First only one of the three elevators was functional. Then the room had a stenching strong chemical smell during all the night. The walls were full of holes and repainted patches. The door was completely crooked and has a one inch gap on one end. The window frames were also crooked and left a half-inch gap on one end. One of the pillows was torn and had the filling coming out of it! The bedding had blood stains!! The bathroom had mold and unfinished/unpainted sections in the walls.

El sitio está totalmente descuidado y sin mantenimiento. Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias y con partes rotas y desprendidas. A la puerta le faltaba el marco. El televisor (mini televisor porque debe se de 14") está de adorno porque es tan antiguo que no soporta canales HD, asi que ahora que ya solo se emiten canales en ese formato, en el televisor no se puede ver nada. A pesar de que el hotel ofrece desayuno, no tiene cafetería ni restaurante, tienes que salir del hotel e ir a una cafetería de la calle que está cruzando una carretera. Desaconsejo totalmente este sitio.

Que falta de cordialidad de la personas de recepción, no nos ayudaron en nada, pedí una secadora de pelo me dijeron hay dos pero está dañadas, no hay ni un sobre de café , no sirven los dispensadores de jabón., no shampoo nada. Debe tener más amenities. No hay caja de seguridad. Ni en recepción No volveré

Los pasillos acumalaban suciedad, al menos en la planta 3°. La habitación estaba limpia. Falta conservación. Las paredes presentan muchisimos rayones de maletas posiblemente. La TV parece un monitor de PC. Es enana. El desayuno es un ticket para irte a un bar a 50 m. Recepción muy amables, eso si.
Los pasillos acumalaban suciedad, al menos en la planta 3°. La habitación estaba limpia. Falta conservación. Las paredes presentan muchisimos rayones de maletas posiblemente. La TV parece un monitor de PC. Es enana. El desayuno es un ticket para irte a un bar a 50 m. Recepción muy amables, eso si.

Duschen var trasig fick säga till dem att den skulle repareras toaletten var också trasig det rann vatten hela tiden dem gjorde ingenting åt det hade svår att sova för att varje 2 minuter vatten hållare startade där att fila på mer vatten och tvn fungerade inte. Man kunde bara håra dem gjorde ingenting heller åt det. Aldrig mer samma stället.

I had difficulty locating the hotel due to the lack of visible signage, which made finding it frustrating. The hotel doesn’t fit the ‘boutique’ description, as the rooms feel bare and poorly decorated. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the walls were thin enough to hear neighbors moving around. The bathroom only had a single, broken soap container placed inconveniently in the shower, and the windows didn’t close properly, allowing restaurant noise to filter in until late at night. Overall, not the restful stay I was hoping for.

Très bien situé près d’une station de métro. Beaucoup de site à visiter sont à 30/40 minutes de marche. Le confort de la chambre est de base. Comme la rue est très animée, avons choisi une chambre côté cour, et avons apprécié la tranquillité. Le personnel est avare de sourires et de bonjours.

Muy mala atención desde el momento de la recepción y el check in. Nos robaron cosas de la habitación, hicimos el reclamo y nos dijeron que era culpa nuestra que lo habíamos perdido. Las habitaciones están viejas, no son como las muestran en imágenes.

Mi vuelo se retrasó y llegue como a las 22:30, porque estuve buscando el hotel como Hotel "Boutique Urban Genova", lo cual "no existe" en el sitio tiene otro nombre completamente diferente, por lo que cuando pude identificar cual era, en la recepción no había nadie, marque en varias ocasiones al contacto y no me contesto nadie, la comunicación es nula con el hotel, realmente no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, estuve buscando en los alrededores un hotel y no pude encontrar ninguno, tuve que dormir con mi esposa en el aeropuerto de Madrid.

Très bien situé près d’une station de métro. Beaucoup de site à visiter sont à 30/40 minutes de marche. Le confort de la chambre est de base. Comme la rue est très animée, avons choisi une chambre côté cour, et avons apprécié la tranquillité. Le personnel est avare de sourires et de bonjours.

I had difficulty locating the hotel due to the lack of visible signage, which made finding it frustrating. The hotel doesn’t fit the ‘boutique’ description, as the rooms feel bare and poorly decorated. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the walls were thin enough to hear neighbors moving around. The bathroom only had a single, broken soap container placed inconveniently in the shower, and the windows didn’t close properly, allowing restaurant noise to filter in until late at night. Overall, not the restful stay I was hoping for.

Camera pulita, spaziosa. Bagno pulito, cambio salviette giornaliero, ma senza servizi di hotelery(no shampoo, phon, cotton fioc…). Mi vuelo se retrasó y llegue como a las 22:30, porque estuve buscando el hotel como Hotel "Boutique Urban Genova", lo cual "no existe" en el sitio tiene otro nombre completamente diferente, por lo que cuando pude identificar cual era, en la recepción no había nadie, marque en varias ocasiones al contacto y no me contesto nadie, la comunicación es nula con el hotel, realmente no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, estuve buscando en los alrededores un hotel y no pude encontrar ninguno, tuve que dormir con mi esposa en el aeropuerto de Madrid.

El sitio está totalmente descuidado y sin mantenimiento. Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias y con partes rotas y desprendidas. A la puerta le faltaba el marco. El televisor (mini televisor porque debe se de 14") está de adorno porque es tan antiguo que no soporta canales HD, asi que ahora que ya solo se emiten canales en ese formato, en el televisor no se puede ver nada. A pesar de que el hotel ofrece desayuno, no tiene cafetería ni restaurante, tienes que salir del hotel e ir a una cafetería de la calle que está cruzando una carretera. Desaconsejo totalmente este sitio.

Los pasillos acumalaban suciedad, al menos en la planta 3°. La habitación estaba limpia. Falta conservación. Las paredes presentan muchisimos rayones de maletas posiblemente. La TV parece un monitor de PC. Es enana. El desayuno es un ticket para irte a un bar a 50 m. Recepción muy amables, eso si.

The property is centrally located, very near to parking (Parking Almagro is approximately 200 meters away) and the metro station. The front desk was particularly helpful in assisting us in getting the air conditioning in our room to function properly (in the first Spain heatwave of 2026, this was very much appreciated). The rooms are functional in layout. Drapes are blackout, but if on the side of the building that overlooks Calle Almagro, there's both some street noise until the restaurants below close, as well as some limited street traffic in the morning. Good value for the price paid.

The location is fantastic and the room itself quite nice, but the airconditioner was on in February and I was unable to turn on the heat to warm up the room. Moreover, the shower was broken, with water coming out of a broken pipe rather than either of the shower heads. Clearly, both these problems existed before my arrival. No action taken by the hotel staff when I reported these problems. Shame.
