Great easy place to find, stay and park in. Clean and private. I would go bsck No milk which pained me greatly. Parking high risk for high vehicles especially further in which pained me much more as I hit it.

The property did not have the kitchen as shown in the photo. This is what we had expected. We did not expect to go out in the cold driveway to use an old microwave that doesnt work well. There was no room for clothes so we had to live out of the suitcases. Microwave should be in the room

Great access to everywhere we needed to go. Secure, gated parking. Given room at back of property which was less noisy. Room was spacious. Modernised bathroom was smart and clean. Motel rooms are upstairs - no lift .... not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The parking area was under cover and secured during the evening. Park Squire motor inn is positioned close enough to Melbourne city with the tram stop near by. The lovely parklands are a great place for a great walk. And Tullamarine freeway is very close by for a quick exit.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this facility. The condition of the premises was appalling, with a pervasive smell of human urine throughout. The cleanliness fell far below expectations, making it impossible to stay the night. I had to arrange alternative accommodation. This experience does not reflect the 4-star rating on Google or the 8-star rating on Wotif. The disparity between the advertised quality and the reality was shocking. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately to ensure future guests have a better experience."

Black mould in the window, mystery stain on the curtain. If it wasn’t such a busy weekend in Melbourne and everywhere else wasn’t booked out, I probably would have asked for a refund. The staff were lovely but it felt like a backpackers.

Clean, comfortable, secure and good location. Our room was cleaned each day (including Christmas Day) and the staff were friendly and happy to help when required. Did hear a couple of sirens each night owing to the proximity to the hospitals, but really not an issue. Apart from that it was surprisingly quiet, noting the tram lines out the front and the major roads close by. Didn’t hear any noise from either of these until after 6:30am. Overall our stay was very good. Would come back for sure.

Level of traffic noise was beyond ridiculous… felt very unsafe as travelling alone, feel I didn’t get what was advertised when I paid for Queen room , Door had gap around the whole frame , was old lock and slide chain to secure it , Not even a microwave! Not a spoon or a fork . So outdated

The inside of the room has been updated and is fairly tidy and was very clean with all good amenities. The parking at the property is convenient. It is an older property and has a run down appearance on outside. It is also close to freeway exit and major traffic so noisy. However most places close to the city are.

It's also safe and secure and seems to be run quite professionally - it's always nice when you don't get an early knock on the door from the cleaning staff although you have been given a late checkout time. The interiors have been renovated including the bathroom, and although my room was smallish it had everything a motel room should, and was well-lit and pleasant to stay in. The TV worked well and the bed was comfortable too. Staff were friendly also. I would stay at Park Squire again, although I would request a room further from Flemington Rd or use earplugs next time, as I found it difficult to sleep the first night I was there.

From check in to check out, staff was very kind! They always brought fresh towels, replenished tea, coffee, cookies, shampoo, soap, and conditioner. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, and the location is convenient to everywhere! I would definitely stay here again

I booked a week at Park Squire Motor Inn for a friend going through a tough time. Before she arrived, I went to the reception, paid, and asked if any deposit was needed. The receptionist said no. However, when my friend arrived at 2 pm, the same receptionist demanded a deposit, saying he didn’t realize “this type of person” would be staying. He was rude, impolite, and clearly making judgments based on appearance. Despite my efforts to explain, we ended up paying the deposit, but the entire experience was awful. The receptionist was racist and accused me of lying.

If you have a car that you need to park and want to stay close to the city this is a good option. No great eating options without a bit of a walk but there is a tram stop pretty much outside the motel. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. AC was a touch noisy but it was very necessary with the heat in Melbourne this week!

I liked being close to flemington and the locked access after hours. I was disappointed there was no breakfast availability. I was after a room "to sleep in" and thats what i got. Room smelled bit funky. Beds made daily & towels replaced, however used dishes not replaced/cleaned. Pleasant staff.
