Virkelig dejligt hotel. Dejligt stort værelse med lille sofaarrangement dertil (delux room) og lækker morgenmad! Eneste minus var parkering af bil. Så efter at have kørt rundt i en time for p-plads (optaget op til 2 km væk) afleverede vi nøglen ved hotellet og de parkerede den et sted. Kostede så også 44€ pr nat!

Super schönes Hotel im Herzen Hamburgs. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, es gab hervorragendes Frühstück und tolle Cocktails sowie sehr freundliches Personal. Einziges Mango war leider der Wellnessbereich. Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und klein. Hier müsste definitiv renoviert werden. Was wir persönlich auch nicht so gut fanden, war, dass überall Hund im Hotel waren und es aber nur Teppich gab. Zudem wurden die Zimmer nicht mit Haustieren separiert, was hygienisch fragwürdig ist für Allergiker. An der Sauberkeit unseres Zimmers hat es aber nicht gemangelt.

Havde lukket poolen, og ingen parkering mulighed. Hvis havde vist før, måske valgt anderledes. Og ved tjek ud, får man at vide man skal betale city tax.. Træls.. Når man allerede har betalt.

The Atlantic Hotel has a great location, right next to the Alta Alsta Lake. The room was very comfortable (superior, Lake view), with a large bathroom and very comfortable king bed. We had dinner in the Health and Grill and both the food and the view was excellent. Breakfast was superb, with a great choice , including the excellent Atlantic Omelette (with shrimp). We used the pool and spa and were overall very impressed with the facilities. Staff at the Atlantic are helpful and attentive, adding to the overall experience. The inner courtyard and Atlantic bar are worth a visit, with a great atmosphere and cocktail collection. I would recommend taking the hop on/off tour bus (it stops right outside the hotel), if you want to see the major sites of the city. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Hamburg and of course, the Atlantic!

Tolles Hotel im Herzen Hamburgs. Super sauer & freundliches Personal! Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die Hunde im Hotel und dass es scheinbar keine seperaten Zimmerkategorien mit Haustier gab - bei Teppichböden ist das nicht sehr hygienisch. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist leider schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sonst top!

Das Hotel hat uns hervorragend gefallen! Das Zimmer war gepflegt, geräumig und vor allem sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Es ließ keine Wünsche offen. I made a 4 day reservation to splurge on myself. I regretted it. The mattress was super soft, which made sleeping on the side painful. The shower has two possibilities: Shower head from the ceiling, which would make my long hair wet. Or the handheld is in a loop in one position, which hits the lower half of my face. So, I had to take it out of that ring and hold it in my hand to shower. On the 3rd day they never cleaned my room. The room was quite small as well. I asked, if I could get out of my reservation, but they wouldn't let me. Really disappointed in what I got for such a price. I stayed in the Downtown Marriott before and that was better at a lower price

Det var en fantastisk oplevelse at bo på dette hotel. Alt var i top – elegant og smukt indrettet, med høj renlighed og en fremragende service fra personalet. Opholdet levede fuldt ud op til mine forventninger. Helt klart 100 % pengene værd. Jeg kommer bestemt igen!

Das Hotel lag zentral (nahe am Hamburger Hauptbahnhof). Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Badezimmer besaß eine Dusche und eine Badewanne. Das Frühstück war sehr zu genießen und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Am Pool konnte ich mich am Abend sehr gut entspannen und den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die vielen kleinen „Ausstellungen“ auf den Fluren über die Hamburger Schiffsfahrt fand ich sehr bereichernd und hat mein Interesse geweckt. Die Lobby mit ihrem nostalgischen Charme war ebenfalls sehr einladend und hat mir ganz besonders gut gefallen! Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, das ich nur empfehlen kann!

De første værelser vi fik var meget meget små. Disse fik jeg byttet i receptionen således stovtes venner fik et meget større værelse og vi fik et lidt større værelse. Min mand og jeg har boet på hotellet mange gange før og vi har aldrig haft så kedeligt og småt et værelse. Det værelse der er afbildet på vores rejseplan er den slags værelse vi altid har haft. Det havebord også regnet med at få denne gang.

Wonderful, large room with a gorgeous view over the Elb river. Great bathroom with powerful watersupply. We were met by a nice and service minded guy who vallet parked our car and took our luggage to the room in 2 minutes. Really great hotel.

Beautiful hotel - great location. You will not regret staying here. Beds are so comfortable, even the add on bed for third person. Nothing was to much trouble.

Beautiful hotel - great location. You will not regret staying here. Beds are so comfortable, even the add on bed for third person. Nothing was to much trouble.

