From coming from the USA this gym is really small. The staff was good, but you will have to wait until check in for your room. We got there really early in the morning and our room wasn’t ready until check-in, which sucks because we were lacking of sleep in all the other hotels that we have been in have given it to us at least two hours before.

Bodde här för 10 år sedan, tyckte hotellet var bra även då. Det var dock litet slitet vilket man verkligen tagit tag i. Jag upplever nu hotellet som mycket fräscht. DOCK har man inte gjort något åt "gymmet", ett mycket litet rum (ca 15 kvm) med minimalt med utrustning, utrustningen är dessutom mycket gammal och sliten. Ventilationen i "gymmet" fungerade inte vid vårt besök, jag påtalade det men det åtgärdades inte under våra fyra dagar. Personalen är överlag mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad, även här med ett undantag för receptionisten till spaavdelningen som jag upplevde helt saknade dessa egenskaper.

The hotel was very nice. The front desk staff was very pleasant. Our room was spacious with a king bed, mini bar and balcony with a great view of the city from the 8th floor. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent. The spa was fun. Our room was not ready at check in time and no one attended to us at La Llum bar when we tried dining there. The rooftop bar and pool was very small and crowded and only drinks were available for purchase. The restaurant downstairs was the main dining option but lunch was expensive. The electricity went out for a couple of hours one night. There was a huge roach in our room but we were able to remove it ourselves. Communication with some of the staff was challenging. Staff would knock on the door and immediately open the door without waiting for us to answer. There were a lot of interruptions by different staff members. Overall, it was a nice stay in a very convenient location, close to public transportation, restaurants, shopping and the beach.

Our stay was wonderful at H10 Marina beautiful hotel very modern and clean check in was great they held our luggage until check in time at 3pm room was ready we had a balcony with nice view and spa access which was 90 mins per day loved the spa quite area a little bit of a walk to main attraction which was okay we got to see more of city and free now worked great the lobby was nice for drinks and breakfast buffet was fantastic would definitely return to this hotel 10 out of 10!

The hotel location wasn't too far from the metro and about a 20 minutes walk to the coast, 30m to the main tourist areas. Check in was smooth, with a complimentary drink upon arrival. Room wise, the rooms were clean, modern, had decent quality air con. The rooftop terrace was okay, needs some protection from the wind when sat with drinks. The spa was advertised on hotels.com but beware, it's an additional cost "to maintain tranquility" aka make more profit. I'd happily stay here again, just know that one of their big adverts (Spa) isn't free and they should update their listings to be clear. The hotel bar downstairs was quite cheap, just quite slow at times.

We stayed for 1 week in August2024. The lobby area beyond reception is really pretty, it was clean, felt safe and had friendly staff. The rooms were simple, but comfortable. The area is close to the beach and transport, and many interesting places to visit. The pool area is a bit smaller than the photos suggest, and has no shade until about 5.30pm in the height of summer. Our main complaint was the ‘gym’ which is tiny and barely fits 3-4 people max. Would suggest for a short stay in Barcelona.

We did not get greeted when we first arrived. No one offer to help us with our luggage as well. The bell boy offered us welcome drink because the receptionist was busy on the phone. Another receptionist saw me from the back room after standing around for a little less than 4 mins to come and greet me only to find out he was pointing at the girl on the phone, I said I want to check in , that’s all. He finally did. We got to our room and it was dirty with dusts and the toilet seat was wiggly… we wanted to check out but the manager insisted we stay and gave us another room. She made the stay there a lot better. Thank you.

Hotellet i sig var väldigt fint, med fin lounge och snygg inredning i de gemensamma utrymmena. SPA-delen var över förväntan. Vi hade tur i oturen med vädret. Det var 17 grader i januari, vilket innebar att på grund av att det är vintermånader så är hotellet inställt på att inte kylas ner. Vi hade rummet mot solsidan och med en AC som inte kyler var det fruktansvärt varmt. Vi fick öppna fönstret i omgångar på natten för att kunna reglera temperaturen. Personalen gjorde så gott de kunde och sista natten ställde de om fläkten på något vis, så att den svalkade. Vi fick jordgubbar, bubbel och vatten som kompensation. Sängarna var ganska hårda och rummen väldigt lyhörda. Hotellet ligger bra till mellan två olika tunnelbanelinjer, nära Tram och med ett stort utbud av restauranger och fik på flera av gatorna runtom. + trevlig personal + bra spa + bra läge + fin utsikt - hårda sängar - lyhört - luftkonditioneringen centralstyrd

What I did not like about the property was that I could not control the room temperature. I wanted it colder, but the staff said it has a default temperature that cannot be adjusted. I had to sleep half-naked with how hot it was

The hotel was ok. Locationwise is there nothing around, but with 10-15 min walk you could go to nice restaurants and trains to city center. We had a suite, but the wifi in our room was bad and at checkin we were informed that the minibar was free and it would be filled up every day. But that never happen. We were also given 2 drinks we could get at the bar, but we were not informed that we could not get it at the sky bar, only at the bar next to reception. That is a wierd rule. Breakfast was 19 eur, and it was simply not worth it. All bread was dry and just from a factory, not a baker and was not even freshly baked and bacon was half crispy and the other half was raw. You could see some of the fruits have been out for long time or even worse from the day before. Simply not worth 19 eur. The spa is amazing.

Only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars all round was lack of aircondition in our room. Temperature reached 26 degrees in late March and was only marginally helped by opening window(room 526}. Tempperature regulation by in room control was not possible!!!

Nice hotel with a lovely spa. We stayed in a junior suite on the top floor (10th) and had an amazing view. It is a bit outside of the centre, but there are good restaurants nearby and easy access to both Beach and centre.

