Hotel correct. Nourriture très variée et bonne sur les buffets ( ça manque juste de variétés de fruits) Parc aquatique (toboggans ) + Piscine intérieure chauffée à 30°très bien. Côté propreté de l hôtel rien à redire, très bien entretenu. Chambre familiale : spacieuse mais la séparation entre les couchages était très bruyante. Les rideaux de la baie vitrée sont dans un état pitoyables, ils mériteraient d'être remplacés. Douche bouchée pendant 3j et apres 3j de reclamation finalement une intervention mais on s est retrouvé avec une salle de bain inondée. Très dommage pour la partie chambre Hôtel éloigné de Marrakech (18km ) mais on le savait. Séjour agréable dans cet établissement.

This property is great for summer fun with so many pools unfortunately for the off-season, most of the amenities were out of order or under construction. The gym was flooded and not available at all.

We’ve been disappointed. The property seems very tired and it feels like corners are being cut. Food was okay. Italian restaurant didn’t open, despite the resort being full. There is a selection. Dinner didn’t start until 7, which felt a little late. Slides are only open on a rotating basis but the kids enjoyed them. The room for 5 was great and spacious, which we appreciated and know rooms for 5 are rare. English TV was limited to France 24 (English) and BBC News (which had an intermittent signal). One TV (on the kids side) had Netflix access. The room was soundproof for voices but the people above sounded like a heard of elephants and were up quite late “parading,” moving furniture, or practicing high jump. It was quite loud, but if you had lighter footed upstairs neighbours, it would be okay. The staff were kind and did whatever they could to be helpful. The key to our room would only work once, so we had to get it reset after each use, which was annoying. Overall, the kids had fun, which is most important. We were expecting better, so wouldn’t likely return. I would say 2.5 stars when comparing to other all inclusive resorts in Turkey, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Good for some cheap and cheerful fun.

Great waterpark, lots of choice for all ages. Hotel was clean and pleasant, massive selection of foods all well prepared.

The indoor pool was fine but there was only a few rides open at the aquapark, the main reason we booked this hotel. Yes it is January and it is cold but we brought wetsuits for the teens and only a few rides were open. Quite disappointed

Très agréable surprise. L’hôtel est bien équipé, les toboggans sont incroyable. Les maîtres nageurs sont présents afin d’assurer la sécurité. Malgré les piscines non chauffées nous nous sommes malgré tout bien amusés! (Il existe une piscine intérieur chauffée également). Petit bémol concernant les horaires, jusqu’à 18 ou 19h cela serait mieux que 17h.. Les repas sont variés et de qualités,de l’entrée au dessert, machine à café dispo, pour tous les goûts. La chambre propre bien agencé, petite assiette de gâteau, soda et eaux dans le frigo, chaussons, peignoirs .. Le personnel est très agréable, hyper souriant. Réactif, efficace. C’est vraiment plaisant. Nous y retournerons très certainement ! Nous recommandons.

Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but very loud inside the blue bar and if you want a more relaxed setting at the Red sky bar you had better order your drinks there before 9.30pm as it closed then instead of the advertised midnight closing time.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gab viel auswahl was wir sehr gut fanden, das es sehr viel marokkanisches essen gab. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Es könnte am Pool an den Liegen sauberer sein. Die Rutschen waren ok, aber es hatte in den Rutschen so rillen die weh machten, ebenso hat es eine Farbe die auf die Badekleidung ab färbte. Schade war das viele Rutschen nur zu 2. Zum rutschen waren. Allgemein könnte es sauberer sein, auch bei den treppen zu den Rutschen. Die Zimmer könnten renoviert werden, diese sind in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz allem war es ein schöner aufenthalt.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. I’m only not giving zero stars because the animation team did their best despite the terrible conditions. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked about the Mini Club and got wrong info — then got scolded for asking again. The pools, including the indoor one, were freezing. No one could enjoy them, not even my 4-year-old daughter who loves water. The Aqua Park? Useless if you can’t enter the water. Really, FREEZING! Bathrooms are scarce, food is repetitive with no variety, and the buffet lines are ridiculous (for pizza, pasta and bbq). Only Pepsi, no Coke. Towels were taken early and only replaced after 4 p.m. — every single day. We were left without towels constantly, even when we asked them not to remove them, cause was clean towels. The Mini Club is a disgrace: broken toys, dirty playground, exposed nails — extremely unsafe! The mini-golf clubs were all broken. The mini disco was the same every night, and my daughter got bored after 2 days. Cutlery was never on the tables, and we often couldn’t find clean plates — when they did come, they were so hot we burned our hands. Wi-Fi barely worked, tiles around pool were slippery (my daughter fell twice), and the TV remote didn’t work. No “Do Not Disturb” sign either. Terrible service, cold pools, poor food, and no care for guests’ comfort. Do NOT waste your time or money. Aqua Fun Park is not fun at all — it’s a disaster.

