Park Squire Motor Inn & Serviced Apartments - Free Car Park

If you have a car that you need to park and want to stay close to the city this is a good option. No great eating options without a bit of a walk but there is a tram stop pretty much outside the motel. Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy. AC was a touch noisy but it was very necessary with the heat in Melbourne this week!

We had a great experience staying here, we booked the 2 bedroom apartment in the building next door to the motel. It had an allocated car park and remote controlled security gate. The room was level 3 only accessible by stairs, no issue for us. The room was the cleanest I've ever had in this price range I was super impressed, the shower no mould, no dust, new looking carpets. Kitchen was awesome modern had dishwasher, oven, big fridge lots of room overall. Lounge area big. Bathroom wow so clean, had LG washing machine and a dryer! Bedrooms good, mattresses getting a bit worn but still comfy. The place gets warm aircon reaches the rooms and they had a good portable fan that was clean. Staff were wonderful, personally showed me around, answered all my questions via Expedia app. And sent back the items I had left behind. Room very close to tram also. Look forward to coming back.
