Auch nachts - vor dem Eingang direkt Müllcontainer, dadurch ziemlich strenger Geruch - unser Maisonette hatte leider einen starken Rauchduft, wir haben in der Ferienwohnung auch keine Rauchmelder gesehen - keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und in der Dusche. Auch sonst in der Wohnung keine Kommode oder Schrank für Kleidung. Wir sind zwiegespalten. Einerseits top Lage, andererseits eben viel Lärm, auch Nachts. The photos were great however they did not match the quality of the space. The bed was tiny. The towels old. The lack of parking left us searching for two hours in the pouring rain with little to no assistance. The location is next to a busy road which you hear throughout the… way overpriced. We have stayed multiple times in Madrid and never had this poor service. Not to mention they entered our place without permission after we had checked in to drop off a small dog bed and dog bowls. Nice, fresh and spacious apartment with a wonderful rooftop terrace with a view. Cannot give more than 3 stars as there was no hot water in the shower. The automatic lock of the apartment front door made it impossible to properly close and it therefore had a constant draft.

Place was great, clean and mostly wheelchair accessible. Bars around toilet would have made it better. Neighbourhood is meh but we were only there one night.

Todo muy bien. Pero si alguien nos diera la bienvenida, y pudiéramos dejar las maletas en algún lugar justo llegar a la ciudad y al dejar el apartamento estaría muy bien. Tuvimos que dejar las maletas muy lejos del apartamento. Al llegar tuvimos que reclamar una toalla de más (solo 3 para 4), y el kit de cocina para lavar ya que no había jabón ni ningún trapo. No hay nada para limpiar el suelo. Al reclamarlo nos dejaron más toallas, jabón de platos y una bayeta (ningún trapo). En la cocina faltan utensilios para cocinar senzillo.El resto todo muy bien.

Amazing apartment! We loved the apartment itself, the layout, 2 bathrooms, cleanliness and style etc. check in was so easy and I like that you’re given a code to get in. There’s a supermarket and coffee shop/bakery just across the road, so convenient. Restaurants and shops along the main road too. We got Ubers into different parts of Madrid everyday and was so cheap and the apartment was easy to find. The only problem was that we had 2 children with us sharing a double sofa bed but there was only one spare pillow for them so they each had to take turns using the one pillow or the sofa cushions. I sent a message as soon as we arrived asking for another pillow and I did get a message the next day asking if we still needed one to which I replied yes but we never received a pillow or a reply. So I would say that’s the only negative part of the stay - the communication. Great other than that and I would definitely recommend!

Salve la posizione è ottima ben servita, la camera sul ballatoio era difficile da raggiungere, le scale pericolose, il bagno insufficiente, con lavandino troppo piccolo e senza acqua calda, la cucina mancava di strofinacci e almeno un po' di acqua per accogliere gli ospiti stanchi e affamati. Per il resto, appartamento pulito e facile da raggiungere.

El alojamiento muy bonito y cuidado, con una limpieza bastante buena. Además está super bien conectado, podrás ir a cualquier lado desde aquí, el metro está a menos de 2 minutos!! Lo único que no me ha gustado es el tema de las moscas en el portal, hay muchas y son molestas

At 1st was a little hesitant by the location, but man was i wrong. The place is conveniently located so you can have AMAZING views of the city. My family and I loved this place, cozy and beautifully decorated, supermarket right in front, laundromat and more.. Dont think about it, this is the way to go. Public transportation there as well. Very very convenient. Thanks again.

Be aware that if you are coming in summer, you may sleep hot! The property claims to have air conditioning in all rooms, but it's a false claim. One of the rooms didn't have an AC. When I messaged management, they told me that I could use the split unit in the living room to cool the room, which is about 25 feet away! Of course, I had to sleep hot for four nights... When I told them about the claim of all rooms having AC (air conditioner), they didn't bother to reply to me anymore! The property was alright, but for $1k for four nights, I didn't expect to sleep in a hot room.
Be aware that if you are coming in summer, you may sleep hot! The property claims to have air conditioning in all rooms, but it's a false claim. One of the rooms didn't have an AC. When I messaged management, they told me that I could use the split unit in the living room to cool the room, which is about 25 feet away! Of course, I had to sleep hot for four nights... When I told them about the claim of all rooms having AC (air conditioner), they didn't bother to reply to me anymore! The property was alright, but for $1k for four nights, I didn't expect to sleep in a hot room.

