Nothing is wrong with the property per se, It is way overpriced for what it offers. The hallways had an old rug smell and it didn’t help that the rooftop pool was closed for both nights we were there due to weather. If I am paying over $$$$ for two nights it would have been nice to have some sort of view.

I hesitate to rate this hotel as the good about it was amazing and the bad about it was super frustrating. Here’s the rundown: The people on staff were incredible. Really incredible. It almost feels like if I say anything negative I’m saying something bad about a friend. But you need to know: the room we had had a window toward the street, basically a few floors up from the front door. And it was SO loud. SO loud. Off and on the entire night people were chatting, laughing, yelling. Until 6am. Yeesh. The second night we played loud white noise and slept much better.

The staff were so nice & the location is perfect for everything! Good room, pretty hotel, decent breakfast & coffee Cannot fault it, thank you so much Would return again 100% For price & safety you won’t get much better And go to the Flamenco show 2 minute walk away, excellent!

"I was deeply disappointed with my stay at Hotel Del Pintor. We booked through Hotels.com, specifically choosing a room with a balcony. Yet, the room we received was not what we paid for. The manager, a man, argued with us for 20 minutes, raising his voice, insisting we only booked a category, not a specific room. For the entire time, he was shouting, trying to convince us. At one point he told us that we should find another hotel to stay at We finally got the room we chose when the owner intervened, thank God for that. Each day, when the room was cleaned, an air purifier was brought in to fight a musty, moldy smell. For the money per night, this was a disgrace. There were no refreshments in the tiny bar fridge, there was no tea or coffee maker, they were supposed to refill the water bottle every time they clean the room they did not. They claim to have the best breakfast, but it was the worst continental spread I’ve ever had just a tiny portion of each item. You didn’t help yourself, it was not a continental buffet spread instead you had to.order single items from a set menu so if you wanted a second bowl of cereal well you were out of luck, it was a selected menu. If you wanted cereal, they gave you one small cup If you wanted an apple and a banana, you could only choose one. The personal at this establishment is more intetested in their appearances then they are in helping you. No social.skills at all. No how are you. Where are you off to today. Etc etc. Skip.this place.
