The front desk staff were friendly and the service in the cafeteria was very good. I requested our room door to be oiled (very squeaky) but they didn’t. Our towels were changed everyday although we said not to. The one elevator had a bad smell throughout our 3 day stay. The location though was great, lots of restaurants around the area and small supermarkets for fruits and water. If you want a reasonably priced hotel close to transportation with no frills, this hotel is good enough. Although it can use a little facelift.

The front desk staff were excellent. The staff spent time explaining what bus to take to get to the Reina Sofia Museum and where to eat in the area. 5 stars for the front desk staff! The hotel is undergoing renovation and we were on the 4th floor where it was noisy and the smell of new paint was evident. This was very disappointing. Reasonable price to stay for a large city and breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. Staff at breakfast worked hard to serve you coffee and tea. I wish there were more options for tea, not just one kind and real lemon instead of the bottled lemon juice. Definitely a 3 star hotel as you do miss some of the extras but rooms were clean.

La habitación pequeña pero cómoda y recién renovada, el closet hasta huele a nuevo. Todos los días limpian. La señora Mariza es un amor, solo ella vale toda la estadía en ese hotel. El único inconveniente es que el ascensor tiene un mal olor, pero ya por eso, no es motivo para dar mala calificación. Lo recomiendo y volvería. La ubicación es excelente, la estación del metro y la parada del bus están a pocos pasos de distancia y llegas rápido a donde sea.

La habitación estaba limpia, la cama muy cómoda pero como en todos los hoteles del mundo la almohada era demasiado blanda. La habitación en general estaba bien aunque se veía algo antigua pero aún así cumplía su cometido. El baño también estaba bien solo que las losetas del suelo estaban muy muy sueltas y sonaba cada vez que te movías y eso hacía que se despertara la persona que durmió conmigo

A great little neighborhood. Rather quiet, but it is Easter weekend. Close to metro stop with small restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Room is small, but clean. Bed was very comfortable. Small refrigerator.

Stayed for mad cool festival and was very convenient for that. Service was excellent. The place looks a little dated and needed a couple of minor fixes but everything was super clean. The rooms were large and had everything you’d need. Right next to Legazpi metro and loads of restaurants around. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Great value all in all.

Ganske fint nyoppusset rom med kjøleskap, rolig bakgård, stort og fint bad, og hyggelig betjening. Bygget er eldre, og det er veldig lytt mellom rommene, ut mot gangen og mot heisen man hører godt hele natta. Sentral plassering litt utenfor sentrum, med butikker og restauranter rett utenfor. God frokost, men den siste halvtimen var det bare brød/rundstykker, ost og skinke igjen.

El hotel está bastante viejo. La limpieza está bien y la ducha suministra agua caliente al instante y con buena presión. No sé cómo se otorgan las estrellas, pero no me ha parecido merecedor de tres estrellas por mi experiencia en hoteles de esa misma categoría. Mucho ruido de tuberías y a través de las paredes procedente de las habitaciones contiguas.

Well priced decent hotel which is pretty close to local metro facilitate easy travel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The main issue with my room was that the bathroom is really tiny incl. the toilet area and the shower! It was quite a challenge using the both!

The hotel was generally good. The room was newer and more modern than it appeared in the photos. The cleanliness was satisfactory. However, in the morning, the staff chatted in the corridor for about half an hour and listened to something at a loud volume, which made it quite noisy. As a result, I had to wake up early. In addition, the hotel is also conveniently located, with a bus stop right in front and easy access to the city center. Overall, I didn’t experience any issues apart from the morning noise.

The Staff are nice and helpful. But the Room is very bad and small. You can hear every things outside the Room from every morning 7 am, espcially the cleaning Staff. Air conditioner does not work at Floor 5.

Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, not a tourist area of Madrid so English was not spoken in most places we went to around the Hotel .. front desk personnel were fluent in English however so no problems there. Breakfast was ok but very repetitive

De locatie is prima voor te slapen en ontbijten. Gelijk kort in de buurt bij Metro Legazpi. De bus stopt voor het hotel en andere buslijnen bij Metro Legazpi. Het is minder dan 5 minuten lopen om daarover komen.
