La habitación fue muy incómoda para dos personas altas; ya que, nos tocó cuidarnos de no pegarnos en la cabeza porque el cuarto estaba en el ático. Por lo mismo la ventilación del baño no existe toda la humedad se guarda y hay una ventana pequeña. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento OJO se debe dejar en un parking público (el “descuento” que te hace el hotel no vale la pena es por día y te descuentan muy poco) y nos tocó la pésima suerte que la plaza del Carmen está en restauración. Se les mandó msg al hotel para preguntar cómo ingresar al estacionamiento no contestaron para mí la atención al cliente deficiente. No recomí el hotel fue caro y no cumple con los servicios que el buscador te recomienda. La zona es complicada si llevan auto ni adentrarse porque también los peatones no permiten uno pueda cruzar, fue muy complicado el hospedaje. En general la tarifa muy alto para lo poco que ofrecen.

Propiedad básica pero con todo lo que necesitas para llegar de hacer tu día por Madrid y descansar. Camas muy cómodas, instalaciones bien mantenidas y limpieza. Me quedé tres noches y las disfruté mucho, está a solo 3-5 min caminando de dos estaciones de metro muy conectadas, la Sol y la Gran Vía. Te llevan a casi todos los destino que desees visitar, además a distancia de 4-5 min caminando de las tiendas de la Gran Vía. Me sorprendió la amabilidad del personal, muy atentos todos desde nuestra llegada las chicas de recepción con las las trate, todas me ayudaron en una u otra cosa desde darnos la habitación antes de la hora de check in hasta conseguir el útil o día que nos dieran desayuno antes de la hora porque salíamos temprano. Roxana quien nos atiende en el desayuno fue súper amable y servicial además de que sus desayunos tenían un sazón muy casero. Delicioso el desayuno bufete incluye fruta fresca, zumos, leche, huevo, jamones, pan, café delicioso. En fin, cuando regrese creo que elegiría sin dudarlo esta hotel de nuevo. Una disculpa que no tome el nombre de las chicas de recepción pero todas fueron espectaculares en su atención hacia mi esposa y a mi. Gracias !

Para empezar está muy bien ubicado. A una cuadra de plaza del sol, que a su vez, te lleva a cualquier punto de la ciudad sin problemas. El hotel es lindo, muy limpio, personal muy amable, pero debes entrar al lobby con tu propia llave o te darán una reprimenda que ellos suponen amable pero se siente su total molestia. Eso fue el único detalle "incómodo" de nuestra estancia. Fuera de eso habría sido perfecto. De hecho lo fue. Sirven un desayuno buffet muy sabroso, limpio, ordenado, totalmente higiénico y saludable. El elevador es rápido y silencioso. La escaleras espaciosas. Volvería a hospedarme ahí sin problemas y claro, abriría la puerta del lobby con mi llave para evitar que me regañen.

Los muebles de el lobby de entrada están manchados y sucios, tienen un solo elevador y cuando llegamos estaba en reparación. La habitación oscura, con dos columnas inmensas a un lado pintadas de color madera y superficies rugosa. Una ventana grande que daba hacia un techo/terraza interno todo sucio. Habían dos camas plegadas a un lado de la pared que se les veía parte de las sábanas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El área de desayuno tenía unos muebles de hierro, de los de terraza, muy incómodos. El principal problema es que lo ofrecen como 4 estrellas y el hotel no llega a 2 estrellas

When we arrived to the hotel we found it difficult to get to it due to the construction around the hotel. Finally we got there and figured out where to park our rental car. The room was really warm. The air conditioner was working but not that great. The did provide us with a fan which helped. One thing I noticed is the room door did not automatically lock when we left. So we had to insert the key to lock the door. That’s not normal for most rooms so I’m glad I noticed before we left. I did like the location of this hotel because we could walk everywhere.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Maria and Silvia really stood out with their hospitality. Place was very clean, safe and close to everything, well centralized. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Ci vado abitualmente con mia moglie per qualche giorno di arte shopping cucina gourmet e trovo perfetto questo hotel. Pulito, centralissimo ma silenzioso, con a fianco un ristorante-bar alla moda. E, altrettanto fondamentale, assolutamente non caro. Il personale è perfetto come il resto. Se proprio devo trovare un difettuccio, questo riguarda la scarsa ampiezza del letto matrimoniale “queen size”, anche se molto dipende dai miei parecchi chili di troppo!

Très bon accueil Chambre au 1er étage donnant sur la place. L'isolation n'est pas suffisante, tant en intérieur (écoulement d'eau / couloir) que vers l'extérieur. Nous avons été réveillés par des basses surpuissantes (night club probablement) vers 5h du matin. Chambre Ok mais Salle de bain vieillissante avec des traces et des carreaux fêlés. Petit déjeuner dans la cave mais très bon.

Room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Large variety of food for breakfast. Staff was very helpfull and provided great recommendations. Location is right in the middle of everything, which helps a lot if you don’t want to explore the city in one go.

property was well located. Even though Plaza del Carmen is under construction the area is great. All was well until I entered the bathroom in the room. I realize they try to squeeze dimension to the max but entering the shower with 1 ft clearance from the toilet was ridiculous for a person 1\'81m or 5\'11". Furthermore, thew shower head was broken so water wet everywhere. It reminded me of a lawn sprinkler wetting the entire bathroom. Having to use all the towels to dry the bathroom killed the theory of eco-friendly theme they project. We had to change 6 towels daily. A real pity because the staff was great.

En líneas generales buena propiedad. Cerca de sol, gran vía, etc…a mejorar el sistema de aire acondicionado. No enfriaba rápido y muy poco.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Maria and Silvia really stood out with their hospitality. Place was very clean, safe and close to everything, well centralized. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay here again.

Propiedad básica pero con todo lo que necesitas para llegar de hacer tu día por Madrid y descansar. Camas muy cómodas, instalaciones bien mantenidas y limpieza. La habitación fue muy incómoda para dos personas altas; ya que, nos tocó cuidarnos de no pegarnos en la cabeza porque el cuarto estaba en el ático. Por lo mismo la ventilación del baño no existe toda la humedad se guarda y hay una ventana pequeña. El hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento OJO se debe dejar en un parking público (el “descuento” que te hace el hotel no vale la pena es por día y te descuentan muy poco) y nos tocó la pésima suerte que la plaza del Carmen está en restauración. Se les mandó msg al hotel para preguntar cómo ingresar al estacionamiento no contestaron para mí la atención al cliente deficiente. No recomí el hotel fue caro y no cumple con los servicios que el buscador te recomienda. La zona es complicada si llevan auto ni adentrarse porque también los peatones no permiten uno pueda cruzar, fue muy complicado el hospedaje. En general la tarifa muy alto para lo poco que ofrecen.

Très bon accueil Chambre au 1er étage donnant sur la place. L'isolation n'est pas suffisante, tant en intérieur (écoulement d'eau / couloir) que vers l'extérieur. Nous avons été réveillés par des basses surpuissantes (night club probablement) vers 5h du matin. Chambre Ok mais Salle de bain vieillissante avec des traces et des carreaux fêlés. Petit déjeuner dans la cave mais très bon.

Great area to stay in to explore Madrid! Sol and Gran Via station are close by and tons of shops to explore! The room itself was quite small but worked for us.