This property is in need of updating. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations in the next room at average speaking level. My room did not have coffee but when I asked it was brought to my room. A hot pot with instant packets. My status was not recognized. So, no gratis water. At check in I arrived at 3:15 pm. Was told my room was not ready and to wait in the lobby. I gave the person my name. After 1 1/2 hrs of waiting I inquired and found my room to have been ready. When asked why I wasn’t notified the response was we didn’t know you were waiting. At this time. I pointed to the receptionist whom I game my name and said, she did”! Clearly, a lack of communication between staff members. I would not choose this hotel. But would consider the H10 Catalonia. Wish I had!!

Excellent clean stylish hotel. Rooms, staff, reception staff, (Max and Alexis’s ) were more than excellent and very helpful. Down stairs restaurant and lobby restaurant served great food and snacks. The staff were great. The roof top pool was very nice and great views from there. The area is reasonably good. Insist on getting your taxi to drop off in front of hotel from the east side otherwise you will end up pushing your bags 100 ft unnecessarily.

Brilliant service at every point from check in to check out. Amazing gentleman working at the bar, feel bad I can’t remember his name (Italian). Amazing customer service as was the rest of the team. Rooftop bar is lovely as are the staff. This was my second visit to the hotel and didn’t disappoint again. Rooms super clean and beds very comfortable. Great location away from traffic and 10 mins to the beach. 25 mins walk to Sagrada Familia or jump in the many taxis available at very good prices. Taxi from airport approx €33 well worth it or on the bus you’ll end up in the centre and need a taxi from there.

The Reception staff went out of their way to help everyone, including special meals for allergy folks, always smiling, however busy they were, The Housekeeping and cleanliness was excellent, the Dining staff went out of their way to help and worked as a great team. In the room there was not enough snacks in fridge ie crisp, nibbles as was provided before. Thanks to all your staff. The New Years party went well. I’ve stayed at H10 Madison in Barcelona which was a completely different experience. It was top notch there so coming to the sister location I thought would be similar, even with a price reduction per night as I simply splurged last time I was here in BCN. The location is a bit rough with broken construction, still though somewhat convenient to the trains/ buses. A worker came into my room at 8:30am without knocking or reason, I yelled hello and they left. Cleaning service just knocked again at 11:10am and didn’t even give me 1 second to come to the door before they pushed open the door. I could have been changing or sleeping. That’s not ok. I called the reception letting them know that’s not ok at all and I’ve felt unsafe all day. I’ve been woken up for mini bar service and loud noises while they’re cleaning before 10am, the walls are not insulated well enough, the room is dirty. Attached photos. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place. The price of what you’re paying per night doesn’t equate to the value.

Hôtel situé près de la marina, un peu excentré mais pas très long à pied ou en métro de la Pz de Catalunya par ex et permet de balader près du bord de mer et de la Barceloneta. Moderne et grand buffet de pdj très varié L’isolation phonique vers l’extérieur est passable en revanche et la douche permet d’avoir du débit ou de l’eau chaude mais pas simultanément. Nous avions eu un bon deal de prix donc tout ceci reste pardonnable.

We stayed just one night to do a couple of things in the city nearby like the cable car and the aquarium. Our room was beautiful although a couple of the walls needed re painting and the bathroom if you looked closely needs a little bit of work; perfectly clean just a bit worn out. The staff are polite and helpful and the location near bogatell metro is really handy.

Very nice, clean, friendly hotel. Room was large and more than big enough for family of three. Room was very clean and had all the amenities, however the TV didn’t work, but this was not an issue for us. The communal areas were clean and the rooftop pool was good but can imagine it being crowded in the summer months as there was little space and chairs around it. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, both hot and cold. Staff were very helpful and more than helpful with requests we made. There is extensive building work in the adjoining building and we were woken by drilling a couple of mornings. It looks like this building work is in its early stages. The location of the hotel is within a residential area and as such, there’s not much in the immediate vicinity but it is only a 10minute walk to the beach and half hour to Las Ramblas.

Hotel was very clean and staff excellent. Food at restaurant was very good. The only downside is it a bit remote from the town but you can get taxis to take to the main part of town. I walked it and takes 30 minutes to get to Sagrada Familia.

Vi kjøpe kyllingvinger som var dager gamle som vi ble syke av. Pizza med bare ost. Forferdelig mat generelt, dyrt også. Ingen restauranter i nærheten så man er stuck. Bassenget på toppen var MYYYE mindre enn på bildene, rett og slett løgn. Bassenget helt underdimensjonert i forhold til antall gjester på hotellet og helt overfylt med folk. Aircondition på rommet fungerte ikke. , og vi hørte mange som klaget på det samme. Vonde puter i sengen. Resepsjonistene var helt håpløse. Vi måtte vente i to timer før vi fikk sjekke inn og da virket ikke kortet i døren. Da vi spurte etter taxi, ba de oss fikse det selv. Vi kommer aldri tilbake.

Friendly helpful staff. Free glass of cava on arrival which was a nice surprise! Excellent breakfast buffet. Very convenient location, not far from the nearest metro station. Only downside was the room itself was a bit dated and it took a while to get the heating to work effectively. Would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the summer months when the rooftop pool is open.

Stayed 2 nights

The hotel location wasn't too far from the metro and about a 20 minutes walk to the coast, 30m to the main tourist areas. Check in was smooth, with a complimentary drink upon arrival. Room wise, the rooms were clean, modern, had decent quality air con. The rooftop terrace was okay, needs some protection from the wind when sat with drinks. The spa was advertised on hotels.com but beware, it's an additional cost "to maintain tranquility" aka make more profit. I'd happily stay here again, just know that one of their big adverts (Spa) isn't free and they should update their listings to be clear. The hotel bar downstairs was quite cheap, just quite slow at times.
