The place was pretty run down and the double room was very small and you heard everyone in the corridor through the night. The AC didn’t cool the room at the lowest setting. With that being said, the location is great

The mirrors were not clean, the towels were dirty. There was hair on the shower floor and the AC was subpar. I would not recommend this property.

First comments from cabbie scared us a bit. "You are close to a sketchy neighborhood" Turns out great staff, great guests, absolutely great location and rooftop deck was amazing. They were near giving away the beverages.

Stayed 3 nights

We paid extra for a balcony as did our friends. Our experience was completely different from theirs. One of the chairs on our terrace was unusable. Our AC didn’t work the 1st night and the water was out on the morning of the 2nd. We could have dealt with the extra firm mattress, but the pillows were like bricks. We ended up taking the blanket from the closet and rolling it into a tube shape for a pillow. The room layout is not well suited for 2 females wanting to do hair/makeup at the same time. The wall mounted blow dryer is mounted to the wall on the far right. So when you’re at the mirror, you reach across the bidet and pull it over. I’m right handed so this was very awkward. The other mirror mounted above the desk was at a bad height… too low when you stood, too high when you sat. The folks at the front desk were super nice and none of these issues were their fault. They got them fixed ASAP, but there is only so much you can do with a dated and poorly designed space.