Alors points positifs : le parc et les tobaggans l'idéal pour les enfants et les adultes qui aiment les bonne sensations et la restauration.et la gentillesse.de.tout le personnel Point deceptifs : l'organisation du menage des chambres : un.service qui passe pour changer les serviettes de toilette, un pour mettr du papier toilette et un pour le menage. Jamais à la meme heure et quand on est a se reposer dans la chambre ils viennent quand même. 2 jours sans menage du tout et 2 jours sans serviette car elles avaient été prises dans etre remplacées. Malgré 2 demandes à la reception nous sommes restés 2 jours avec un pegnoire pour 2 et pas de serviette. Les horaires... alors nous avons fait une excursion depart à 08h donc 07h15 aubpetit dej pour une heure d'ouverture à 07.. à 07h40 toujours de thé à la menthe toujours pas de crêpes bref idem pour le parc acquatique qui ouvre à 10h et à 10h20 toujours persone... enfin ils decident de passer le rotofils et la to.deuse auvparc à 10h30 donc toutes les projections d'herbes coupées sur les chemins d'accès aux toboggans et de l'herbe sous les pieds et on en met partout dans les piscines. Enfon gros gros point noir pour nous la localisation des chambres par rapport à la scene pour les animations : pile à côté de la musique fort fort jusqu'à 23h impossible de dormir.... Bre 4500 euros pour 2 chambres et 4 personnes pour ne pas avoir de serviettes de toilette ne pas dormir avant 23h avec une musique hirriblement forte c'est bien trop...

Nous avons passé un moment exceptionnel en famille au Pick Albatros. L’équipe d’animation était au top, toujours dynamique et motivante. Mention spéciale à l’équipe du Bar et à son responsable, qui gère également la discothèque la nuit : un service impeccable ! L’entretien de l’hôtel est irréprochable, la literie très confortable, et la propreté exemplaire, notamment grâce aux femmes de ménage qui font un travail remarquable et tous les autres ouvriers. Côté restauration, les repas étaient variés et de qualité, et nous n’avons eu aucun souci digestif, ce qui est un vrai plus. Merci à tout le personnel pour cette belle expérience. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Séjour déjà réservé..... Frédérick...

Problème de fumée des grillades faites à proximité des salles de restaurant ( prévoir une cheminée au dessus du barbecue ) Ménage de la chambre à revoir car pas propre et draps non changés durant toute la semaine inadmissible dans un tel établissement !

we have good family time here with water parks although not all slides were open at a time. The buffets have variety of foods and deserts. The hotel was generous to let us enjoy the lunches both check-in and check-out dates, early check-in around 2pm for free. We only had one issue that both door cards were valid most of the time we used to enter our room. We needed to visit the reception to activate the cards twice, or asked a staff named Ghida to open the door for us other times. Thanks Ghida for her help! We recommend this place for family short break!

Animation team were absolutely brilliant. Room needed some minor repairs and was difficult to get guest services to send someone to repair. Generally room was clean but had problems with mosquitos. Good food and entertainment.

