Det var meget slidt. Poolens vand er beskidt og der mangler fliser nogle steder og andre er løse. Man har forsøgt at sætte nye holdere op på badeværelset, men de faldt ned hele tiden. Den ene dag glemte de at gøre rent på værelset og da vi bad en anden rengøringsmand om en ekstra toilet rulle, fik vi nej, da vores værelse ikke var hans😡

hotel is very tired. Limited facilities, rooms have bad windows and are noisy. The Wi-Fi is appalling and the mobile signal is poor. the room key cards are temperamental, I had to twice get the room key recoded. The lifts are VERY Slow, which makes getting a key reset a real saga.

The hotel is pretty modern, but the front-desk seems like they don't care. The swimming pool is small, but the gym looked ok. Trying to get a taxi from this location is difficult with it being close to The Petronas Towers and KLCC mall.

Hotel is hard to find, not signed very well and lobby is on the 2nd floor of the building. Staff at check in did not tell us everything, we had to figure it out. Pool is on the 3rd floor (which is designated for Muslims) which made us feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was amazing!! Check in staff was okay but not helpful and hard to understand, but other staff were friendly. Beds in the rooms are rock hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel was not a five-star experience, maybe closer to three. However, the location was excellent. It's a massive hotel with over 20 floors, but only two out of four elevators were in service. Apparently, there's ongoing renovation work that will last for another two years. The rooms were worn but not too bad overall. I'm giving this review just two stars mainly because of the restaurant on the 13th floor. They charged an outrageous 38 MYR for water, and the food was disappointing—we left one of the two dishes uneaten. I highly recommend the bar at the nearby W Hotel instead

Really good, only thing is the pool is very small. And the door man was very kind. Lovely personality. Made us feel very welcome. On the other side of the hotel is a very good indian restaurant (very local). Very nice. And i loved the soap is very good. Loved the hotelroom.

The room is clean and the bed are comfortable. This is our repeated stay here. Friendly check-in staff. It’s very close to Petronas twin towers, Suria KLCC and lots of eateries within walking distance. Free parking at the basement and the room rate is reasonable.

Crazy to have the reception on first floor. the big restaurant on ground floor was boring and not interesting. The small cafe/bar on 12th floor was great, loved the food,- and not to forget the incredible view.But way to loud music. Don´t book a taxi at the reception,- far too expensive. Nice room, big and very clean. Even though we stayed at 18th floor there still was noice from the street during the night.

Room is large, but other than that, this hotel would not deserve more than 3 stars. Bathroom and Room were not properly clean. On day I found a bug on my room. Windows were poor, and a lot of noise was coming from outside. Shower drain was very poor Hot water was beardly warm. TV set is more than 10 years old. No info from the stuff about hotel facilities.

Booked and paid through Expedia after looking through a few properties. Said it was a 5 star rating. The room was tired smelly and dirty. Stayed for 2 nights. Next day I was out until 4.30 pm and the room was not done up. Then 2 poor young boys were sent after I complained who knew nothing about cleaning and could not understand what I was asking for. If you looking for a place to stay check out other hotels. This hotel certainly is not as advertised and rooms have a hygiene issue with smells.

The condition of the rooms wasn't too great. The flush in toilet doesn't work, the curtains are falling off, the mattress was basically stained brown. There's a school attached to this hotel which wasn't pleasant. We would see kids congregating at the front and some stay in the hotel. You can hear them running around and making noise. Fire alarm went off at 2.30am once and it was a false alarm but they hadn't told anyone that it was a false alarm unless you called reception. We didn't risk it so a few of us walked down the emergency stairs. Once we got to the bottom, the emergency door was shut. We pressed the buzzer for the door to be released but this didn't work. We called reception no answer. Majority of the guests just stood outside their rooms in limbo not knowing what to do. So poor and unprofessional. Amongst all this the school kids were joking around running up and down the halls like it was all a joke.

The main advantage of the hotel is the position very close to Klcc. The elevators and rooms are old. I often found small insects in the bathroom. There is no choice of restaurants and the only one available one night was booked for a private function. It’s a 3 star hotel in a convenient location.

The location is great as it is so close to Twins towers.But is is not clean. The sheet was dirty when we checked in. Also there is a huge hollow open space inside the hotel. The open space is not enclosed, not air conditioned, Birds nestled there. You can see lots birds poo in the open corridor. No body cleaned them. Not healthful.

Maya is near the Petronas towers. Near the shopping malls and you can even walk to Chinatown. It was dirty, (walls, under the beds, the mirrors) the room was not cleaned, two times in four days. Recently renovated means that nothing has been done to the rooms in 15 years.

We chose it for its great location, which was perfect for us and the front desk staff were very helpful. However the hotel itself is rather run down and dirty, it is in desperate need of a revamp or at the very least, a deep clean.

Hotel Maya is well-located next to Petronas Twin Towers and there's a 24h Indian muslim restaurant right across it. Bed is comfy, just that during the time we were staying, the TV channels were updating so we can't really watch any channels properly. The toilet is a wifi-deadzone though... But overall, the staff are super friendly and helpful with our requests, so we had a great 4 night stays!

Fönstren är av enkelglas, och stänger ute väldigt lite ljud från trafiken. Tv-utbudet är begränsat till ett antal asiatiska kanaler. Inga internationella nyhetskanaler som t ex BBC, Euronews, CNN, DW osv. Fritt Internet med dålig bandbredd och anslutningsproblem. Trevlig personal. Medelmåttig frukost. Läget är bra, med ca min promenad till Twin Towers. Jag hade förväntat mig betydligt högre standard med tanke på priset. Rekommenderas inte!

My room had a view of the Twin Towers as they was just 150 metres away. The room was ideal. Traffic noise should be considered as this could be a problem for some. Check-in staff were excellent and very helpful.

Hôtel idéalement placé au pied des tours petronas. Chambre spacieuse . Par contre sommeil léger s abstenir !! Aucune insonorisation, même au 21eme étage , on attend la circulation qui est très dense à cet endroit . Bouchons d oreille indispensables.

The location of this hotel could not be more suitable. So many restaurants and shopping close by, many are walkable which is not always the case in Kuala Lumpur. Is 45 to 1.5 hour from airport depending on traffic. Rooms are much nicer than price would indicate. Great value.

The staff at checkin and checkout was extremely rude. There was male staff on checkout who we asked to print one page which had our boarding passes for which he gave so much attitude and said you should do it from before as I am busy right now and was just extremely rude. The hotel is about 20-30 years old and extremely rundown rooms. There are so many other hotels in the vicinity for the same price so go there

We booked a 5 star executive suite, it was weathered, dirty, no bar fridge, and no tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast included does not cater for Westerners. Extremely disappointing
