The lift is very slow, Monday morning we waited for more than 45 mins n still cannot get into the lift n end up we walk down. Plus on Sunday morning, saw a lady hand being stuck with the lift door n my nephew even help the security to force open the door for her hand to get out

Best thing: location. Bed sinking on one side. New sheets torn. Lifts are really slow. Water pressure fr shower slow. But staff are ok. Hotel needs an upgrade.

The room was good. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Nice view facing Jalan Tun Cheng Lock. Ample underground parking. Walkable to street dining. Only inconvenience is need to validate the parking ticket each time going out and there is charge of RM10 for parking which is no big deal but just so that you aware. Overall highly recommended.

It’s frustrating that every time we go to the gym, we have to pick up and return the key. The restroom is cramped, and they don’t provide face towels. The shower hose is not working and so is the safe. Plus, they only give us two hangers.

A nice hotel with all you need and an outstanding restaurant. A small gym and pool were the reason I chose this place, and it did not disappoint.

Hotel location is very good and the highlight of our stay. Minutes to food and street shops. The reception staff seem to be new or not trained well. Check in and check out is slow. Rooms could definitely use some maintenance. Moldy spots in the bathroom, chips on furniture, stains on toilet seat. These small touches took away from the comfort level as it didn't feel “clean”. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Overall, for what you pay its worth it, but would look at other options in the future

The toilet had cracks and stain and very dirty. The toilet papers, tea and coffee was not replenished everyday.Staff very rude . We extended our stay and on the last day staff didnt bother asking us or the manager . They just left the room dirty and simply checked us out.

We started our 4 days 3 nights stay on an absolute wrong foot. The check in was breezy though unnecessary. The reception was able to confirm our reservations but we were then led to the check in kiosk just to dispense the keys with the reception explaining the steps. I'm not sure if this is ideal as the average or most customers are not coming back enough to use the check in feature but it's not a hassle just a bit unnecessary. Ok then, we moved to our room which was a nightmare. The humid smell and the horrifying unclean carpet was so nasty. I see crumbs of titbits, chips and hair on the floor. I slipped into the bedroom slippers and was so mad. I had to pick them up with wet tissues. The fridge was without words possibly the worse I've come across. Beverage or some kind of liquid was congealed and I couldn't and wouldn't want to clean it myself. I called the staff and was told that it was tea milk. Honestly, that wasn't the question, I just wanted it clean not a forensic analysis of said liquid. Some time later I got a automated email from Hotel.com asking for my check in experience, I related the above scenario and io and behold I got a phonecall from the hotel staff 4 hours later explaining and expressing interest to come back immediately to vacuum the room. It was late and I was tired so no. But I asked to please do the room well the next day. That was a real plus. Immediacy and an earnest to remedy the situation. The free one off breakfast which was an attempt to apolo

The bathroom was small and it was difficult to maneuver in the bathroom when attempting to open or close the bathroom door. The lighting for the sink and mirror area was dim since the ceiling light was behind me while trying to shave. Lights placed around the mirror or above the sink will help this issue.

Fabulously walkable location for Chinatown and Central Market. Solid and well-built, for the area it feels swanky, quiet and reassuring. Many rooms have gorgeous city views. I loved the active temple of Ganesh across the street. Rooms can be a tiny bit tired in the details: wood of doors near floor can be worn, patina on finishings a bit worn but nothing too concerning for that price range and location.

Trotz mehrmaligem Anruf bei der Rezeption und beim Hauskeeper am ersten Tag morgens, wurde uns keine wärmere Bettdecke gebracht und auch nicht der Zimmersafe aktiviert, dessen Tür ließ sich nicht öffnen. Wir haben schon oft oft im Ancasa-Hotel übernachtet. Diesen schlechten Service gab es früher nicht.

We’ve stayed in this hotel twice. The first time was when we first arrived in KL. The second time was the last part of our trip. We loved the location of this property and how convenient it is to almost everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with our needs. Everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. We are very grateful and appreciative to all of the great people who came forward to support and assist us. The only thing that I found very inconvenient is the lack of a laundry facility at the property. Due to some bad experiences in the past with laundry services offered at a hotel, we were weary of using the service. We preferred to do our own laundry and having a laundry facility at the hotel that you have a long stay would be so much easier. Nevertheless, we did have a very lovely time staying at this property despite of our situation. Much appreciation to all the staff at AnCasa hotel Kuala Lumpur.

When I place “do not disturb “ sign on the door on my second day. And your housekeeping doing my room when I’m out with the “do not disturb”sign on door? In March when I stay in your hotel, there is sign hang on door and they never clean the room. So what the standard for room make up?? To hang sign or don’t hang sign???? Luck there is nothing missing. And my room stay I only have 2 hanger?? There is no more shower gel and when room cleaning, they never replace? Is the second time I’m stay in your hotel..

Location of the hotel is superb. It is steps away from Petaling street where you can find all kinds of foods. It is walking distance to Merdeka square, Central Market, and best yet to Pasar Seni bus hub where you can ride free shuttle bus to KL Tower and Petronass twin tower. The staff was exceptional. They always greet you and open the door for you. On September 12 in the morning we were leaving for KLIA, we booked a taxi ride the previous day using AirAsia supperapp, for some unknown reason, our booking was cancelled last minute. A very kind lady staff working in the lobby (regrettably we didn't get her name) helped us to get a taxi and even negotiated a very reasonable price for our ride to the airport. We truly appreciate her help. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Convenient in Chinatown. Lots of streetfood available. LRT and Metro nearby. Hotel is comfortable. The quality of the mattresses is not so good. Streetnoise is often to be heard, but the skyscrapers lightshow in the evening is compensating for that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice free shuttle to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. The shower was surprising with sometimes only cold water, but mostly hot. All in all a pleasant stay.

Clean comfortable hotel in a good location. Great variety of food at the breakfast buffet but the coffee is a disaster. Only two coffee machines which do not work well, you have to queue and only get a small cup of coffee.
