Irritating that the elevator key often didn’t work to select the floor. The hotel should not advertise a fitness room. It is literally a cupboard with an old treadmill and broken rowing machine. That’s it. Not even aircon.

we always stay in Prudential Hotel whenever we go to Hong Kong. It just on the top of the Jordan Station of MTR, you can take the escalator from the hotel exit, no need to climb up and down the stairs. It is good for someone who have joint pain like me. The room is 22 square meter, it is no problem to suit up to 4 suitcases, and still have spaces to do exercises. The only thing I complain is there are some stairs in the entrance of the hotel, but without handrail, that is very dangerous for the elderly like me. It should be perfect if there is a handrail!

Top Lage direkt bei der MTR Station Jordan. Perfekt um Hongkong zu erkunden. Sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bett bequem, Bad sauber und vollkommen ausreichend. Swimming Pool angegebene Öffnungszeiten sind Glückssache. Wegen Lage und Sauberkeit gerne wieder.

Minutes from Jordan MTR. Varieties for food, shopping, souvenirs all within walking distance. 7m walk to temple street. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had our room changed to one suitable for elderly. However the drainage was choked just before we wanted to check out. Staff was responsive and help came almost immediately. Gym was really small with no area for a stretch out but happy to just use the treadmill. Restaurants on 2nd level as reception. But ample choice outside so we didn’t try the hotel’s.

The location is quite perfect. At Nathan Road, with direct access to the MTR (when you had find the way once), through the in-house shopping centre. Please note: the door from the shopping centre to the hotel is not open all the time. The hotel itself need a renovation. - From 4 lifts in the lobby only two are working. The two outlying glas-lifts are not in usage. That was sometimes a bit disappointing. Waiting for a long time and then the lift was already crowded. - The rooms were ok, but as well need to be a bit updated. - The personnel was good and very helpful.

還不錯啦～只是櫃檯跟清潔部感覺沒在溝通，我們入住之後，還有員工要進來，我們嚇到，然後東西是有整理，但該放的牙刷跟水都沒放，我們想說要自己買，我們還多花錢買，但第二天有補齊了，所以還好啦～房間有個霉味，但還可以接受啦～交通位置超級棒，我超級喜歡，每天還可以回房間睡個覺，很舒服～～～

Booked a twin bed room but was given upgrade to king bed room. This hotel's room are rather big as compared to other hotels. Hotel abit outdated. There is no centralised light switches which you can controlled at bedside. U need to go to the individual light to twist it in order to off it. There are only 3 power sockets ( 2 @the desk & 1 near the corner of 1 wall. The lift is the best , u need your room card to operate it, u could take more than 3x tries before u are able to press your floor level. Overall location very good just above Jordan MTR but must carry your suitcases up the stairs/escalators.

Nice clean hotel. Room is spacious. Location is very good, on Nathan st and 20 minutes walk from the Pier and all hysteric attractions. The hotel is less than a100 meter from underground train station. Breakfast is good.

Mostly a nice and conveniently located hotel with good service. I have only two complaints. First is that the room is far too dimly lit. The small energy saving LED lights they use are totally inadequate. The second thing is that TV channels available in the room is terrible. The 3-4 channels available are all local. There's no channel for any kind of international news or sports, and the picture quality on these channels are so bad, it's uncomfortable to watch.

aGreat location. Pretty decent hotel. Front desk efficient. Clean facilities. The concierge just don’t help with luggage. WiFi needed reset every few hours the first day I was in and was a bit unstable the whole time.

This hotel is in a great location, with shopping in the same building, and a park within walking distance. The rooms were very nice, only two things that I didn’t really like. First, the shower only had a half wall, so the water went everywhere. I know this is the new thing, but I really don’t like it. Second, I had the do not disturb sign on the room because I had flown in from Chicago and worked late, and at 9 AM housekeeping was knocking on my door. It happened two days in a row, I think they need to realize that do not disturb means do not disturb.

The entrance to the hotel is small. It does not match with the size of the hotel. We had a long stay of 9 nights between Sept. and Oct. We were not even offered any coupons or discount for breakfast. Counter staffs have stoney faces and they don't smile or greet clients. However the maids clean the room and make beds nicely. They are polite. We had a good stay overall. This was my 4th time staying here.