The hotel is very nice we had a good time. The pools are very clean and well maintained along with the hotel. The food is hit and miss depends what you like unfortantly the Italian resturant was open. The room we were in was a little dated the patio window didnt lock properly and kne of the bed side plugs didnt work which was annoying but thankfully i had a long enough extension cable with me. There is tea and coffee in the rooms but no milk you will need to get this from the cafe on site. Overall it was a plesant stay and we had a relaxing break. If you have kids its great as the water park looks amazing

Tout etait correct..seul point d'attention : l'hôtel exige un checkout (libérer la chambre) à midi (ce qui est normal)...et de quitter l'hôtel à 15h max (ou bien rester uniquement à la réception)!! une flexibilité pour quitter l'hôtel après 15h (avec utilisation de tous les services de l'hôtel...hors chambre bien-sûr) serait très appréciée par les clients... comme c'est le cas pour les autres hôtels de Marrakech (Riu, iberostar, Kenzi Agdal ...)

was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the hotel. Nora went above and beyond to make sure our stay very pleasant and enjoyable she really was a rockstar. Thank u nora for everything and every step u did for us definitely will be coming again and i really recommend this place for families especially families with kids and also i want to mention sara for the best accommodation and customer service , i dont want to forget about chef kamal he was amazing and the food was very very delicious with a plenty of food variety . Thank to all staff including the bellmen housekeeper 👍👍🙂🙂🙂

I nearly cancelled my stay here, with my 10 year old, when I read the recent reviews leading up to our stay. But my son loves swimming and water parks, so I thought we’d give it a go and not expect too much; we were only staying for 3 nights. It far exceeded my expectations and we had a great time here. The hotel and waterpark is tired, in places, and it’s not luxury, but the lovely staff and my son’s smiles made up for that. The all inclusive food was nice. I can imagine it might get repetitive after a week, but there are so many options. It was busy at peak meal times, but we were there in high season so can’t expect a peaceful dinner. The staff work incredibly hard to keep fresh food coming out and tables cleared and cleaned. We were allowed to stay after we checked out, until 6pm as my son was enjoying it so much. We would definitely go back, for another short stay, if we go to Marrakesh again.

La navette partagée reservée à l'avance n'etait pas prévu , à l'aller et au retour .

Bon séjour parc aquatique super beaucoup d’espace mais dommage piscine froide. Restaurant avec nourriture très bonne et super de pouvoir manger à l’extérieur. Hôtel éloigné de la ville.

L’établissement est tes loin de la ville et seul le transport de l’hôtel est disponible à prix fort

Lovely place to stay. Food options were varied but lots of repetition. Some parts of the room need some work but on the whole a very nice place. Easy to get into the main town a bus service just outside the hotel. Some staff unsure of how the transport system worked

We arrived 10:30 PM from the airport starving and thirsthy We were told there was nothing to eat as the retaurant was close, and when we got the room there was not even water bottles to make milk for the baby. we only speak english, spanish and portuguese, so asking for delivery food was not an option. Not all inclusive at all, there was a separated snack bar that sells all what i was expecting to be free. Juices and cheap beer was served on through out the day on the island, however no variaty what so ever. If you were hungry outside eating hours or went to town and got to hotel too late, you would starve till the other day. Overwall i wouldnt recommend this hotel for english speakers only, i guess would be fine if we could order food , however they did not have room service either.

Les rideaux de la baie vitrée sont dans un état pitoyables, ils mériteraient d'être remplacés. Douche bouchée pendant 3j et apres 3j de reclamation finalement une intervention mais on s est retrouvé avec une salle de bain inondée. Très dommage pour la partie chambre Hôtel éloigné de Marrakech (18km ) mais on le savait. Séjour agréable dans cet établissement.

