Ducha con viga en el medio las personas altas no se pueden duchar bien, aparte que es tina y muy peligrosa , cama incómoda, el ac hacía mucho ruido, la botella de agua tenía polvo… por último mencionaba que había estacionamiento y al llegar estaba lleno tuve que dejar el coche a 800 metros del hotel….

The bed fell off the track and we had to either sleep with it like that or switch rooms as no one was available to fix it; we switched rooms. They didn’t provide any toiletries as listed on the site. Had to wash up with long heavy hand towels because wash cloths were unavailable. Front desk never answered the phone when you called, elevator was incredibly cramped and jittery. Great location to the soccer stadium.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. The pictures dont really reflect this hotel. If you stay, stay in the new area. The old side is really bad. I went to the front desk and they did change my room. I was put in #317 and it had two huge structural column in the room. The hotel has many rooms and all the rooms could not have been full. I saw 3 other guests there. Why would they put me in the worst room when nicer rooms even in the old side were available. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and when i said room 317 she was happy to change it. If you do stay here ask for a nice room.

I selectos king size ves and when I arrived to the room, the bed was a double bed and not a king size. I made 2 reservation one for a queen bed and another for a kit bed. Both rooms had the same bed.

my complains are two, rooms are a bit small, and airco is weak, Madrid is a hot city and room temperature cannot come under 22 celsius, no matter how hard you set the fan or low the temperature is set. double check with reception and told me that is their norm. So be aware can be too hot sometimes

The customer service at the reception is almost non-existent, and the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired. The sheets and towels are not changed, and when they are changed, they are torn towels. The breakfast buffet and bar were the only places we felt comfortable. Both the bartender and the girls in the cafeteria are very friendly and attentive to customers.

Check in was super easy. Beatrice was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available. She did and moved me later on. The staff there is always so friendly, welcoming and tries their best to assist you. They make the hotel a 5 star stay.

The staff was unwilling to accommodate to the Guest's needs. They were very rigid and uncompromising in their approach. Showed a lack of empathy. I have stayed at three different Nh Hotels in Spain. Two of them have been uncomfortable. I Believe I Will never stay at an Nh hotel.

Not necessarily in a convenient place but close enough to tourist destinations 10-15 taxi ride, a couple of subway stations nearby). But in fact, the stadium where Real Madrid plays is a few minute walk away. Very quiet residential area and there are ample cafes, restaurants, super markets and pharmacies. Rooms are tiny but the bath room is spacious and storage is nice. It would be nice if we can have additional towels….
