Need a swimming pool

Nous sommes resté une semaine, le ménage de la chambre est inexistant, seul les lits sont faits, avec les memes draps pour le séjour...Nous avons vu les mêmes cheveux ou tâches tout au long du séjour. La vitre de la chambre était très sale aussi, cela n'aide pas à apprécier la pourtant belle vue depuis l'hotel sur la plage. La gestion du nettoyage des vêtements a aussi été trés compliquée, il est mieux de traiter directement à l'extérieur. L'hotel est trés bien situé proche de la plage des commerces maissi du vieux Tanger. Le personnel a été agréable mais les services dans l'hotel sont trés limités, comme les " ascenceurs, lents et trop petits pour adresser tous les occupants en heures de pointe.

Environnement immédiat très moche . Enregistrement et Check out très laborieux Attente interminable pour les ascenseurs en nombre insuffisant .

Great stay. The staff was friendly, breakfast, delicious (paid extra) and self parking was included (with in and out privileges). The hotel is located right next to the train station and the beach, easy to walk around and in a very safe area.

This was my second time staying in the Hilton's and I chose it because you can walk most anywhere. It's safe and the boardwalk is just a minute away. The hotel itself is great. Free laundry! I came back with a clean load of clothes instead of dirty for once. The room was great with all the amenities you can need. Wi-fi was strong and maid service was lovely. It has a bar and the food was good and nicely priced. The best part is service and staff. They really are amazing here and Mohamed at the front desk is just a rock star and I know rock stars! There is nothing that will have him say no in trying to help you.

We had a great time. The staff were courteous, helpful and timely with requests. The food was tasty but it would have be nice to know that the dinner buffet wasn’t available on the weekend as originally explained. Prices were also reasonable. This property is conveniently located in close proximity to the train station (5min walk), it’s also around the corner from an extensive stretch of restaurants and other shopping. We were expecting a roof top pool but that was at the other location. Nonetheless the beach was very close but get there early on the weekends. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected but not bad. The water however was spectacular. Overall I definitely would recommend this property.

Great location. Fantastic rooms and amenities, including a self serve washer dryer facility on-site! Our days were turbocharged with hot custom made breakfast options, and well informed staff who helped navigated the days itinerary with great suggestions. A special shout out to Fatima Zehra, Nada and Champs for the warm welcome and greetings every morning. Hilton you lived up to Your Brand by the people who make the experience worth it !

All very good . The only thing I can say is the bar service was a bit slow even after the order was put through. Sometimes they had to be reminded a few times . Other then that can’t complain.

Everything was fine except park the car garage the person responsible for opening the gate let as wait 10.15 minutes if I don’t give tips is very bad for me I happen every single time I go out

Good for business people. Gym and breakfast were sufficient/good. Right next to mosque. Staff friendly and helpful

The hotel is of a good standard and situated close to the beach and shops etc. The room provided had a side view with a not so pleasant outlook towards a 'building site'. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only slight negative was that only one coffee and tea packet available (I'd be quite sure more would be provided on request) Reception and Dining staff were excellent and all very helpful clearly a well run hotel that valued customers Breakfast was excellent with a good choice including Moroccan.

I had an excellent experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Tangier. I stayed 4 days. The hotel is modern, spotless, and ideally location. The staff were professional, friendly, courteous, and consistently attentive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay from start to finish. My room was spacious, and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and high-quality options each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tangier and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent petit dejeuner! Très bon sejour,,tres bon accueil du personnel,seul bemol pour le menage,elle se contentait de changer les serviettes mais le sol et le lavabo de la salle de bain n'ont pas ete nettoyés pendant les 5 jours du sejour.

Chambre tres propre, personnel professionnel. Le.petit dejeuner n’etait pas aux attentes des hiltons deja fait.

Our stay was so lovely, the staff were all so kind especially Miss Hamina who made sure we had everything we needed and was always very attentive of our needs. She was the sweetest. The breakfast was incredible. The only thing that we did not like was there some a used glove on the chair in the work desk in the room. It looked used and we didn’t know where it came from. Other than that, everything was great!

Lo que mas me ha gustado: Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el hotel muy silencioso. Visito por trabajo Tánger desde hace muchos años y es la habitación de hotel mas silenciosa que he estado en Tánger. Lo que menos me ha gustado: La mezcla de agua caliente y fría de la ducha no funcionaba bien, o te quemaba o te helaba.

Amazing staff, big rooms and perfect location. Only downside was the smoke smell in the room.

Very friendly staff. Well appointed rooms with very comfortable bed. And great view of the bay!

Big room, great view (and even if you don’t get the sea view, I appreciate the wide windows. The first room I got, unfortunately, did not smell good as it seems someone was smoking in there despite it being a non-smoking room. The hotel quickly arranged to move me to another bed. The AC was not working and after two attempts was quickly fixed. Basic amenities (slippers, toothbrush, etc.) were missing but I was able to request them. Location is great, right beside a mall and walking distance to the beach. Also, walking distance from the airport bus which stops at the train station

The bathroom door got locked, but they sent maintenance to fix it. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to physically go downstairs to talk to reception. Construction either in the hotel or in the area made it very loud in the morning

Air conditioning didn’t work and the room smelled bad

Great modern Western style rooms. Close to the ocean, great walking location, could easily take a 20-30 stroll to medina. Great breakfast and service.

The hotel staff was great, but the restaurant staff? They totally ignored me the whole time, and get this-there were only four customers for four staff members!

This is my second stay and despite a 2 hour flight delay and not being able to take advantage of the full stay, I’d definitely book again. The late night staff on duty was very accommodating to my changing needs for check in; they even upgraded my room since I’d arrived so late. The area is very centrally located so I was able to sleep in and still make it to my train.

