Excellent staff and their professional service. There are many restaurants near by within the walking distance. I feel Sheraton Manila Bay is very safe, because everyone entering the lobby must go through the metal detector first. I used Grab for my transportation, it worked out very well for me. The lobby staff helped me with my baggage’s and communicating with drivers for me. The hotel is definitely very quiet, we had very good sleep, the bed was comfortable . We enjoyed the swimming pool.

Sehr nettes und hilfreiches Petsonal, gute security, Frühstückbuffet sehr gute Auswahl zum Preis von 1350 Peso pro Person Sheraton ist zu enpfehlen. Ich werde wieder dorthin gehen. Schöner Pool, leider wurde ds Gym gerade renoviert.

From the security before entering, to the valet and to the front desk, all were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and easy to request any additional items from housekeeping. Only issue we encountered was during the New Year’s Eve Party at the Pacific Lounge.

Beautiful lobby. Outstanding courtesy and service. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was good as expected. Surrounding area is a sharp contrast. Even walking one block - be careful to not trip - be careful to avoid cars and jeepneys.

The Staff there are extremely friendly and being helpful although it is a bit noisy and the cleaning lady knocked the door by 8am which is a bit ridiculous on Sunday morning. Perhaps this is their culture to have a early start which i am not sure. Overall, i am happy for my stay.

Stayed twice at sheraton. During our second stay there was a noise coming out from what we think was the air conditioner. We got moved to another room which was so much better. The hotel is conveniently located to malls and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

The front desk staff made our check-in smooth although 2 of the 3 rooms were delayed. But due to that, we were able to have a late check-out on all 3 rooms. The rooms were clean, air conditioner got cold and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was responsive on providing us with extra items we requested like extra robe, slippers, bottled water & towels. All staff we have encountered on our stay were all friendly and approachable. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay. Great staff! A welcoming staff will make all The difference on checkin. Its the first interaction and if its positive….chances are the stay will be positive. If the staff are rude…. But not this case. The staff were amazing. Shout out to Irish and Ireen for going above and beyond.

Excellent staff. Courteous and friendly. Our flight was not until late at night and gladly the receptionist extended our check out time till 2 pm. Thank you very much. Will be happy if I can find a sale next time I visit the place. Because I don’t think it’s affordable for a working class citizen. This hotel it’s more on business people and for those who wants luxurious accommodation. Anyway, its great we experienced it.

자주다니는 마닐라의 호텔이자 세계적으로 유명한 호텔임을 다 알지만 실망스러운 서비스 마인드에 충격이었다 호텔주차장에서 출차중에 주차장직원의 제지로 다시 로비데스크에 가서 설명을 듣는중 나의 영어의 미숙으로 이해가 안되어 동행을 요청하였으나 거절당했다 한참 실랑이중 사무실에서 나오는 매니저에게 다시 도움을 요청하였으나 다시 거절을 당했다 먼거리도 아닌데 어쩔수 없이 혼자 주차장으로 가는중 정산소가 별도로 있는것을 알게되어 확인후 나갈수있었다 주차직원의 동행도 처음에 요청하였으나 아주가까운 거리임에도 불구하고 자기 자리에서 벗어나지 않는것은 이나라의 기본인지 의심스러울 정도였다 써비스의 마인드가 도움인가? 설명인가? 세계정상급 호텔의 한단면을 보았다

施設はまだ新しく清潔感がありとても良いです。いわゆるシェラトンクオリティです。ただ周りの環境が悪い。臭いもするし浮浪者やストリートチルドレンもいるエリアです。女性や小さいお子さんのいる方、海外旅行初心者には向いていないと思います。ロビンソンショッピングモールが徒歩数分のところにあり買い物や食事には困らないです。

Overall was an amazing stay, brand new gym just opened up while I was there. Main dining renovation was beautifully done. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to dine there due to commitments. Website doesn’t have options if a if you are traveling solo for single options like breakfast.
