Excelente ubicación, aunque cerca no hay supermercado, pero caminando un poco encuentras. Hay restaurantes buenos en la calle páralela y una cafetería panadería para desayunar. En el aparthotel no hay desayuno, hay máquinas expendedoras de café bebidas y snacks. El parking con el q tienen convenio está en la otra manzana, sería ideal que tuvieran con el que tienen a lado, ya que el precio es muy diferente ( el de a lado 36 euros 24 hs y el otro al tener convenio solo 23 euros). El estudio tiene un Tamaño adecuado, cocina, microondas y nevera . Creo q haría falta una cafetera. Por lo demás muy bien..

lo mejor: la situación, y la habitación estaba muy bien también. Lo que menos me gustó: el trato del recepcionista, en mi opinión muy brusco... El edificio está muy bien situado, pero solo funcionaba un ascensor, y como tiene mucha gente, eso a veces era un problema. En general bien, pero mejorable en alguna cosilla...

The property is not well represented in the photos you see online, the elevators are tiny with one of them not working, the lobby entrance is the only nice thing about the property. The apartment it self feels old and had a weird smell, the AC did not fully work, the room never felt really cool. The location is good. Overall for 1-2 nights it works, but if you want to have a nice room for a longer stay this is not the place.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we could walk to nearby attractions and to shopping easily. They need to work on their laundry room because when I had a problem, they told me that it’s run by an outside company. And they completely washed their hands of the issue told me to call a phone number. I paid for detergent and there was none in the machine and paying for washing and drying is very ambiguous and the machine seems to keep telling you to put more money in.

청결하고 데스크 직원은 영어를 잘 못하지만 정말정말 친절합니다. 숙소근처에 식료품점 있어서 아침사먹기 좋고 방에 냉장고도 있어서 보관하기 편합니다. 방은 넓었고 겨울이라 조금 춥긴했지만 만족스러웠습니다. 유럽 화장실은 다 그렇던데 샤워부스가 반만 있어서 물이 튀긴합니다. 호텔안에 세탁실이 있어서 쉽게 이용할 수있습니다.

Positivo. Ubicación muy buena y con facil acceso a transporte, todo el personal fue muy amable. Acondicionada para personas de movilidad reducida. Negativo Las habitación mal mantenida. Baño con la mampara llena de moho y oxido. Mueble del menaje sucio. Imposible descansar las paredes no aislan el ruido para nada. Una discoteca a la vuelta que suma a que las ventanas no aislan sonido. Precio excesivo para el estado de las habitaciones.

Muy bien ubicado, el lobby bien puesto. Sin embargo estaba todo el día y noches lleno de basura sin recoger. Amontonada por todas partes de verdad muy sucias las áreas comunes. El cuarto en muy malas condiciones y por el precio pagado he estado en mejores cuartos acondicionados Espero sirvan estas sugerencias.

First nights were spent in what looked like a converted dorm room, not really cleaned before we got there (long hairs on floor), and in an alcove that served as an echo chamber for guests in adjacent rooms who kept calling to each until until early in the morning (must have been in town for a party/event). We asked to be move to another area of the hotel - this room was smaller but much better in terms of noise (just street noise, not neighbor noise). Laundry facilities on site were a positive.

Fiquei neste mesmo hotel há 26 anos e, ao precisar pernoitar em Madri inesperadamente por uma noite, pareceu-me uma boa ideia - a localização é perfeita. Porém, é difícil recomendá-lo. O preço estava dentro da média de inúmeros outros estabelecimentos. Senti que a cama estava limpíssima e dormi muito confortavelmente. Mas fica a sensação de estarmos em um apartamento de temporada, feito para quem vai morar por um tempo na cidade, e não um hotel. A limpeza é imperfeita, a televisão não funcionava (não estava plugada na energia e as pilhas do controle remoto estavam esgotadas) e o recepcionista me sugeriu apenas fazer um comentário negativo por conta disso (ao invés de tentar resolver).

Family room was nice enough but no working A/C… at least that’s what the employee told me (“I’m just an employee, if you have a problem contact our management “)… there was a portable A/C unit that we had to figure out on our own how to use (exhaust line goes out the window, etc.). I wrote a message which three days later is still unanswered. Finally, the safety lock box didn’t work and despite reporting it was never fixed. A bit of a shame.

Very convenient location right across from the Recoletos subway entrance and within walking distance to the Cibeles fountain, the busy Gran Via and the beautiful El Retiro Park. The apartment itself is spacious and ours opens up to a view of the street by the beautiful National Library next door. Very friendly and helpful service (they graciously worked w/us to leave our luggages there prior to our visit due to our travel arrangements) and they provided helpful hints on the area. Great stay, great hotel, great service.

I only stayed there for two days, but I really enjoyed the tranquility and peace. The front desk was always ready to help, cleaning was done on time., the staff was very friendly, and I really appreciated the security. I will continue to book this same place when I return with my family.

El proceso de entrada fue muy lento se atrasaron por Más de una hora !!!😡 La habitación muy amplia , sin embargo no tenía refrigerador pequeño el cual solicité de inmediato pero jamás lo pusieron! Les reporté una pequeña fuga de agua en el sanitario pero no hicieron algo al respecto, quizás les sobre el agua 💦 para desperdiciarla de esta manera.

Very convenient location right across from the Recoletos subway entrance and within walking distance to the Cibeles fountain, the busy Gran Via and the beautiful El Retiro Park. The apartment itself is spacious and ours opens up to a view of the street by the beautiful National Library next door. Very friendly and helpful service (they graciously worked w/us to leave our luggages there prior to our visit due to our travel arrangements) and they provided helpful hints on the area. Great stay, great hotel, great service.

Excelente ubicación, aunque cerca no hay supermercado, pero caminando un poco encuentras. Hay restaurantes buenos en la calle páralela y una cafetería panadería para desayunar. En el aparthotel no hay desayuno, hay máquinas expendedoras de café bebidas y snacks. El parking con el q tienen convenio está en la otra manzana, sería ideal que tuvieran con el que tienen a lado, ya que el precio es muy diferente ( el de a lado 36 euros 24 hs y el otro al tener convenio solo 23 euros). El estudio tiene un Tamaño adecuado, cocina, microondas y nevera . Creo q haría falta una cafetera. Por lo demás muy bien..

Muy buena localizacion, junto a la estacion de Recoletos, facil acceso a todo por autobus, metro Retiro a unos 10 min caminando. Al lado del museu de anteoplogia y la biblioteca nacional. Aun q no sea lujoso, cumple las expectativas, cama cofoetable. Hay un carrefour express a 3 cuadras lo q permite comprar alimentos, ya q hay una minicocina con microondas, frigobar, etc

One thing they need to fix: if you get a. room with two single beds, the shared headboard has reading lamps mounted in the center of each bed with sharp corners ready to split your scalp when you sit up. It also makes it impossible to sit up in bed since there is a sharp, square, light fixture in the middle of your back.

Ideal location, right in the center of Salamanca, where fashion shops, jewelry, stores and restaurants are concentrated. Exceptionally large bedroom, with mini kitchen. Nearby PARKING with HOTEL discount. Within 20 minutes walk of most of MADRID landmarks I have been staying there for over 10 years, every time I cross the ocean to Europe, and would not consider staying anywhere else. The place was not too bad, but certainly not as it looked on the website. The lobby looks fine, but as soon as you go up and out of the elevator, it looks pretty ugly and in need of maintenance. The walls in the hallways and the room are dirty and scratched. The room is smaller that it looked. The bathroom door has water damage as well as the shower ceiling. There is at least one night club close by and it was pretty noisy at night.
