En general todo muy bien. Solo si es de 4 estrellas me extraña que no tenga restaurante. Tampoco alguien que te ayude con las maletas ya que no hay rampa para subir a la recepción. Y había alguien moviendo los muebles en la noche por lo cual se escucha todo. Pero la ubicación y el baño enorme me encantó!!

La ubicación es inmejorable, solo eso, ya vale la pena. Pero, además, la atención de la gente de recepción es muy buena, resuelven cualquier contratiempo. Las instalaciones muy funcionales y la habitación cómoda y limpia. El único aspecto que no tuve resuelto fue el tema del aparcamiento, ya que llegué en auto y tuve que pagar un aparcamiento privado.

The building next door is under heavy restructuration and from 8 to 19 there are noises of breaking walls. So forget about late sleep of taking a nap in the afternoon… So too expensive for these conditions…

The location of the hotel was good and the beds were comfy which is the main thing I guess, but the room we had faced the ‘courtyard’ so there was zero light in the room, might as well not had a window at all but I was unaware this was even an option otherwise I would of requested an outside room. The room smelt of sewage which was gag worthy. There was a loud flushing noise going on all night like someone was constantly flushing a toilet which was annoying but overall it was a comfy place to put my head down, glad it was only for one night though and I wouldn’t go back for the price.

One of my worst experiences. Two big issues: The room smelled of cigaret smoke and the people were really noisy, never seen anything like it before. At all hours of the night and multiple times, yelling, throwing things and slamming doors! Never again!

Overall was excellent. The only thing is that the mini fridge was too noise during the night and I couldn’t sleep. Also I could hear people on the corridors. Rather than that, the staff was lovely, the look was contemporary and cool. Everything was clean. I will be back.

The rooms advertised are the best ones, which are significantly better than the ones provided by the hotel. My room had no view of anything (wall), and the tv was on a sharp angle away from the bed, making any tv watching very uncomfortable. The rooms' walls are extremely thin so any outside noise will prevent you from getting a good night's sleep. Do not recommend this place for the money you pay.

Overall, it's a great hotel. My only complaint is that the bathroom has absolutely NO PRIVACY. It has a sliding glass door with the toilet right next to it—yes, you can see the silhouette and hear everything.

El Desayuno muy completo y el persosnal del restaurante de lo más amable, lo único que no me gustó fue que al llegar (llegue mucho antes de las 3) no hicieron nada por tratar de darme la habitación antes, entiendo que el check in es a las 3 pero literal no me la dieron hasta las 3:10 y no me explicaron el porqué simplemente me decían que no, y creo que pudieron haberme dado una buena razón o hacer el intento de dármela un poco antes, la actitud de la que estaba ahí no me encantó no recuerdo su nombre(era una de cabello chino), BEA en diferencia la persona más amable del mostrador , que mujer tan dispuesta y encantadora, la actitud del señor tampoco es muy colaborativa que digamos, y son lo primero que te reciben cuando llegas al hotel (ojo ahí )

The staff was not polite. At first in the room there was no air conditioning and told me that it was still winter in April with 78 degrees and we have to open the windows to hear all the noises in the night and could not sleep. 2 terrible nights. Then the next day they told me that there were changing the machines. How could they offer stays without emphasis that they are in remodeling. People go to hotel to rest. So the key is to have a peaceful place.

I booked and paid for a superior room with balcony, however room was not superior nor did it have a balcony, very disappointing. Shower was poor pressure with spray adjustment not working and no plug for the bath, so could not be used. Breakfast very good and staff pleasant.
