Hotel avec des bâtiments de 3 étages dans un très joli jardin et 2 très belles piscines. Beaucoup de transats donc de la place pour beaucoup de monde. Petit déjeuner buffet varié très bien. Par contre, dîner buffet du soir sans intérêt. Pool bar sympa. Situé idéalement proche du centre ville et des palais et musées. Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles.. Le personnel est accueillant Le SPA est bien.. très bon hammam gommage et massage.

Fint hotell med fint pool-område, bra inomhuspool och ett litet gym och promenadavstånd till centrala delar av staden. Om man är där för att springa marathon så ligger hotellet 5 minuters promenad från starten. Rummen är rymliga och av god standard. Rummen städas sent på dagen även om man sätter upp en lapp på dörren om städning. Personalen i receptionen är stressade och korthuggna. Bjuder inte in till några längre förklaringar om vad hotellet har att erbjuda när man checkar in. Men totalt sett var upplevelsen av hotellet bra och prisvärd.

Bekvämt hotell. Bra poolområde med uppvärmd pool som var härligt när vi var där i slutet av november. Luftkonditioneringen på rummet gav bara varmluft vad man än ställde temperaturen på. Man hörde trafiken mycket från vårt rum som var ut mot vägen. Frukosten var bra med stort urval.

Stayed for a short 3 night stay at the Kenzie rose garden and wish it had of been longer. Such a fantastic place. What immediately stood out for me was the beautiful smell and cleanliness of the foyer/reception area. This was a theme that carried on throughout the hotel. The rooms are immaculate with good facilities within including a fridge and complimentary safe. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is of high quality and there was lots of choice. The pool area is fantastic and the gardens around it are very well maintained. The hotel is around a 15 walk to the medina/souks. If you are considering a break in Marrakesh the kenzi rose garden is a fantastic choice of accommodation, you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful staff, expansive resort style hotel in Marrakech. About a 30 minute walk from the Souk in Marrakech, this is an incredible hotel. Comfortable, clean, well appointed, good breakfast, surprisingly good pizza restaurant (hey, we were exhausted and had had tajine 13 days in a row!). Three pools, parking, just not things we were expecting in a hotel in Marrakech.

Hotel was very suitable for a 1 night stay. Most important aspect to me with a short stay is a clean and comfortable bed which they provided well. The room would have gotten 5 stars for cleanliness instead of 4 because of the floor which had not been mopped/cleaned in a while - hard floor in room was very dirty. We ate the free breakfast which was very good for a free breakfast. We also had the dinner buffet which I found only adequate; very much lacking in flavor and quality. Desserts looked like they would have been exceptional, but were far from it and not worth a single calorie. Staff was very nice. Although we didn’t have time to use the expansive pool area it looked like the perfect place to spend a relaxing day.

Très satisfaite de notre séjour au Kenzi, je le recommande. Très bonne situation dans Marrakech dans le quartier de l'hivernage. La médina est accessible à pieds ou en taxi. Je n'ai rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général, lit très confortable, la salle de bain très bien équipée. Super la piscine chauffée. Personnels très attentifs à nos demandes à tous les niveaux, du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Je suis prête à retourner dans cet hôtel.

paid close to £1000 for a week stay, was disappointed when I saw male hair on my “new” sheets two or three separate occasions in the week stay. Air con was capped at 23.5 which is too warm for me and it could not be lowered even after raising it with reception staff. The lobby had no air con, even though temps were in the 40+ degrees. The cleaner clogged the sink and issue was not addressed till I got back late at night and had to raise it again with the reception to have it sorted. Staff were somewhat unfriendly. Massage service whilst was good overall- although there was no changing rooms. they failed to provide towels for modesty at start of massage, so I took one off the massage bed. Also tried hair service and they appeared to only have two tones available. Colour came out ok- but not your usual salon experience.

Overall the stay was nice. In regards of the breakfast, it was allt of variety but not that much I could eat as in lactose intolerant and have gluten allergi. The room was amazing, lost of space, big bed and a big closet. It was very cold in the room, and we couldnt adjust the heating. But other than that it was comfortable and safe. Easy access to taxis and big on security.

Very tired 3 star hotel at best. Room cleaning staff very inefficient, leave minimal towels, don’t refill shower gel. Everything has to be requested. Provided room with view of a brick wall and road. Air con never worked, when only heat comes out. Location wise very central but for lack of luxury and comfort I would personally avoid! Requested room change which they resisted upon through out! This is my personal opinion of this place.

