La localización fenomenal, la cama un poco incomoda, necesita una renovacion. Olia a humedad y en la pared ya salia el color negro. Hacia mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado. La ducha tenia poca presion. El personal genial, muy amable y educados. El desayuno ok, tampoco nada fuera de lo normal y el secador de la habitación tenia buena potencia.

Hôtel très sympa, avec un super emplacement pour visiter ! À distance de marche de la Gran Via ce qui est super. La chambre est pratique, assez grande pour dormir avec une salle de bain fonctionnel. Le personne est très sympathique et très accueillant ce qui est un gros plus. La chambre pourrait être un peu plus propre mais c’est ok dans l’ensemble. Il y a la clime, un peu ancienne et donc bruyante mais elle fonctionne bien c’est donc un gros plus en été pour Madrid. Hôtel que je recommande !

Lo mejor es la ubicación, esta muy céntrico, a unas cuadras de la Gran vía, a 15 min del parque el retiro y tiene varias estaciones del metro cerca. Las habitaciones cumplen su función, son pequeñas pero tienen lo básico. Habitaciones limpias y el personal la verdad es muy amable y servicial. En el desayuno no había tantas opciones pero también cumple su función.

We had a nice stay except the very noisy street. Even with the window closed, we still heard people, trucks, sirens at all hours of the night. The 10 Euro breakfast was not included. It was average. No eggs were offered. The front desk and cleaning staff were very attentive.

This stay was a quick overnighter to catch an early flight. The staff was very helpful in securing transportation and making dining recommendations. The lobby and location was great. The condition of the room, however, was disappointing and in need of an update... there was significant wear and tear including cracks in the bathroom sink, water damage up the side of the bathroom door, well worn bed linens, etc.

Great hotel in the center of Madrid! Very good prices, they have a continental breakfast for a surcharge. Room was very nice. We were on a family trip and we were 4 people. We were able to book a room with 4 beds, very comfortable and with a lot of space. Highly recommend it!

Excellent location! Right off the Gran Via - easy walks to transportation, tons of restaurants and shopping near by. Excellent customer service - front desk was friendly and knowledgeable; she answered all our questions. They also were able to check us in a little early and stored our luggage both before and after our stay. Hotel needs some updating - beds were a little uncomfortable. Sheets were clean but seemed worn. Of course we spent little time in the room as we were busy exploring the beautiful city! Great hotel especially for the price!

I will not recomend this property to any one. Hallway had a very unpleasent smell. Stains on halway carpet. Roomvery small. We couldnt sleep at night due to out side noise. Staff was not friendly . There was no hot water the evening we arrived and we were told to wait till morning as they cant to any thing about it. Very bad experience

As a group of ladies, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had a room with 4 single beds, plenty of room and comfortable, with a fridge. Lovely shower. Conveniently located for all the main attractions. Palace only 10-15 mins walk. Extra praise for the lovely receptionist, who was really friendly and helpful.

La localización fenomenal, la cama un poco incomoda, necesita una renovacion. Olia a humedad y en la pared ya salia el color negro. Hacia mucho calor y no había aire acondicionado. La ducha tenia poca presion. El personal genial, muy amable y educados. El desayuno ok, tampoco nada fuera de lo normal y el secador de la habitación tenia buena potencia.

We had a nice stay except the very noisy street. Even with the window closed, we still heard people, trucks, sirens at all hours of the night. The 10 Euro breakfast was not included. It was average. No eggs were offered. The front desk and cleaning staff were very attentive.

Excelente ubicación y precio, habitación cómoda y limpia. En el desayuno buffet podrían incluir huevos o tortilla de patatas como en otros hoteles. En general muy satisfecha con mi estancia :)

Great hotel in the center of Madrid! Very good prices, they have a continental breakfast for a surcharge. Room was very nice. We were on a family trip and we were 4 people. We were able to book a room with 4 beds, very comfortable and with a lot of space. Highly recommend it!

Lo mejor es la ubicación, esta muy céntrico, a unas cuadras de la Gran vía, a 15 min del parque el retiro y tiene varias estaciones del metro cerca. Las habitaciones cumplen su función, son pequeñas pero tienen lo básico. Habitaciones limpias y el personal la verdad es muy amable y servicial. En el desayuno no había tantas opciones pero también cumple su función.

Room was clean and tidy, not much space to move around but ok for a solo. The walls are very thin, could hear people constantly talking and living around outside the room. Aircon monitor didn’t seem to work so I had to keep telling the front desk to either turn it off or increase the temperature as the rooms got too cold at times. It was just annoying as I couldn’t control it myself when I wanted it on or not. So I felt a nuisance. Otherwise the staff were lovely, gave me recommendations for restaurants and explained how to get around and what’s good to see.
