This is most definitely a 5 star experience. We stayed for one night but I now wish I had stayed for at least one more night. The accommodation was superb and the facilities were excellent. We ate dinner at the onsite restaurant and again this was a memorable experience. Breakfast in the morning included basically everything you would expect and more. I will most definitely remember and return to The Pullman Bunker Bay. What a wonderful place.

Upon booking this hotel, we were not told that the pool was undergoing treatment / works and was not available for use. This would have made a difference to our booking as it was a long weekend in summer assuming the pool was available. The room cleanliness was not good with ants everywhere (no food was left out) and also the bathroom had fingernail clippings in the basin from the previous guest. Dissapointing

This property is amazing. The location is perfect. The staff are eager to please. The food is exceptional. The rooms are perfectly cleaned and well maintained. The massage at the spa was 10/10. The only downside is that the pool lounging area is small for a property of this size and fills up fast. We will definitely return, it was an amazing experience.

Fantastic location and facilities, great staff/service especially at the busy restaurant (we loved the buffet breakfast, their massive range of options was next level!! Highlights: granola, pastries and cakes, fresh woodfired bread), absolutely stunning views and lush gardens. OK room, furniture a little dated, soooo many ants - this was a huge problem, bright path lights outside shone onto bed through slat blinds all night (didn't bother my hubby but I'm light sensitive), bit noisy at times with couple arguing next door although that's not the hotel's fault! Loved the tennis court, porter buggy service, fabulous cocktails by the beautiful pool, & table tennis 🙂 QR code to order drinks/snacks in pool area wasn't functional throughout our stay unfortunately though.

My husband and I were down south for some friends weddings and decided to do a little mini-moon of our own. The Pullman's was the perfect place to relax, with the pool, beach, amenities and beautiful location. Staff were excellent and room was clean and modern. The breakfast had a great range of foods and drinks, rather busy if wanting to order coffees and eggs from the kitchen. Dinner options were nice, however rather limited. Overall experience was great.

Our stay at Bunker Bay was a beautiful bush setting which attracted us to stay. The studio room was spacious; kitchen well equipped for self catering. It is a large resort to walk around & staff are available to transport via a golf buggy if mobility is poor. Please note it is a 10km drive from Dunsborough into accommodation, however worth it.

We had an amazing stay at the Pullman. The only negative of our experience was that our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there (3 days), and also we were not impressed by the food at all. We got better food at nearby wineries and breweries for lunch and dinner which was disappointing for a 5 star resort. The staff were all wonderful and the resort location and surrounding grounds are beautiful and well looked after.

Very busy but everything seemed to work as it should. Breakfast continues to be excellent. Didn't use the restaurant for dinner as 1.25 hour limit seemed unreasonably short. Room was fine and the bed comfortable. Bathroom is large and, like the rest of the room, very clean. Wifi is also good. The location is brilliant.

The location is lovely, with just a gentle stroll down to the beach. We also found the bed and pillows to be very comfortable. The accommodation itself could do with a bit of a face lift. We had holes in one of our bath towels and the grout in the bathroom needed a good clean. We also found the food at the restaurant below average, which was disappointing given there's nothing else around for dinner.

Our Lakeview room was spacious and cleanand we enjoyed the view . It was nice to have the restaurant on hand as we found all the restaurants in the area were so busy. The food was also very good.

The breakfast was a hit and miss everyday. The first morning was okay, not a huge selection but okay. The next few days the omelette was way over cooked and staff were struggling to replenish the breakfast so lots of guest standing around waiting for food. Room was okay clean, but needs a serious update, a few lights not working, toilet not flushing properly, wardrobe sliding doors didn’t slide so we didn’t use the wardrobe. The door handle was loose and overall the room looks dated and old. Staff were okay, but did seem over worked and tired.

This stay was “fine”. Admittedly we didn’t have great weather but it certainly felt like this place probably had its heyday 20yrs ago. Nice big room, good as a base for walking Naturaliste national park for sure, but otherwise it felt a bit flat. Very good breakfast but dinner was incredibly average for above average prices and absolutely no “vibe”.

The resort is situated on a beautiful beach and surrounded by forest. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The villas are modern, well equipped, clean and spacious. They are private and quiet. The view from the restaurant is stunning. Will definately be returning.

Property is lovely. Serene and very well maintained. The only disappointment was the room service. Took a long time for delivery and the pizza was substandard (the pizza had a chemical taste). The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly, helpful and very welcoming. 2 alarms went off next door to us while we were there, and they were very quick to respond and stop it. It is a little $$ in comparison to similar places we have stayed and the quality of the rooms, however they were clean and quiet for the most part.

During our stay at the hotel, my wife and I fell sick and had food poisoning. I was impress by one of the staff when I called them at 5am and requested for some assistance; I asked if I can purchase a ginger ale at that odd hour to help relief me and my wife stomach discomfort. To my surprise a staff I believe by the name Lin came by my room in an instant, delivering some ginger ale and some hot water. This helped me recover. Throughout my stay, I would get wellness calls by the manager to see if I’m ok. I truly appreciate the staff for doing this. Apart from that, all the staff we encountered were amazing. Always smiling; and always very friendly to my infant child. Thank you for the amazing stay, and once again thank you for taking care of us

I have stayed at this property at least once a year for more than 10 years. The last 2 stays were very disappointing since there is a staff shortage but no corresponding reduction in workload for the staff (like in other hospitality venues in the area). Especially the food and beverage service takes a very long time and the choice and quality of the food has deteriorated. It is very sad to see how poor management has run this beautiful resort down.

I stayed here with a friend for a special celebration, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The private beach was a standout—easily accessible, stunning, and so serene. The rooms were equally impressive, with a big bath and a spacious bathroom, which, as two girls traveling together, was a total win. The location is a bit out of the way, so you’ll need a car to get around. However, the remoteness adds to the charm, making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fabulous, with a gorgeous view overlooking the beach and the pool. We even spotted whales while we ate—such a memorable experience! The only slight downside was the cheeky birds, who took advantage of unattended plates. But honestly, if that’s the worst thing, it’s a pretty amazing stay. I absolutely loved this trip and will definitely be back. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing and celebratory escape!

The Resort is out of town and on the beach; the peace that comes with that also means you have to use your car whenever you are going somewhere, and if you are having a drink, you can only eat at the resort - there are no ubers in Bunker Bay! We arrived in the evening, eco resort also means 'no lights used' and had to transfer everything from the car in the dark - mothers day flower arrangements were broken and items lost in the transfer and evening drive in a golf cart to get to your room. Fun for the kids, but inconvenient peace.

Fantastic stay. Pool and beach are fantastic and our villa was very comfortable and cleaned every day. Lots to do in the area and Dunsborough is fun. Breakfasts were great but otherwise food at the resort mediocre.
