1BR to 4BR House near Clearwater Beach with Swimming Pool

Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms. A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for comfortable sleep). One of the bedrooms has access directly outside, but only locked via the keypad on the doorknob and did not have an deadbolt on the inside which was very different and odd to us, but still worked and locked as expected. Otherwise, the property had a nice aesthetic and pool and is very capable of hosting multiple people comfortably.Communication with the host via messages was good and nothing but friendly, but I think our stay was simply too short to see complete follow-up on a couple of questions and concerns brought up. If we had stayed longer, I’m sure we would have had a more fulfilling experience, so will definitely keep this location in mind for future getaways!

Terrible. 91 degrees inside the house. Poor management. No response from the host. I would highly recommend Nothing about this house but to save yourself from Hell and Robbery. Our Family of 16 regret staying here and are in the process of seeking refund right now! They even had the nerve to ask me could I fix it???????????
