had enough to hopefully last us through the night. When I rang down at 7 AM, I was informed that housekeeping would not be in until 8:30 or 9 o'clock. When I asked if somebody else could run us up a roll of toilet paper she sighed and said she guessed she could put a sign out at the desk. I had my child in the bathroom waiting for toilet paper and it took over 20 minutes to bring up a roll of toilet paper. As we left out at 8 AM, we witnessed one housekeeping, knocking on a door and another one rolling by us after being told that no housekeeping would be in until later. I will not be staying at another Hampton Inn in the future.

Our stay was great. Beds were comfy and the staff was all great. The gentleman that manned the breakfast was the sweetest and helped me kids make their waffles. He also went out of his way to make sure i had ice for my water bottle.
