I stay here often, perhaps 30 times now over recent years. The location is great for U4/5 trains, Oktoberfest fairground and very close to the shopping mall and restaurants. It's 1 stop on the U-bahn to Munich Central station. The staff are friendly and accomodating, rooms are stylish and very clean, the breakfast is good quality and a wide selection, and the prices quite reasonable (apart from Oktoberfest week!). There is no evening food here, but many choices nearby and they do have Augustiner on tap and some very nice spirits. Definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, simple but very carefully thought out design and all facilities provided without frills or fuss. Superb choices available at breakfast, focussing on healthy options instead of the usual fried stuff. Reasonably convenient location (get a regular travel pass, not the tourist kind) and very good value for money. Just one thing: please don’t allow smoking on the terrace where people are eating.

Situated in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the October Fest site about a quarter of an hour's walk from the main station (use a the side entrance/exit half way down platform 11, close to the ends of platforms 5-10). The breakfast area has interesting free-form tables. The single lift is small but adequate. The staff are very friendly. It may only be rated 3-star, but it is much more of a 4 to 5 star experience.

This is slated as a 4 star on hotels and its actually a 3 star thats more like a 2.5 star. Room had a distinct "toilet" smell. I can't recommend this place. Nice staff though.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, um die Stadt zu besuchen. Die U-Bahn und die Strassenbahn sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Quartier ist ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut sortiert, frisch und lecker. Das Zimmer ist sauber, nur das Bad verdiente in dieser Hinsicht mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Väldigt fint och trevligt hotell. All personal var trevliga och det var bra service. Frukosten var bra och dom hade glutenfria alternativ. Hotellet ligger en bit utanför centrum men en kort promenad till tunnelbanan och man var inne i centrum på 5 minuter. Har inget att klaga på förutom att det inte var ordentligt städat och att det blev väldigt varmt i rummet men det fanns en fläckt.

This is a smaller three star hotel that is very clean, modern, and a joy to visit. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was a little small but still offered a good variety of both hot and cold items. The rooms in the boutique hotel (including the bathroom) were small but still very functional. Great light in the bathroom although bedroom was a little on the dark side (like too many hotel rooms in general). There was no AC but the bedroom has a large modern quiet fan that helped keep things perfectly comfortable even on a hot day. Windows and patio door opened and provided a nice breeze of clean air as well. Hotel is near the main train station relatively speaking but if you have a good amount of luggage still best to get a taxi or Uber to transfer between the two. Quiet, safe neighborhood with a large indoor mall about half a block away that contained several grocery stores and restaurants, etc.. Bavaria Boutique Hotel provided good value for the money although a little far from main tourist areas on foot. Would definitely stay again though.

Gut gelegen, prima Frühstücksbuffet, aber zwei markante Mängel: Bad zu eng (ein durchschnittlich gebauter Erwachsener stösst sich regelmässig an) und weder aktive Entlüftung im Bad noch, an heißen Sommertagen ein echtes Problem, keine Klimatisierung (Deckenventillator nachts war nicht meine Sache, da Windzug).

지하철과는 한 십분정도 거리입니다. 중간에 큰 슈퍼(리들)이 있습니다. 직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 전문적이며, 아침식사도 좋았습니다. 호텔이 작고, 엘리베이터는 더 작은데다 기다릴 공간이 조금 부족합니다. 그리고 8호라인(48호) 에 묵었는데, 바로 엘리베이터 옆방이라 이동하는 소리가 들립니다. 특히 화장실에선 엘리베이터 손님이 부르는 노래도 들었습니다. 전반적으로 깨끗하고 무난하며 추천할 수 있습니다.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. I particularly liked the breakfast and the garden. The room was good, with a well stocked mini bar and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that might be an issue for some is the lack of AC. The ceiling mounted fan was fine for when I stayed in September but during a heat wave it might get too hot. The location is not that convenient for the centre of Munich but was perfect for the event I was attending.

Nice experience all together. The place had a friendly vibe. Location is within a reasonable distance from the metro/train, next to a shopping centre, close to several restaurants. Room on the first floor was comfortable and quiet in the night. The bed felt a little old, but I slept very well. Bathroom was cramped but "functional". The only real complain was the very low shower pressure. The breakfast room was quite cramped but the selection of food was better than average in my experience of German "business hotels".

Very nice hotel at good location, with short walking distance to metro stop and railway station. Nice big park Theresienplatz with amazing winter market, just round the corner. 5min walk to Augustiner Breu with great Bavarian food, beer and atmosphere. Really nice breakfast at the hotel. A very nice hotel overall- contemporary and tasteful decorations, helpful staff, etc.- but it's a bit far from the center of the old town. It's virtually adjacent to where Oktoberfest is held, so it would be very convenient for that, but otherwise it required a 20 or so minute walk to the sights through a lively but not particularly scenic neighborhood.

Kudos to this hotel’s management and staff. The hotel is on the West End of the city. It takes 25 minutes to walk to center of town and 10 minutes by tram. The neighborhood is middle class with a mall a block away from hotel and several good coffee shops and restaurants within a radius of 3 blocks. The hotel and rooms are thoughtfully designed and supplied. Bed and pillows are comfortable, room is quiet and spacious, and bathroom is well supplied. If anything, I suggest hotel adds a second below so it would be comfortable to recline while watching tv. In hot weather, the room has an almost silent ceiling fan that cools the air. Breakfast buffet is well stocked and serviced. Reception desk has excellent, friendly, and helpful staff (a special shoutout to Marietta). Excellent hotel. I recommend it highly.

We were in Munich for consert. This hotel was great surprise for us. Situated next to area for October festival. Next UBahn is 10 minutes away- that takes you around town. Hotel and rooms are very clean and have sll you need. Breakfast is very good. Buffet with all you need- both cold and warm food. The staff is very friendly. There are also some good restaurants nearby, we visit an Italian down the street. Even not directly in downtown...it was easy to get there. We hope to come back soon.

Insgesamt war es sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Zimmer groß genug. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, das Bad ist eher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber grundsätzlich ok. Preislich war es attraktiv, die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist 5 min entfernt. Der Frühstücksraum war im Verhältnis zu den Gästen relativ klein, wir mussten schon einen unbequemeren Hochtisch wählen. Das Buffet selber war überzeugend, frisch und mit vielen Optionen. Die eine Kaffeemaschine sorgte für kurze Wartezeiten, machteaber guten Kaffee. Schade war, dass hier Personen mehrere Stunden (saßen dort zu unserem Frühstücksbeginn, als wir wieder auf das Zimmer gingen und ca. 30 min danach als wir das Haus verließen) mit dem Laptop im Frühstücksbereich sitzen und den Platz versperren. Ich nenne es mal rücksichtslos, da könnte das Personal durchaus bitten sich in einen anderen Bereich zu setzen, grad wenn es voll ist. Eine dieser Laptop Frauen (Tisch für 4 alleine mit Equipment besetzt), meinte dann auch noch Nussnugatcreme im Schälchen mit sich zu tragen, dann mehrfach genüsslich mit dem Finger durch ihre Schale zu fahren, die Finger genüsslich abzulecken und dann munter auf der Kaffeemaschine ruzmzudrücken. Ekelhaft, aber nicht die Schuld des Hotels. Dazu meinten auch noch zwei Personen hier, wohl dienstlich, laut telefonieren zu müssen. Was ich damit sagen möchte, manch Gast war hier rücksichtslos und schmälerte das Erlebnis des ansonsten tollen Frühstücks.
