Buena opción de hospedaje. Las instalaciones no son tan nuevas pero están muy limpias. El servicio de restaurante regular ah bueno. El restaurante es muy pequeño y le calidad de alimentos es aceptable. El inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento posiblemente por la ubicación céntrica del hotel

A localização é o diferencial, excelente, em frente a Plaza de Espanha, do lado da Gran Via e do Palacio Real. A acomodação é boa e confortável, mas o banheiro poderia ser melhorado com um box eficiente, o que tivemos não continha a agua, molhava demais o banheiro. É um edifício antigo, reformado. O estacionamento é horrivel, mas compreensível para um predio antigo.

Está bien ubicada, si vas en coche no tiene estacionamiento aunque hay uno muy cerca pero es un poco incómodo si llevas equipaje, nosotros pedimos con desayuno pero no nos gustó nada, era todo como de mala calidad

Hotel a metros de Gran Vía, el restaurante justo alado, donde el desayuno que incluye el hotel fue delicioso, variado y puntual y el menú de comida fue exquisito a un costo muy accesible. La ubicación perfecta, la habitación amplia, cómoda y con todo lo que un huésped podría desear. Seguro volvemos a reservar en él. Gracias

A classic European hotel. Rooms quiet and very clean. Rooms a bit small. Bed was a bit too soft. Some of the staff speak English, some were less helpful. Located centrally near many interesting sites, great restaurants and shopping. If you are not Spanish speaking it might be a little difficult to figure out where the parking is.

Hotel muy céntrico y bien comunicado, justo al limite de la BZE, el parking es el de Pza. España con rebaja, bien de espacio en la habitación y muy útil la cocina teniendo un niño pequeño, algunas cosas mejorables, pero bien en general la relación calidad precio.

El hotel está bien situado, pero la fecha de caducidad ha pasado hace tiempo, la moqueta está sucia, el aire acondicionado no se puede regular, y hace un ruido horroroso, y peor de todo el olor de la habitación. Eso no se puede ver en fotos.

After an all night flight we were thrilled that our room was ready earlier than expected. Our room was not remodeled as shown in the pictures but was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a big concert happening in the park across the street and we did not hear any of it! Amazing sound proof windows

This was a good stay in Madrid. We arrived a little early and lucky for us the room was ready so we were able to check in. That was wonderful. The staff are very kind and attentive. The room was comfortable enough despite it being a little older. The bathroom had a toilet, a bidet, and a bathtub and the water pressure was excellent. Definitely felt good to relax after the hot summer days in Madrid. The bed was comfortable and pillows were alright. The AC in the room is really loud but I didn't mind so long as it would work. The room also had a small kitchen area, a microwave, and a fridge which was great. Location-wise, this hotel was ideal. It was just a few meters from the Plaza de España which was convenient for us. Plenty of places for food options as well. We tried the breakfast and it was okay. Nothing too special but very convenient on the days where we needed to go see places early in the morning. Overall, this was a good stay in Madrid, great staff, convenient location.

The hotel is located on Gran vía, close to the España plaza. The room is very spacious with a lot of chairs and king size bed. It even have a nice balcony where we relaxed everyday after the various activities. The hotel stuffs were nice and efficient, the breakfast offerings were plenty. Price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel.

Ubicación más que excelente, buscábamos cercanía a plaza España y gran vía ya que solo fuimos a pasar una noche, y la verdad que cumple por completo con las espectativas, ya que las camas eran cómodas y aunque no teníamos el desayuno, al haber cocina en el apartamento nos hizo el papel…

El hotel esta súper bien ubicado, el personal súper atento y amable, me dieron una habitación que olía a humedad y a desagüe y me cambiaron de habitación, aún así, las habitaciones son tan viejas y esa moqueta debe de llevar tanto tiempo puesta y pisada que olía y daba asco pensar en poner un pie sobre esa moqueta. Además cuando arrancaba el equipo de aire acondicionado, que son muy muy viejos, el ruido te daba un susto de muerte y seguía haciendo un ruido que no dejaba dormir. Están arreglándolo, si lo modernizan será un gran hotel, porque las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, el personal es muy amable y la ubicación es buenísima.

Ao chegarmos no hotel nos deparamos com um problema: a hoteis.com não tinha passado as datas corretas da nossa estadia, estava meu nome em uma reserva para o mes de junho, no entanto, o hotel solucionou o nosso problema, nos colocando no quarto. O quarto é ótimo! Boas camas, bom chuveiro, cozinha completa, recepção prestativa. E o melhor, muito bem localizado! Com estação de metrô muito perto! Super recomendo.

First problem was checkin was absolutely terrible , they tried to tell me that I had to pay again for the room even though I had a receipt showing them I paid . After a half hour they finally found my reservation . I have to say there was a bad smell in the hotel and when I got to the room it looked absolutely nothing like the photos . Very old and out of date . I was very disappointed especially with this being a fairly expensive 4 star hotel . I would not stay here again

The reception clerk was arguing loudly with the head supervisor of housekeeping on the phone in front of us for like 7 minutes, while he he was processing our room assignment. A localização é o diferencial, excelente, em frente a Plaza de Espanha, do lado da Gran Via e do Palacio Real. A acomodação é boa e confortável, mas o banheiro poderia ser melhorado com um box eficiente, o que tivemos não continha a agua, molhava demais o banheiro. É um edifício antigo, reformado. O estacionamento é horrivel, mas compreensível para um predio antigo.

The hotel is located on Gran vía, close to the España plaza. The room is very spacious with a lot of chairs and king size bed. It even have a nice balcony where we relaxed everyday after the various activities. The hotel stuffs were nice and efficient, the breakfast offerings were plenty. Price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the property was close to hop on hop off buses as well as local transit (metro and bus). Easy to get anywhere in the city without any trouble. There was a festival going on in the park across the road giving lots of entertainment for our stay.

Pontos positivos: localização e o isolamento acústico. Muito próximo do Palacio, da Granvia e estações de metro. Negativos: Hotel antigo e caro pelo que é. O pior cafe da manha de todos os tempos. Não é no hotel, mas numa cafeteria ao lado. Frutas velhas e murchas, croissant de supermercado, e produtos de baixíssima qualidade. Pagamos cafe da manha caríssimo a parte e não conseguimos comer nada. Funcionários precisam de um treinamento melhor. Deixou muito a desejar. Não me hospedaria novamente

La habitación era exactamente igual que la que aparecía en la web, muy limpia y muy correcta; el cuarto de baño, también. El desayuno se toma en una pequeña cafetería adyacente al hotel, que deja mucho que desear en instalaciones y escaleras de acceso; es un bufet muy escaso y con productos de muy mala calidad.

Está bien ubicada, si vas en coche no tiene estacionamiento aunque hay uno muy cerca pero es un poco incómodo si llevas equipaje, nosotros pedimos con desayuno pero no nos gustó nada, era todo como de mala calidad

If you want to get Ill I suggest staying here. We had to open windows just to circulate air. Radiator would turn on in the middle of the night making it feel like a room of lava. Beds are uncomfortable.

Excellent location, walking distance to all main sites. Clean and spacious room. Smooth Wi-Fi. There was no toilet brush, ventilation didn't work and door couldn't close. Shower handle was leaking. Loud AC unit so using it was pretty useless. Bed lamp didn't work. An unequal amount of towels for each person. Very slow, chaotic check-in as one person deals with many people at once. The shortcomings wouldn't bother us if our stay had been cheaper. Overall, very poor value for money.