The hotel is at prime location of the city, right above Jordan MTR station and many bus stops. There are tons of restaurants, grocery / convenient stores and other shops nearby. All hotel staffs are very polite and professions. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The only downsides are outdated furniture/decorations and no view, but they are not big deal. We like this hotel and will definitely come back next time.

The lift to go to our rooms are at level 2 and theg switch off the escalators after 10pm which is very inconvenient especially when my wife is pregnant and both of us have our hands full with stuff they wouldn’t even bother to help or let us use their staff lift, reception staffs are rude and unhelpful when asking for directions

I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend.

Don't like :- 1.The bar closed to early , should be around 11:00PM 2. The cost for the lunch and dinner meal & breakfast meal is far too expensive. That is why people goes out the hotel for breakfast and meal !.

2024年1月5日から8日まで2人で1004号室に宿泊しました。佐敦駅すぐの場所にありネイザンロード沿いにあるため非常に便利です。佐敦駅はネイザンロードの真ん中辺りなので油麻地に行くのも尖沙咀に行くのもとても便利です。1駅なのでMTRを使わず徒歩でも10分ほどで行けます。ホテルはフロントが3階にあるのですが、1階入り口で荷物を預かってくれてチェックイン後部屋まで届けてくれます。部屋は大きなベッドとスーツケースを広げられるスペースもあり、デスクと椅子も備えています。２人用のソファーもあります。水回りも清潔でトイレの水、シャワーの水も勢いは充分です。お湯もしっかり出ます。チェックイン時にコーラ2本、スプライト、シュエップスの4本の缶ジュースとミネラルウォーターが2本置いてありました(無料)その後毎日ミネラルウォーターは2本ずつ提供されます。毎日清掃に来ていただける服務員さんがとても気さくで優しい人でした。私たちはタバコを吸いますがホテル内は禁煙です。ホテル出た向かいに路地がありそこでカンカンが置いてあり喫煙所になっているようです。チェックアウト後も1階でスーツケースを預かっていただけ、出発の際はタクシーも気軽に呼んでもらえます。非常におすすめのホテルです。今回食事はホテルでは一度もとらなかったのですがレストランもありますし、デパートと直結しているのでデパートの地下に降りればフードコートもあります。

・地下鉄の駅から直結でとても便利です。またバス停も目前にあります。空港からの電車が止まる九龍駅からはタクシーで7分程度。徒歩で20分程度かかります。・繁華街の真ん中にあり、レストランや様々なお店にアクセス可能です。近くにセブンイレブンもあります。・朝食・昼食・夕食,中華、西洋式、その他など、様々なレストランや屋台、お店が近辺にたくさんあり充実した食生活が送れます。またホテルの地下には食堂街がありますが、あまり遅くまでは営業はしていません。早めの利用がおすすめです。・気に入ったのは、ホテルの裏にあるや台風のお店です。とても安くて美味しかったです。朝食のお粥などもテイクアウトできました。またその近くの火鍋屋さん「二一八海鮮大鍋」は、とても美味しくてお店の人も親切でした。・三泊しましたが、コーラやジュースが初日にサービスで置いていました。水は1日２本ずつサービスでついていました。・口コミにあるエレベーターは問題なく、スムーズに利用できました。・ホテルのバーや朝食は、特に利用はしませんでした。外に買いに行く方が安くて、様々なものがあるように思います。一度ぐらい利用しても良かったかもしれません。・14時にホテルに着いたのですが、チェックインを早めてくれて入室できたので助かりました。・室内には、パジャマなどはありません。簡易のカミソリもありません。必要な方は持参する方が良いと思います。・清潔でとても良かったのですが、一点だけ残念だったのは、バスタブがあって良かったのですが、そのお風呂の排水がとても遅くて管理時間がかかりました。

Chamber maid was friendly. Hotel needs renovation,mold around toilet silicone. Laundry service by using outside vendor and no diy washing machine. Lamp failed after 2night stay so have to off it. Food wise in the basement do have food court,so not a problem for meals. The only reason to go back is the location.

Excellent location. Jordan MTR is right below the hotel with escalator leading to hotel. Service stuffs are courteous and helpful. 10 mins walk to temple night market. Many cafe , food stalls , shopping shops and malls around there. Hope the room has more power plug points. Especially beside the night stand. More grab bars and rubber mat in the bath tub for safety. Would be good if can change to shower areas instead of bath tub for older folks.