The property itself was nice, but front desk staff were very short and rude. As an example, I realized on my first morning that the coffee set up (ie, mugs, packets of instant coffee and tea, sugars) was missing something to heat water with. I called the front desk to request one (politely) and was told they would send one “right away.” At least 30 min later, I called again to see if they might have gotten the wrong room; again, I was told that would send one “right away.” Another 30 min later passed, so I called one last time, and I was given the same reply. I requested clarification, asked if there was some way I could assist (e.g., pick one up), and also asked if there was a way I could get a coffee in the meantime (breakfast had passed). She replied in a very exasperated tone, “we are not room service”…and then she hung up on me. (!!) I was there 4 nights, and I figured it wasn’t worth my effort to ask again after the first morning. But then a kettle appeared the evening before check out. And….it was broken! I can’t help but feel that was intentional. If you are looking for “5-star” service, this hotel is not going to be the one. (P.s. this is my first negative review ever.)

When you call the front desk from your room the lady who answers does not speak English at all and keeps saying “ok 5 minutes” but a gentleman at the reception Nouseif really assisted us nicely. Staff were very nice and helpful especially in the restaurants. Room service personale werey very kind and helpful especially Hamza he went out of his way to make sure he provide us with an excellent service. Wether we were in one of the restaurant or room service. rooms were very clean thanks a lot to house keeping. it's was a lovely stay at the hotel. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Stayed for a short 3 night stay at the Kenzie rose garden and wish it had of been longer. Such a fantastic place. What immediately stood out for me was the beautiful smell and cleanliness of the foyer/reception area. This was a theme that carried on throughout the hotel. The rooms are immaculate with good facilities within including a fridge and complimentary safe. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is of high quality and there was lots of choice. The pool area is fantastic and the gardens around it are very well maintained. The hotel is around a 15 walk to the medina/souks. If you are considering a break in Marrakesh the kenzi rose garden is a fantastic choice of accommodation, you won’t be disappointed.

First I had to wait one and a half hour to get my room at 3:30 when I send a message at check in that I need a room at 2:00pm , also one towel was in room and we are 3 called to get more towels but no one showed up until I went down to the desk as 6:45 pm asking for the towels also the ac was not working and the room was hot I made a mistake coming to this hotel

Très satisfaite de notre séjour au Kenzi, je le recommande. Très bonne situation dans Marrakech dans le quartier de l'hivernage. La médina est accessible à pieds ou en taxi. Je n'ai rien à redire sur la propreté de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général, lit très confortable, la salle de bain très bien équipée. Super la piscine chauffée. Personnels très attentifs à nos demandes à tous les niveaux, du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour. Je suis prête à retourner dans cet hôtel.

Le séjour c est bien passé, l hôtel est bien situé à 10 minutes de l aéroport en voiture, le menara mall est à 5 minute à pied, M avenue à 20 minutes à pied, la place jamaa El fna 25 minutes à pied, les 2 piscines sont bien entretenue l une d entre elle est profonde, il y a aussi une petite piscine pour les enfants. Tout le personnel de l hôtel est serviable, le petit déjeuner est très bon et varié En général rien à dire, les chambres sont spacieuses

Hotel avec des bâtiments de 3 étages dans un très joli jardin et 2 très belles piscines. Beaucoup de transats donc de la place pour beaucoup de monde. Petit déjeuner buffet varié très bien. Par contre, dîner buffet du soir sans intérêt. Pool bar sympa. Situé idéalement proche du centre ville et des palais et musées. Les chambres sont simples mais fonctionnelles.. Le personnel est accueillant Le SPA est bien.. très bon hammam gommage et massage.

I stayed here to attend AFCON Nigeria Algeria match. Hotel was good, clean, friendly staff. The carpet in the hallways were difficult to walk on but nothing serious. I like hotels with big bustling lobbies. This wasn’t one. It has an average lobby. The food was good. Freshly made pancakes and Fruit juices.

Hotel was very suitable for a 1 night stay. Most important aspect to me with a short stay is a clean and comfortable bed which they provided well. The room would have gotten 5 stars for cleanliness instead of 4 because of the floor which had not been mopped/cleaned in a while - hard floor in room was very dirty. We ate the free breakfast which was very good for a free breakfast. We also had the dinner buffet which I found only adequate; very much lacking in flavor and quality. Desserts looked like they would have been exceptional, but were far from it and not worth a single calorie. Staff was very nice. Although we didn’t have time to use the expansive pool area it looked like the perfect place to spend a relaxing day.