Overall stay was good. When we arived for the checkin the boy at the reception was very good and helpful. The manger named Sara was excellent with helping us when my husband and son had food poisoning by allowing late check out so that they can have rest. Location is great near train station, restaurants and mall. Only down side is the small lifts. Overall would stay here again :)

The hotel was impeccable. The evening Front Office Staff of April 13 went above and beyond their responsibilities to help me through a difficult bind I was in after a tour of Chefchaouen and arriving in the hotel late at night. Their concern for me was just unbelievable. Kudos to them.

My mum and I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the amazing staff- especially thanks to Rajae, who we became well acquainted with. Seriously good breakfast, both western and Moroccan- many thanks to the breakfast staff: Sara, Ibtissam and Ibrahim and the rest. The food we ordered for room service was delicious, so ended up having it everyday during our stay- we ordered both Moroccan and western food, delicious! The room was kept clean and tidy everyday and restocked with everything we needed. Many thanks to Hajar, appreciate! It was our first time staying in hotel in Morocco, and it exceeded beyond our expectations. We left the place with a very heavy heart, however we are already looking forward to our return in 2026!

Security was great. Nice hotel, but terrible service!!! We booked NON-smoking family connecting rooms months ago. I could tell there was some issue when the two girls at the front desk were looking at the screen for a long time. They gave us our keys and upon arriving in our rooms we realize immediately they put us on a smoking floor. We go back to the front desk and are told they are sold out of all connecting rooms except the smoking ones. I show my confirmation and that I booked a non-smoking room, and they said they can give us two rooms next to each other but they’d both have king beds. This was unacceptable because we have teens, a boy and a girl, and specifically booked a room with separate beds that connected to ours. I was not comfortable being separated from our children in a foreign country. Finally they “upgraded” us to sea view rooms so the kids could have separate beds, but we were still separated from them. We also had to wait for over an hour for our luggage. Finally I had to go to the front desk to ask for it; it was just sitting on a cart in the lobby. We also asked for a new duvet because ours had a stain it looked like it was not a fresh one. Didn’t get it so had to wait for housekeeping late at night when we wanted to sleep. We were only in Tangier for one night and did not appreciate wasting two hours on check in issues and waiting for our luggage. A manager should have come out to expressly apologize and they should have done more for us.

Excellent experience from a great ail round team, they all seem happy to work here. Special thanks to Inase on Reception she is so very professional and welcoming and arranged an extra night stay for me, even returning my credit card to my room when I left it behind. Great hotel, rooms location highly recommended 👌👌👌👌👌

The staff was amazing, especially the Front Desk and the breakfast team, but also the security and housekeeping teams. I especially would like to mention Tawfik and Claire from the restaurant staff that helped me during breakfast. They were super attentive, very efficient and friendly. They realized I was not feeling well, and had a very soar throat, they did everything to make me get better. As someone who works in customer service for nearly 20 years, their level of care was amazing, and very genuine. They are great assets for the hotel.

The reception staff were not very friendly at the check-in, house keeping were on the other hand very helpful.

My remote stopped working and I couldn’t figure out how to turn the shower on (weird faucets), HOWEVER I called the front desk and very quickly had someone come to my room with a new remote and that showed me how to use the shower. All employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

It is a very busy and crowded area lots of traffic especially in the evening cross walk very tough to cross noise stays all night until 5 am very difficult to sleep The ladies at front desk very nice they helped us with organizing transfers for us

Standard Hilton Garden Inn hotel with stardard services. Short walk to the Grand seaside boulevard that leads to the medina. Almost right next to the well designedTangier Ville train station which is super convenient for day trips to Asilah etc.. City bus, Grand Taxi and Petit Taxi are all available nearby.

Excellent location come off the train. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and roomy. Great location to walk along the promenade and to the beach. Many restaurants along the way. A meeting point for tour pickups. Food at the restaurant/bar was good. There is an almost hidden restaurant next to it La Duquesa that is excellent. It is easy to miss but it is worth a visit.

The hotel is well situated in a lively area with a shopping mall. It is a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Around the area are restaurants, shops, etc. It is also very accessible to all sorts of transportation. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff was kind, courteous, helpful and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location, 2 mins walk from the beach, plenty of food places all around. Walking distance to Old Madina. Area has very busy night life and entertainment to watch the world go by.

Excellent location, 2 mins walk to the ocean. Big hotel with spacious room. We took the train from Casablanca to Tangier and just walked over to the hotel. Loved it. Many restaurants nearby as well. Walk on the promenade in the evening was lovely.

Close to the train station making it a fantastic location to travel around Morocco. Staff were attentive and polite. Cleaning staff lovely. Breakfast was amazing with loads of options.

Great property - friendly staff - excellent breakfast - easy to walk on beachfront to Medina.

The service was excellent. From the doorman to the front desk (Mohamed, Hind, Reda) to the waitstaff (Malika Kaotor) everyone was professional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Can’t wait to return, especially as it is walking distance to the beach.

Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour à l’hôtel Hilton à Tanger. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres, tout était parfait : confort, propreté et service. Le personnel était top, très accueillant et professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, varié et de qualité. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Excellent hotel with an AMAZING breakfast (could be a lunch also) - with beverages, fruits, cheeses, meats, fish, eggs, omelettes, pastries, cereals, juices. I've never seen anything like it. Really nice service personnel. Next to the other Hilton and a stone's throw from the new train station. Near several cafe/bistros and a great McDonald's for those who consider this a sign of civilization. Large mall virtualy attached. Several hundred feet from the beach promenade.
