Water dispensers at ground floor were a little slow nd laggy, dispensing a fixed 200ml each time. You ha e to remove and place your bottle back to fill more rounds of 200ml. I was using a 300ml bottle and so i have to remove it halfway which resulted in wastage of water as it took a second to detect that the bottle was removed and cut water flow. Very pressurising to fill large bottles as other guests are queuimg behind. Rooms look exactly like the photos on the website and reasonably spacious. Bed was a little hard and pillows were rather flat. Ok for short stays.

The check in staff very friendly katie she try to find same room block for us as I have two room and even upgrade me to a bigger room. The room have been renovated recently and clean. Only one negative thing there only one water refill station at lobby and take very long to refill a bottle. Should consider every floor one water refill station.

Great location in YMT, close to Nathan Road shopping and restaurants. No business center in the hotel, but there was a meeting area with a small conference table and chairs on my floor. The room was comfortable, and wi-fi worked well. The breakfast buffet needs improvement.

The toilet were not flushing properly. Maintenance had to come twice to fix the problem. The front desk staff were rude, they didn't look at the guests in the eyes. Most important, they have posted in the hotel that they have gym and indoor swimming pool. Actually these facilities do not belong to the hotel. It belongs to the club next door. Hotel guests have to pay to use them. It is absolutely inappropriate and misleading to claim that they have such facilities providing to their guests.

Très bon hôtel 4,étoiles situé à deux pas du métro au cœur de Kowloon avec tout le confort requis. Le seul problème résidait dans la presence de punaise de lit difficile à déceler en arrivant qui ont gâche le séjour en occasionnant de nombreuses piqures sur les jambes. First night I found dead cockroach on the carpet. Reported it to the facility manager and they told us to change room for deep cleaning. Asked for compensation and they gave us free upgrade to family room which was huge. Good thing too since we suddenly faced typhoon wipha on 20th July and difficult to go anywhere outside so had to coop up inside the room for most of the day. The hotel staff were very friendly, free drinking water and cold aircon room with huge room size thanks to the free upgrade. Location was perfect since it’s near MTR too. Many eateries and shops too nearby and bus stops are abundant in this area (I have not tried these).

We didn’t take the shuttle bus because we had 4 small luggage, otherwise it would be good. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was good. It is close to MTR and close to everything, Nathan Toad and night market. I certainly will recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. Thank you staff.

The location is great, only 2 minutes away from subway, but the hotel is kind of old, no o usb outlet in the room, not enough lighting, too dark, the bathroom has mold. The bed is ok, but the blanket is too thin and kind of dirty and old. Overall I would not recommend it.

このホテルはとても立地がいいです。スタッフも優しく丁寧です。客室の清掃もしっかりやってもらえますが、部屋にないと思っていたティッシュが最終日に置かれていたのは残念でした。部屋は狭いです。ベッドは小さいです。身長170cm以上の人は足が出るでしょう。洗面台も初めての小ささでした。口を濯ぐときに頭を突っ込まないと濯げません。

Location good, next to Yau Mai Tai Station, with many eateries and shopping around Nathan Road, easily accessible also by bus to and from the airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, and had desired amenities. It would have been great if there were free access to the gym and pool, as the surrounding areas is not conducive for a decent run or workout. Will recommend & return to this hotel if visiting for purpose of just eating and shopping.

The guest room is clean and spacious, however, the washing basin in the bathroom was a nightmare. Water was splashing out during tooth brushing and face washing. The rack above the basin seriously affected me using the water basin. The hotel staff was very cooperative.

Quiet room. Clean beddings and towels. Water pressure is adequate. Adequate toiletries. Air conditioning is good. Courteous and helpful front desk and cleaners. Very quick response to requested service. Location is super convenient, next to subway and a lot of bus route stops. Tons of restaurants and shopping around the corner within walking distance. Not 5 star because the bed is too firm for us.

Close to MTR subway, bus to airport, dining places, shopping along Nathan Road, close to Temple Street night market. I don't like the tiny sink in the bathroom. It's close to impossible to spit without getting your spit on the floor because the shelf above the sink blocks you from leaning forward into the sink! Other than that, all is fine. Very small room, but that's Hong Kong. It's clean!

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. It has recently been refurbished, and it's very nice. Although you can tell, from elevator placement and general layout it wasn't designed as a hotel initially (it was the YMCA). Rooms are a good size and the beds were firm but comfortable. Good air-conditioning as well. I will stay here again.

The room I booked was a deluxe twin room. The sink is tiny and the shelf above is too low; I bumped my head while washing my face. The bathroom has no socket, and the nearest outlet lacks a mirror, making hair-drying a hassle. These flaws undermine the “deluxe” claim. This hotel has a very good location just a few metres from Nathan Road and a 7/11 just across the street where the MTR station also is. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was an ok size (twin deluxe). The beds were a little bit short, but good pillows. Fridge and kettle in the room. Lots of channels on the TV. Had a nice view from the 16th floor. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, but had lots of warm water. Bathroom was small, but ok. Except for the fact that there was a shelf over the sink sticking out so half the sink was covered. Could not wash my face in the sink or brush my teeth, had to do that in the shower. I hope they will remove that shelf (this was in room 1616). I will stay at the CityView again during my next visit. It was a good experience (minus the shelf).

I had one of the best customer service experience when I stayed here just last month. Upon checking in, I was informed by Mr. Ng that I had two reservations (I forgot to cancel one of the reservations). Upon sharing with him my situation, he went out of his way and called another 3rd party company to cancel the reservation saving me hundreds of $$$. I will forever be grateful. Thank you so much! With regards to the property itself, room was very comfortable, it was big, and is within a 2 minute walking distance to the subway, shopping, and dining all within a stone's throw away. Will definitely stay here again!

We choose this hotel for its location close to a MTR Station and the main area of Kowloon. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We had a problem with the room safe and reception sent someone to fix it right away. We opt out of their breakfast promotion as there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Location was perfect. Right by Yau Ma Tei Station. Few convenience stores close by. Friendly staff. Rooms are fairly big for the standard rooms compared to others we have stayed in. Didn’t try their food, but smelt good at times in the lobby area when it was dinner service. Will be staying again on our next trip to HK

2泊お世話になりました。良かった点は、地下鉄油麻地駅が近い、部屋が清潔、浴室排水良好、シャワー水圧良好、ルームクリーニングとても綺麗！今回予約した部屋よりグレードアップしていたのかもしれませんが、1人旅には広過ぎでした。残念だった点は、朝食のメニューが少なかった気がしました。全体的に良かったです。

The property is well maintained and clean. Staff is polite and courteous. I like the emphasis on the environment. The facility is very reasonably priced. The restaurants on site is surprisingly very good serving delicious and innovative menus. The location is within walking distance to the metro, shopping, and restaurants. Very convenient. I would definitely consider returning. The only drawback is the size of the bathroom sink. It is so small that it hits your head when you bend over to wash your face and water spills on the floor.

The room was spacious and clean. All staff members were courteous. We tried the Buffet Breakfast, the Buffet Lunch and the Buffet Dinner at City Cafe; all are good with varieties. We were well served by the waiter, waitress and the chef.