We’ve been disappointed. The property seems very tired and it feels like corners are being cut. Food was okay. Italian restaurant didn’t open, despite the resort being full. There is a selection. Dinner didn’t start until 7, which felt a little late. Slides are only open on a rotating basis but the kids enjoyed them. The room for 5 was great and spacious, which we appreciated and know rooms for 5 are rare. English TV was limited to France 24 (English) and BBC News (which had an intermittent signal). One TV (on the kids side) had Netflix access. The room was soundproof for voices but the people above sounded like a heard of elephants and were up quite late “parading,” moving furniture, or practicing high jump. It was quite loud, but if you had lighter footed upstairs neighbours, it would be okay. The staff were kind and did whatever they could to be helpful. The key to our room would only work once, so we had to get it reset after each use, which was annoying. Overall, the kids had fun, which is most important. We were expecting better, so wouldn’t likely return. I would say 2.5 stars when comparing to other all inclusive resorts in Turkey, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Good for some cheap and cheerful fun.

Great waterpark, lots of choice for all ages. Hotel was clean and pleasant, massive selection of foods all well prepared.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a resort. I’m only not giving zero stars because the animation team did their best despite the terrible conditions. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. I asked about the Mini Club and got wrong info — then got scolded for asking again. The pools, including the indoor one, were freezing. No one could enjoy them, not even my 4-year-old daughter who loves water. The Aqua Park? Useless if you can’t enter the water. Really, FREEZING! Bathrooms are scarce, food is repetitive with no variety, and the buffet lines are ridiculous (for pizza, pasta and bbq). Only Pepsi, no Coke. Towels were taken early and only replaced after 4 p.m. — every single day. We were left without towels constantly, even when we asked them not to remove them, cause was clean towels. The Mini Club is a disgrace: broken toys, dirty playground, exposed nails — extremely unsafe! The mini-golf clubs were all broken. The mini disco was the same every night, and my daughter got bored after 2 days. Cutlery was never on the tables, and we often couldn’t find clean plates — when they did come, they were so hot we burned our hands. Wi-Fi barely worked, tiles around pool were slippery (my daughter fell twice), and the TV remote didn’t work. No “Do Not Disturb” sign either. Terrible service, cold pools, poor food, and no care for guests’ comfort. Do NOT waste your time or money. Aqua Fun Park is not fun at all — it’s a disaster.

Très agréable surprise. L’hôtel est bien équipé, les toboggans sont incroyable. Les maîtres nageurs sont présents afin d’assurer la sécurité. Malgré les piscines non chauffées nous nous sommes malgré tout bien amusés! (Il existe une piscine intérieur chauffée également). Petit bémol concernant les horaires, jusqu’à 18 ou 19h cela serait mieux que 17h.. Les repas sont variés et de qualités,de l’entrée au dessert, machine à café dispo, pour tous les goûts. La chambre propre bien agencé, petite assiette de gâteau, soda et eaux dans le frigo, chaussons, peignoirs .. Le personnel est très agréable, hyper souriant. Réactif, efficace. C’est vraiment plaisant. Nous y retournerons très certainement ! Nous recommandons.

Excellent staff service, excellent food

Séjour au top! Bonne ambiance ! Un peu déçu du parc aquatique des toboggans n'étaient pas en fonction et le débit d'eau pas assez puissant pour de bonnes glissade. Au delà de ça c'était très sympathique ! Point négatif au moment du repas le soir c'est que la fumée du barbecue envahissait tout l'extérieur du restaurant ce n'était pas très agréable et difficile de trouver un coin a l'abris de la fumée sauf pour ceux qui aiment manger en intérieur. Sinon,belle accueil,on y mange bien et de bonnes activités au sein de l'établissement proposé par les animateurs.

was truly impressed by the exceptional customer service at the hotel. Nora went above and beyond to make sure our stay very pleasant and enjoyable she really was a rockstar. Thank u nora for everything and every step u did for us definitely will be coming again and i really recommend this place for families especially families with kids and also i want to mention sara for the best accommodation and customer service , i dont want to forget about chef kamal he was amazing and the food was very very delicious with a plenty of food variety . Thank to all staff including the bellmen housekeeper 👍👍🙂🙂🙂

Problème de fumée des grillades faites à proximité des salles de restaurant ( prévoir une cheminée au dessus du barbecue ) Ménage de la chambre à revoir car pas propre et draps non changés durant toute la semaine inadmissible dans un tel établissement !
