The staff at this hotel were very friendly. Checking in was very easy and convenient. One slightly weird thing for a hotel of this size is that the to get in, you had to press a buzzer for the staff to open. This was a little annoying every time you enter the hotel you have to wait for someone to open the door for you. The rooms are also not sound proofed against the street. You can hear cars passing during the night and people walking by making noise. The first night you could hear people shouting outside from the fourth floor. If you’re a light sleeper, this isn’t the place for you. AC is also fairly old with poor controls. You can’t set the temperature, it’s just a dial for hot or cold.

Room was great, nothing to complain about. Also gym room was pretty good. I picked this hotel as it was very close to M7, so easy to get to and get back from Estadio Cívitas Metropolitano. Lots of shops nearby, a big Lidl right next to the hotel, great restaurants in a walking distance. Easy to get to the airport, if you dont have luggage, with the same metro. Or a short trip with Bolt or Uber which is less than 20 euros. I'm definitely going back there next time i travel to Madrid. Loved the place.

We have room 511, extremely small room with afternoon sun, very hot and can not open the shades. Barely enough room just go around the bed. Not enough room to put suitcases anywhere. Hotel is quite far from all the popular sights. Must transfer if using metro to sights and it takes minimum 20-30 minutes. It takes >50 minutes if take a bus, and it costs almost 30 Euros by taxi from Plaza Mayor. Coffee machine in the lobby but you have to pay to buy a capsule, pretty cheap. It is pricy for what you get. Had stay in many AC hotel before and this one is very disappointing. No hot water boiler, the capsule coffee machine is not adequate to make hot water or tea.

Hotel o Hostal??!! De 2 estrellas,la habitacion olia a humedad y muy fria. Etrar en el parking con un 4×4 ,un calvario y encima cuesta 25€ al dia !! Lo unico bueno,la recepcion y el resturante amables y buena comida.

Comfortabele en schone kamer. Ligging van het hotel is dicht bij openbaar vervoer zoals metro en bus, en op 40 min loopafstand van het centrum. Jammer is wel dat er geen roomservice is voor een drankje na 23 uur zeker ook omdat de tentjes in de omgeving vroeg sluiten voor spaanse begrippen. Personeel is vriendelijk en willig je te dienst staan.

El alojamiento no era de lo que pensé, la cafetera de la habitación estaba rota, avisa recepción y no me la cambiaron, el baño estaba sucio con manchas el plato de ducha, al lado de la cafetera había un vello púbico, luces rotas en el techo fuera de la habitación, etc.

Gran lugar para hospedarse, el personal es muy amable y atento y te ayudan bastante. Mi único comentario es que hay algunas habitaciones que debido a su orientación, pueden percibirse algo calientes debido a que les da el sol gran parte del día, pero nada que no se pueda resolver cerrando cortinas o haciendo uso del aire acondicionado

The hotel is in a very good condition, the rooms are nice as well as the toiletries. It has a very good restaurant in which I recommend the breakfast. The personal, in my opinion, could be better. There are facilities like a small market right on the side and another restaurant right in front of. It is not very close to Madrid’s main attractions so you would have to take a taxi or a bus to get there every time you want to go. 10 euro approx each taxi ride.

My friend’s backpack was stolen during the check out, when we were at the reception. Staff didn’t provide the images from security camera, they just shared the police station ‘s address and no more support. Police informed it is very common AT THIS HOTEL!

After 2 weeks in Morocco this hotel provided some real comfort with a great bed, linens, towels and hot water. Not really a great spot for tourists but a solid business hotel...breakfast ok once we sorted out and proved our included breakfast which on entering we were told it was not included...shen i explained we confirmed it at check in i just got a strong NO! She did not offer to sort it out for us and left us to go to reception and drag the reception staff in to tell them it was included...otherwise a solid stay...just a note that I am a regular to Madrid and i find most hotels here overpriced for what they are. While the stay was solid so was the price!

Best stay we’ve ever had at a Marriott. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were helpful and courteous. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food and service were excellent.
