The accommodation is clean and the staff are very helpful. The building is old but newly renovated. While I would describe the property as average it works for anyone on a budget. There are two dining options onsite, one being Denny's and the other being the in hotel lounge.

My biggest complaint was how quickly elevator door closed. Seniors and able bodied individuals were having difficulty entering before the door closed and usual effort to stop like putting the hand out was not effective.

Decent bed, soft towels, good shower, restaurant onscene. Pool but no hot tub sadly. Plenty of plugs in the room. Building is old but functional. Staff are friendly. Price is right for what you get.

The rooms were fine and bed was comfortable. Only issue was the service in the hotel lounge. I rarely comment on poor service, but the service was non-existent, which is too bad because I chose the hotel because it had a lounge. The Denny’s restaurant for breakfast was good however.

Hotel is in a good location intersection of 3rd Ave. and Mayor McGrath drive. A small shopping center is attached to the hotel complex. Hotel has a bar and swimming pool and also a Dennys restaurant. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Stayed 2 nights but there was no maid service. Hotel has 2 elevators which can be a bit slow in the morning rush.

Room was dirty - crumbs in bed, stained comforter, a hair tie from a previous guest on the floor, hair in the bathroom. Front seat staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, someone pulled the fire alarm at 3am the night we stayed.

The service at the front desk was excellent (quick and efficient). The hallway to the room looked like it had t been cleaned for a month and the carpet was badly stained. The room had grass on the floor for some reason which lead us to believe the room wasn’t properly cleaned. The hotel needs to have sone capital dollars spent on it to bring it up to a standard that is more reflective of a modern hotel. “Rust stains” around the bottom of the toilet and around the bathtub drain. We were not impressed.

Absolutely filthy. Food under furniture. Filthy walls. Hair on the shower wall. Stayed one night. Will never stay at another sandman again. This is why I usually stick with holiday inn. You can tell no one cares at this location

-Not particularly clean. Sofa was dirty! (Hairs and food crumbs etc) Very noisy! -You can hear the vehicles driving down the main road. Gotta love those Diesel Trucks with the aftermarket exhaust ripping it at 2am. Or the dirt bike in the car park revving the engine. -Denny’s was good. -Bed was comfortable.

Hair in the tub, floors, in the beds and a clump in the tub drain! Peeling wallpaper with stains on the walls, in the carpet and in the hall. Elevator does not respond despite using keycard. Weird black specks on the window sill (dead insects? black mold?). Didn’t stay the night, attempting a refund but not holding my breath. NOT A 3 STAR PROPERTY!!!

Rooms are just a tiny bit dated, but very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and everything I needed was available. Inclusion of nice fridge/microwave was a huge point. Having Denny's restaurant right in the hotel building needs high praise. I never had to worry about food. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Unfortunately we were there on a VERY busy weekend. The other rooms on the floor we were on had a bunch of teenage soccer players being loud! Also, the road noise at night was crazy!! If you wanted to fall asleep before midnight forget it.

Rather disappointing stay. Sink and tub drains were plugged. Windows don’t really block the street noise. We were on the 8th floor and it was still really noisy. Property looks old and neglected. Bathroom was dirty.

Some minor damage in the suite. Carpet coming apart by the bathroom and door trim for bathroom too. Bed was very comfy Nice pillows. Blackout curtains gave us a long sleep.

One of the least acceptable hotel experiences I’ve had in Lethbridge (5 visits) I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to even show up at the front desk. That set the tone for the visit. They wouldn’t even give me my room key until I paid an extra $100 charge “for the wifi” that I didn’t want and didn’t use. The room I was given was not nearly as nice as the pictures. No overhead lighting besides the entry and bathroom, unfixed water damage in the corners, and very thin walls. The lock is noticeably flimsy which is a bad concern in this town. Maybe I just got a bad one. The elevator on the 8th floor doesn’t have a working down button. The doors like to open right after closing. There is no button I saw to close the door. On the plus side, beds are very comfortable and clean, furnishings are in acceptable condition, and cleaning staff was courteous. AC and heating are fairly loud but work exceptionally well. Location is centre of the city. No complaints about that. And I’m assuming the people hanging around the building is just an issue Lethbridge has in general so I don’t hold that against the hotel. I would advise looking into other options. You can do worse, but you can do a lot better. If it weren’t for that extra fee that was not disclosed beforehand, I would be much more forgiving. That was just insult to injury.

The gentleman working the front desk Aug 31 at around 7pm was excellent helpful in assisting us. If we go back to Lethbridge Alberta we know where we’re going to be staying again.

Hotel was ok, clean and decent. No entrance for Handicap people, some elderly were really struggling as there wasn’t even a handrail, even though it was only three stairs. Wifi in my room was non existent. Terrible at best

This is a good place to stay and the rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was a good temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's a basic hotel (however) and you get basic people making noise when they come in after midnight. The doors are not very soundproof. The coffee room doesn't include breakfast, so for a little extra we could have found another hotel with breakfast included.