Amazing apartment! We loved the apartment itself, the layout, 2 bathrooms, cleanliness and style etc. check in was so easy and I like that you’re given a code to get in. There’s a supermarket and coffee shop/bakery just across the road, so convenient. Restaurants and shops along the main road too. We got Ubers into different parts of Madrid everyday and was so cheap and the apartment was easy to find. The only problem was that we had 2 children with us sharing a double sofa bed but there was only one spare pillow for them so they each had to take turns using the one pillow or the sofa cushions. I sent a message as soon as we arrived asking for another pillow and I did get a message the next day asking if we still needed one to which I replied yes but we never received a pillow or a reply. So I would say that’s the only negative part of the stay - the communication. Great other than that and I would definitely recommend!

Customer service was great! They got back to me quickly when I had questions. Check was easy and my family loved the space. The neighborhood is great and the metro is a 2 minute walk.

O quarto é muito bom e bem localizado perto da estação de metrô. Porém na minha me enviaram um endereço errado. Cheguei quase meia noite e não conseguia acessar o apartamento. Em ligação me enviaram pro endereço correto e ao chegar lá o código fornecedor não abriu a porta do prédio. Tive que explicar a situação pra algumas pessoas que por sorte estavam no hall e elas abriram. Em mensagem falaram que iriam me pagar o deslocamento extra com o Uber, mas o valor ainda não foi reelmbolsado.

The photos were great however they did not match the quality of the space. The bed was tiny. The towels old. The lack of parking left us searching for two hours in the pouring rain with little to no assistance. The location is next to a busy road which you hear throughout the… way overpriced. We have stayed multiple times in Madrid and never had this poor service. Not to mention they entered our place without permission after we had checked in to drop off a small dog bed and dog bowls. Nice gesture for the €30 per few however we already

Be aware that if you are coming in summer, you may sleep hot! The property claims to have air conditioning in all rooms, but it's a false claim. One of the rooms didn't have an AC. When I messaged management, they told me that I could use the split unit in the living room to cool the room, which is about 25 feet away! Of course, I had to sleep hot for four nights... When I told them about the claim of all rooms having AC (air conditioner), they didn't bother to reply to me anymore! The property was alright, but for $1k for four nights, I didn't expect to sleep in a hot room.

Salve la posizione è ottima ben servita, la camera sul ballatoio era difficile da raggiungere, le scale pericolose, il bagno insufficiente, con lavandino troppo piccolo e senza acqua calda, la cucina mancava di strofinacci e almeno un po' di acqua per accogliere gli ospiti stanchi e affamati. Per il resto, appartamento pulito e facile da raggiungere.

Top Lage, sehr schnell am Flughafen und in der Stadt mit direkter Metro-Station, Supermarkt und Restaurants in direkter Nähe Neu und modern ausgestattet, viel Platz WLAN perfekt viele Kissen im Bett zur Auswahl Mülltüte, Spülmittel, Geschirrspüler-Tab, Lappen und Schwamm wurden bereitgestellt - sehr laut, da direkt an Hauptstraße gelegen. Auch nachts - vor dem Eingang direkt Müllcontainer, dadurch ziemlich strenger Geruch - unser Maisonette hatte leider einen starken Rauchduft, wir haben in der Ferienwohnung auch keine Rauchmelder gesehen - keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und in der Dusche. Auch sonst in der Wohnung keine Kommode oder Schrank für Kleidung. Wir sind zwiegespalten. Einerseits top Lage, andererseits eben viel Lärm, auch Nachts. Wer damit umgehen kann kann, dem kann ich das Maisonette-Zimmer empfehlen!

At 1st was a little hesitant by the location, but man was i wrong. The place is conveniently located so you can have AMAZING views of the city. My family and I loved this place, cozy and beautifully decorated, supermarket right in front, laundromat and more.. Dont think about it, this is the way to go. Public transportation there as well. Very very convenient. Thanks again.

Konum itibari ile metroya yakın olması en büyük avantaj onun haricinde hemen karşısında market var istediğini alıp evde pişirebilirsin. Evin içi her türlü ihtiyacınızı karşılayacak türden donatılmış. Kötü yanı eve girişte yetkili kişi ile iletişim kurmakta çok zorlandık ayrıca gece sokağa çıkmak çok güvenli değil.

The location was nice but for those who prefer a city center location, this required multiple trains to get there. It is conveniently located across the street from coffee and bakery, along with a grocery store. The Metro entrance is nearby as well.

El alojamiento muy bonito y cuidado, con una limpieza bastante buena. Además está super bien conectado, podrás ir a cualquier lado desde aquí, el metro está a menos de 2 minutos!! Lo único que no me ha gustado es el tema de las moscas en el portal, hay muchas y son molestas

Address shown on hotels.com not address of the hotel. Arrived at wrong address in the middle of the night not speaking the language. Luckily I found the address which wasn’t even the front entrance. Thankfully they have 24/7 number I called and they helped me find the place which was on the other corner. Nice place. But arrival was harrowing to say the least