I made a 4 day reservation to splurge on myself. I regretted it. The mattress was super soft, which made sleeping on the side painful. The shower has two possibilities: Shower head from the ceiling, which would make my long hair wet. Or the handheld is in a loop in one position, which hits the lower half of my face. So, I had to take it out of that ring and hold it in my hand to shower. On the 3rd day they never cleaned my room. The room was quite small as well. I asked, if I could get out of my reservation, but they wouldn't let me. Really disappointed in what I got for such a price. I stayed in the Downtown Marriott before and that was better at a lower price

The cleaning staff and the staff at the pool area was very kind, smiled and said hello to us. The staff at the desk was very rude. It was very clear that they we weren’t welcome. When I checked in, he was very surprised that I wanted to check in there. He asked for my card, and didn’t explain, why he needed my card, so I didn’t wanted to give it to him, before he explained, because I’ve already payed full price. When I checked out, I meet an even ruder female. She wanted the charge me for city tax, and my receipt said, that the price was inclusive tax and fees, so I didn’t understand, I had to pay another tax, where she just said “no”. I’m not familiar to the German taxation, which I didn’t know was an expectation, since I’m not from Germany. Die Lage ist super schön, direkt an der Alster und sehr zentral. Das Hotel verfügt über einen tollen Innenhof mit Säulen und alles in weiß gehalten. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, werden aber ab 2026 renoviert. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr wuselig und überfüllt, die Atmosphäre ist nicht so gut. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Was mich sehr enttäuscht hat, ist der schlechte Service beim Frühstück. Obwohl ich beim Einchecken auf meinen Geburtstag hingewiesen habe, wurde das komplett ignoriert. Die Servicekraft hat sich dann den absoluten Hammer geleistet. Ich bat um einen Tisch am Fenster, es waren noch 4 von den 4er Tischen am Fenster frei. Da sagte mir die Frau in ihrem schlecht sitzenden und viel zu engen Hosenanzug, dass sie sich die Fenstertische für andere Gäste vorbehalten möchte. Da stellt sich einem die Frage nach welchem Kriterium es hier geht, wer am Fenster sitzen darf?! Selbst nachdem ich nochmal auf meinen Geburtstag hingewiesen habe, kannte sie keine Gnade. Mir wurde dann lieblos und hektisch eine Kerze auf den Tisch geknallt und das war dann auch alles. Das hat mir tatsächlich meine gute Laune verdorben, ich habe mich maßlos geärgert. Beim Auschecken haben wir unsere Kritik angebracht. Man hat uns die Erstattung der Tiefgaragenkosten angeboten. Nur leider waren wir ohne Auto da. Schöne Lage an der Aussenalster, gut zu Fuß erreichbar, 5 min ab Hauptbahnhof. Sehr gute Doppelfenster, trotz lauter Strasse ist im Zimmer davon nichts zu hören. Toller Service, ich werde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

The hotel is beautiful and it's right beside the lake, short walk to the small lake and the main shopping area. There's a street opposite the train station that feels a little unsettling but we soon discovered other routes to avoid it. Would definitely recommend this hotel as they seem to have thought of everything.

Das Frühstücksbuffet bot alles an, was man erwartet. Die Eierspeisen haben wir allerdings in Hotels dieser Kategorie häufig besser bekommen. Der Service war freundlich, aber nicht sehr effektiv. Auf die Frage, ob die Paqncakes nachgelegt werden, bekamen wir fünf mal in der Dreiviertelstunde in der wir da waren eine positive Antwort, nur geschehen ist nichts. Der Tee der serviert wurde war sehr gut, der Kaffee allerdings nicht, dabei würde ich bei 42€ / Frühstück auch einen guten Kaffee erwarten.

Great hotel. Location is good, breakfast and rooms are great. Friendly and service minded staff. For dinner i recommend to find a restaurant in the city - hotel menu is limited and prices are (in my eyes) ridiculously high. Other than that all good!:)

Das Hotel hat uns hervorragend gefallen! Das Zimmer war gepflegt, geräumig und vor allem sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Es ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstückspersonal war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Ebenso hat uns die Hotelbar sehr gut gefallen! Wir kommen gerne wieder

The Atlantic Hotel has a great location, right next to the Alta Alsta Lake. The room was very comfortable (superior, Lake view), with a large bathroom and very comfortable king bed. We had dinner in the Health and Grill and both the food and the view was excellent. Breakfast was superb, with a great choice , including the excellent Atlantic Omelette (with shrimp). We used the pool and spa and were overall very impressed with the facilities. Staff at the Atlantic are helpful and attentive, adding to the overall experience. The inner courtyard and Atlantic bar are worth a visit, with a great atmosphere and cocktail collection. I would recommend taking the hop on/off tour bus (it stops right outside the hotel), if you want to see the major sites of the city. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Hamburg and of course, the Atlantic!
