Great hotel in nearly all respects, but with one serious problem: the breakfast buffet is managed in a very inefficient manner. There is plenty of staff idling around but a single worker takes your room number and makes everyone wait in a long line. There is no reason why all the other wait staff couldn't seat people and just ask for their room number upon seating them. Waiting in such a long line at breakfast strikes me as completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Besides this one problem, the hotel is excellent. The sauna/steam/gym/pool is especially great.

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell med bra läge. Mong Kok tunnelbanestation ligger 3 minuter bort och flygbussen A21 stannar ett kvarter ifrån hotellet. Mycket smidigt. Skön säng och en fantastisk utsikt över staden. Det var oväntat kallt så jag använde inte poolen som planerat, däremot njöt av den underbara jacuzzin varje dag. I omklädningsrummet finns det två olika bastu. Frukosten var verkligen riklig - allt du kan önska dig finns! All personal är trevlig och tillmötesgående. Jag har dock två invändningar. Den ena gäller musiken - i receptionen, matsalen och vid poolen - den är för hög och det är helt fel typ av musik - högt tempo och stressande. Matsalen är stor och med hög musik pratar alla ännu högre vilket drog ner upplevelsen. Samma vid poolen - jag ville slappna av och njuta men det var svårt. Det andra gäller den digitala klockan på nattduksbordet- den gick fel - helt fel - det skiljde på en och halv timme och när jag vaknade trött och jetlaggad fick jag panik när jag trodde jag missat mitt bokade möte. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell!

Hotel itself is impressive. Hotel check in lady was excellent. Rooms was massive and clean, house keeping was excellent, even Breakfast was top notch, food and staff and of course Vinod. The upper window frame had a large gap between the window and frame and the paint was peeling off and falling onto the lower window frame. Besides the peeling paint, everything in the room was in working order. The bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional.

The hotel is attached to a shopping centre and MTR station which is very convenient. Good rooms, with good amenities. Bathroom a little dated and the refrigerator wasn’t very cold. Bed was very comfortable.

Staff was great. Location is good. The room was dated though. We paid for an upgraded bigger higher floor room but still ended up on 26th floor with a tiny room. I feel that they didn’t provide us with the upgraded room. I think this hotel is good but there are better options out there for this price point.

Again a very pleasant stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast has a huge selection and was tasty. The main reason I go there every time I’m in Hong Kong, is just the perfect location above Mongkok MRT. The only thing that should be changed in some time: the rooms are rather dated. Don’t get me wrong, everything is fully functioning but you can spot the time. The rooms should just get a fresh, lighter and brighter look. But besides that, I’m going there next time as well.

The location is convenient with public transport, many shops and eateries. Room is nice for 1 person, it is quite tight with 2 persons. However we are out most of the time. The gym and pool are great! However dripping noise in the room, & noise from the corridor are sometimes quite irritating.

I stay for 8 days at Cordis, Great internet connection fast no froze, room was comfortable and clean, checking in and out staff were efficient. Special thanks to Rita Chan for excellent service, professionalism making my stay at ease. Central to shopping, eating and walking distance to all transportations. Really nice hotel experience. We had 4 young children with us but the pool and amenities were very accommodating. Cleaning staff was amazing! We experienced the hot water not working and a blind that wouldn’t close but we called the main desk and both were fixed within minutes! 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent location, just moments from shops and the train station. The staff provided outstanding service and even offered us a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated given our late flight. We loved the upgrade from Club Executive Deluxe room to Club Executive King Studio room during our stay from 31 Dec to 8 January. In between for 2 nights we were supposed to go stay in Tung Chung but decided to cancel that and just stay in this great Cordis HK hotel throughout! The services rendered by all staff in the Executive Lounge was excellent. We would like to thank Kevin who helped us arrange to stay in the same room throughout. Special shout out to Mahen, “Joycelin” and one more female staff (apologies I forgot her name) who was so sweet to upgrade our room when we checked in. We thank Peggy, the housekeeper for being attentive to our requests. The breakfast team in the Executive lounge as well as the Lobby breakfast team were excellent. I especially loved the cappuccino made by Vinod. This is our repeated visits and we will choose Cordis hands down for its excellent experience and convenient location.

A21のバスに乗って1本で行けるので空港からのアクセスも楽。 41階のプールとジムが最高。プールは屋外なので落雷の危険がある際、閉鎖される。ランガムプレイスと繋がってるので屋内から旺角駅に直接アクサス出来るスタッフも英語が出来るし親切丁寧。二回目の滞在ですが、また次もこちらにします。

I had a wonderful stay at Cordis, Hong Kong. The location is excellent Mong Kok MTR station is just a few minutes’ walk away, making it very easy to travel to Central and other parts of the city. The hotel is surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still feels comfortable and relaxing. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Cordis to anyone visiting Hong Kong and would happily stay here again.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Mong Kok. Great transport links with the MTR just across the road and the airport bus stop 5 minute walk. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff I encountered, were friendly and courteous.

Stayed here with my family of 4 in a 2 bdrm apartment for 2 nights. Hotel was clean and central. Our rooms had an amazing view of the bay. (Saw the breakfast on offer which looked great but it was not part of our stay). We had plenty of options for meals nearby. And lots of retail shops. The hotel is directly connected to a plaza and MTR. Wish we stayed longer to explore more of Hong Kong but we will be back and happy to stay at the Cordis again.

The concierge and check-in staff were amazing, so kudos to all of them. Also, the location was great as how could you beat being right next to a mall and the view from the pool is picture perfect. I definitely recommend staying here for all and can’t wait to come back soon.

Great location, great pool, excellent service from the team cleaning the room. Garage Bar was a real highlight and we enjoyed the happy hour most days of our stay. Room is good but could have had a few extras such as a full length mirror, better lighting etc.
