Good The first receptionist was very friendly and provide good customer services The room was good with everything you need The location was okay you have to walk a bit for the metro and bus, but there were plenty of options to eat and shopping. Bad They need more staff in the reception, as we have to wait such a long time more than 15 minutes as it was only one for more than 4 customers, we did not like that you have to go to the reception to give them the key so they can give you the passes for the swimming pool, it was a waste of time overall and decided to used it once. Noisy at nights as is in front of a girls night club and the lights were very bright at nights

Mauvaise insonorisation on entend les gens dans les chambres a côté et en face. Le personnel était au top malgrés les cartes des chambres qui avaient souvent des problèmes donc obligé de redescendre a l'accueil. Piscine n'appartenant pas a l'hôtel du coup nombre limité de place pour les clients dans la piscine commune. Petit déjeuner génial.

Hotel bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo y con muy buen trato. La piscina da un respiro al calor de verano. Le cambiaría las almohadas y pondría alguna más, así como un cobertor a la cama, aunque no se vaya a gastar vistes la cama.

The property isn’t the best, u can hear conversations and people sleeping in other rooms, thin walls. Not much activity. No bar area! Bedrooms are old and need refurbing.

Simple and easy, but the two separate beds were not really separated. It’s too bare bones for the amount of money. The pool is closed so I don’t see the point of listing it in the search if not available or open for the dates of booking. Staff is great, but unless there is heavy discount I would not book again

The hotel is very nice. We especially liked the daily changing flavored water at reception. The staff was very friendly, and the refrigerator in the hotel room was very convenient. The pool area is also very nice, and the breakfast is well-balanced and good.

Estuvimos a gusto, la ubicación no está mal (30 min en metro hasta sol), pero 25€/noche de parking nos parece excesivo. En cuanto a la habitación, la cama era cómoda, pero las almohadas necesitan cambio. Las cortinas no eran opacas y dejaban pasar bastante luz, por lo que nos despertamos con la claridad y no descansamos nada bien

Lo que básicamente.. siempre un buen hotel te brinda! Como cepillos de dientes, pasta dental, zapatillas para ir por la habitación, pues la verdad que deja bastante que desear, los chicos de la cafetería ESTUPENDOS, los baños necesitan una reforma… y el suelo de la habitación sucio con polvo, fuimos a desayunar a un bar cercano, al volver nos inhabilitaron la tarjeta! Cuando la salida era a las 12 y bajamos a las 10 a desayunar… en fin! Poco recomendado

El hotel está bien. Es un buena opción para salir del bullicio nocturno de Madrid centro. El desayuno es variado y el personal muy simpático. Lo único es que no hicieron la limpieza la última noche que nos hospedamos de una de las habitaciones.

Location var jättebra nära Santiago Bernabeu stadium och 15 min till flygplatsen. Air conditioner var dålig och rummet var jätte varmt. Frukosten var okay men hotellet hade bara decaff cafe. Personaln var hjälpsam och trevliga.

La cama es bastante incómoda, se supone que me han dado una habitación de categoría superior. No he descansado nada, mucho ruido de puertas, de gente hablando, maletas, etc. No está nada insonorizada, se oye todo como si estuviesen dentro de la habitación.

Hay que reconocer y agradecer la mejora que ha tenido este hotel desde que cambio de nombre (anteriormente era de otra cadena). Se nota un lavado de cara que se agradece, incluido la amabilidad del personal. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en zona Castellana / Plaza Castilla. Aun debe mejorar la comodidad de los colchones y las almohadas, por lo demás todo mas que correcto.

Hay que reconocer y agradecer la mejora que ha tenido este hotel desde que cambio de nombre (anteriormente era de otra cadena). Our stay was wonderful. Only issue was the noise. Every time someone opened or closed a door in the building we could hear it. Especially late at night when trying to sleep. otherwise staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good!

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, y salvo por su ubicación del resto deja bastante que desear. Lo peor no es que sea un hotel viejo y un tanto incomodó, lo peor con diferencia es el trato que recibes por parte de la recepción. No tienen ninguna consideración con el cliente, te hacen sentir mal, no muestran intención de ayudarte o mostrarte que estas en un lugar amigable. Hacerme pagar 10 euros por tener una habitación con dos camas separadas y no cambiarme al día siguiente me pareció vergonzoso. Y su respuesta fue poco menos que hablarle a una pared. Otro detalle feo, es molestarme durante mi jornada de trabajo por teletrabajo en mi habitacion para reclamarme un pago de la siguiente noche, cuando tenian la garantía de mi tarjeta y aún no era la hora del nuevo check-in. En la medida de lo posible no volveré. *Nota positivo para el equipo de limpieza que fueron encantadoras, educadas y eficientes. A ver si los de recepción aprenden de sus compañeras

It’s a good hotel, maybe not the best location thinking about metro stations but it’s a nice area, near Castellana Street and Bernabeu Stadium. However, the hotel does not have a sign with the name at the entrance, so If you are walking you cannot tell what’s the building apart from having Google Maps that indicates the exact location, Card keys get damaged really easily, mine did it twice out of 4 nights and the system wasn’t working to solve the problem, a colleague stays in a room near mine and her card gets broken every single night, so she needs to go up and then coming back to reception to ask for help and wait for the person to go with a master key and open the room. The cleaning time is after 4 pm probably, so if you go out in the morning expecting to come early and find your room clean forget, they are gonna clean late after lunch. I took this hotel because apparently, it was near to a place I had to go to during my stay but actually wasn’t like that, otherwise I think I wouldn’t have chosen the place, I tried to reserve another night for the end of my trip and they were charging the insane €160 just for one night.

Hotel Luze Castellana was great! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a more residential area but within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and many great restaurants. It’s about a 20-30 minute ride from the city center which isn’t bad at all. Hotel Luze Castellana was great! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a more residential area but within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and many great restaurants. It’s about a 20-30 minute ride from the city center which isn’t bad at all. I was there for 4 days and never had an issue and the breakfast is top notch! Highly recommend!

Great hotel plenty of room space. Very quick and efficient check in. Buffet breakfast was very good, but with it being January not many guests used it. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and tapas bars and cafes. Great Thai/Indian restaurant 12 minutes walk. Italian and Mexican just around the corner. Only 10 minute walk to Tetuan Metro Station. So good location.

Mauvaise insonorisation on entend les gens dans les chambres a côté et en face. Le personnel était au top malgrés les cartes des chambres qui avaient souvent des problèmes donc obligé de redescendre a l'accueil. Piscine n'appartenant pas a l'hôtel du coup nombre limité de place pour les clients dans la piscine commune. Petit déjeuner génial.

Our stay was wonderful. Only issue was the noise. Every time someone opened or closed a door in the building we could hear it. Especially late at night when trying to sleep. otherwise staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good!

The Hotel was nice overall. The breakfast was good. My only complaint was that you could hear everything in the hallways from your room. I was on the first floor so that may have been it. I also wish there was an area you could sit outside. The pool was area was closed for repairs.
