My four-night stay was extremely unpleasant. The worst part was the reception staff. They were very unfriendly. The young man was kind and tried his best to help. However, the two older men were curt and always refused requests or gave curt answers. The facilities were also very poor. There was a washing machine, but no detergent, so it was unusable, and there was no electric kettle. Not only that, but everything was so old that I didn't dare use it. The location was okay. The surroundings were quiet, and it was just a couple of stops by public transport to the city center. I bought simple ingredients or pre-cooked food at the nearby El Corte Inglés and made breakfast.

Las fotos no son fieles. No habia plancha. Un colchon estaba muy desvencijado. La recepcion fueron muy cordiales. El equipamiento del estudio fue adecuado para una estadia de 1 semana.

Très propre, ménage tous les jours, avec serviettes propres. Le seul point négatif est l'état vétuste de la literie. Réceptionistes très sympathiques et à notre service. Hotel bien placé pour visiter, taxi à 7euros pour aller au centre-ville à comparer avec le prix des parkings du centre.

Las almohadas tenían un olor terrible a sudor rancio. El piso está regularmente amoblado pero hace falta mantenimiento. La ubicacion es excelente ya que se encuentra a un paso de la Calle Goya, con acceso a Transporte, entretenimiento, restaurantes y tiendas.

An absolut nasty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. We stayed because there were no rooms in Madrid. The room smelled to tobacco, all the family's clothes stanked. The room was old and in poor condition. The kitchen doors were falling down. The sofa in the living room was old and ugly, was covered with a blanket. The person in the front desk with bad manners. DISASTROUS. THE PRICE IS NOT CORRESPONDAT WITH THE POOR PLACE.

La cama, súper vieja, con los bordes rotos. La ducha no se puede ajustar y es solo apretar un tornillo. La tina con problemas de hongos negros alrededor asi como la pared de la tina. La taza de baño rota le faltaba dos de los soportes de un lado. Esto no es de 3 llaves como anuncian. He estado en lugares con 2 llaves y súper buenos y súper limpios. Tengo fotos.

It needs an update. It describes it has air conditioning and it only has a portable in the living room area. The area is wonderful if they just would update the apartments it would be a plus. They do not have housekeeping on weekends and if you don't ask you don't know it, no towels or anything if you stay on the weekend, poor communication from front desk and also from hotels.com.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the Metro and other public transportation. There are very good restaurants around. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom has a good size considering the size of the bathrooms in Europe. Very recommendable.

La zona donde se ubica sin duda es el gran atractivo de este alojamiento.Gran cantidad de tiendas y restaurantes en la zona y a escasos metros de prácticamente todo. Por contra esta muy descuidado,el armario muy sucio ni sacamos la ropa de la maleta y no hablemos ya del estado del apartamento muy viejo, con muchas cosas rotas como marcos, la ducha que perdía agua constantemente, cortinas rotas...demasiado descuidado para una zona tan llamativa como esa.

El aparato de aire acondicionado es muy antiguo y ruidoso. El baño necesita mejoras. Por otra parte, el personal se mostró muy atento, especialmente el encargado de mantenimiento, el cual solucionó una incidencia en tan sólo unos minutos.

The property was in the best area of Madrid. We enjoy staying there. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The apartment needs remodeling. It looks to old,but as I said before we had a great time in that neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and stores. Love it. Would I stay there again? Yes, definitely.

Armario roto, microondas apoyado en 2 barras metálicas que se mueven y suspendido en el aire. Muy inestable, con riesgo para los niños. Persiana que solo sube hasta la mitad y en ningún momento cierra del todo. Falta la campana extractora y solo está el cable colgando sobre la cocina. Agujero en el suelo junto a la ventana con todas las llaves de la calefacción a la vista. Paredes demasiado finas. Se oyen todas las conversaciones de los vecinos. Colchones viejos (notas los muelles en la espalda). Decoración inexistente. Cortinas y lámparas de los años 70 (literal). Lo único en buen estado, el baño. En recepción, un chico muy majo a la tarde, pero uno muy borde a la mañana, que ni te mira a la cara. Está ocupado mirando una pantalla. La puerta del apartamento no cierra bien (ni siquiera encaja en su propio marco). La ubicación, genial. Súper accesible. Una buena calle con todo a mano y se llega enseguida a todas partes.

The room needs to be updated. The showers sink was plugged and the manament didn't move a single muscle to fix it or move us to another room. The hhear was broken. The hallways were depressingly dark. Anyway, I won't recommend this property to anybody.
