Zimmer war kalt (da Fenster offen bei Ankunft). Heizen über die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert... Straße hinten raus leider auch sehr laut. Badgestaltung etwas seltsam (gefühlt mitten im Zimmer)... Einer der Pluspunkte war für mich eigentlich bei der Buchung der Wellnessbereich... Die Sauna war aber aus. Auch nach 2 mal nachfragen und Bestätigung das diese angeschalten wird, war diese nach über einer Stunde immer noch kalt. Bei den Schließfächer fällt einem auch die Türe entgegen.. Alles in allem leider gar nicht zufriedenstellend... Vor allem bei den aufgerufenen Preisen.

Für berufliche Zwecke ist das Hotel ideal. Für private Zwecke eher unpraktisch, obwohl wir dort gerne übernachtet haben. Die Bar hatte leider schon früh zu und dadurch, dass wir in einem Industrieviertel waren, gab es keine Alternative. Wir hätten noch nicht mal ein kaltes Getränk mit aufs Zimmer nehmen können. Ansonsten war unser Zimmer sehr geräumig und vom Design einfach mal anders. Die Handtücher waren sehr schön groß und die Seife war besonders angenehm.

Leider sind die Zimmer echt in die Jahre gekommen, Ausstattung ist total abgenutzt, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, Erhalt eines Ventilators, Personal kümmert sich gut, Personal kann aber nichts für den mangelhaften Zustand dieses Hotels. Horrender Preis für ein unterdurchschnittliches Zimmer. Gym ist sehr klein, Equipment okay, aber wenig.

Klimaanlage war total laut und funktionslos. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns die Sicherung zum komplett ausschalten gezeigt. Bei 7Grad Aussentemperatur war das irgendwann nicht mehr angenehm. Im Restaurant gab es Essen nur bis halb neun; von den 5 Gerichten waren grade mal zwei verfügbar und die Bedienung war völlig unfähig. Nur die teuren Zimmer gehen in den Innenhof, alle anderen zu 4 spurigen Straßen- bei Expedia ist das nicht ersichtlich.

Leider waren die Zimmerschlüssel abends nach unserem Konzertbesuch ebenfalls nicht vorbereitet, was nochmals Warten bedeutete. Dass man die Minibar kostenlos nutzen darf, ist toll. Ein alkoholfreies und ein normales Bier wären schön gewesen.

Very nice room, with a good view, comfortable bedding and no noise. I particularly liked the floor to ceiling windows. There were a few issues: shower water was cold some days even at max heat, air conditioning was basically not working so it got a little cold on cold days and rather warm on warmer days, tv channel selection seemed limited relative to other hotels, and the sink was a little too shallow. The gym was ok, with a limited selection of weights and a few machines, but it was very poorly ventilated.

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und leckeres Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Von der Autobahn haben wir nichts gehört und auch sonst war es sehr ruhig. Die Straßenbahn ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt.

Das Personal vom Frühstück war sehr freundlich! Bei einer Zimmerkategorie um €200,-/Nacht hätte ich einen besser gepflegten Zustand erwartet. Wand teilweise fleckig, die Lichtschalter klebrig. So etwas sollte nicht sein! Farbe und Sauberkeit kosten nicht viel Geld. Flecken auf dem Teppich sind auch so eine Sache, die nicht zum Wohlbefinden beitragen. Barpersonal teilweise top, teilweise flop. Der Herr der lediglich die Basics in deutsch beherrschte, war uns sehr sympathisch, seine Cocktails waren top. Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, aber leider fehlt hier und da etwas Professionalität, Sorgfalt und liebe zum Beruf.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was very clean, modern with lovely panoramic windows. We stayed in a suite and it was quite big with a living area, kitchenette including microwave, minibar and sink. The staff were all very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was nice too. The only negative point is that we were a family and the bathroom had no door so there was no privacy in the shower area. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Leider kein guter Aufenthalt. Die Heizung in meinem Zimmer war defekt und die Temperatur kam trotz mehrfacher Versuche nicht über ca. 18 °C hinaus. Das Hotel schickte zwar einen Techniker, aber die angebotene „Lösung“ – ein kleiner Heizstrahler für ein Zimmer mit über 50 m² – war völlig unzureichend. Am nächsten Morgen wurde mein Hinweis auf das weiterhin eiskalte Zimmer vom Welcome Desk zunächst nicht ernst genommen. Erst nachdem ich deutlich gemacht habe, dass es sich um eine ernsthafte Beschwerde handelt, wurde mir zugesagt, dass sich am Montag jemand meldet. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut enttäuschend.

The room was poor. TV broken, window opening broken, room boiling hot - no phone to call reception. No kettle/tea drink making facilities. 'complimentary drinks' were sparkling water and two sweet/sugary drinks. Informed reception of broken TV no-one cared/bothered to fix it. Asked reception how to cool the room with no opening window, the man on reception said I needed to go in to the fuse box in the room and turn the whole heating/electrics system off by toggling fuses! Shower also broke on second day, had to shower in freezing cold water, and the soap wasn't refilled, so no soap on second day too! Awful!!!

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is very nice… not conveniently located in Munich… but the staff actually made this place worth staying at. Lydia, one of the staff at the concierge bent over backwards for our party and was super accommodating. We were incredibly impressed with her professionalism, charm and hospitality and would recommend this place to any traveler based on her performance alone!

Everything else was super, we loved the room which was very spacious with good amenities. I had a problematic experience. Three room changes: first room air condition broken and they let me wait more than 90 minutes sweating before I understood that there is no technician in place. Moved me to a second room with a safe stuck and moved to a third room with a safe broken. It took me 2.5 hours to get a working room the forth one. Poor maintenance ruin the potential of this beautiful hotel.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is very nice… not conveniently located in Munich… but the staff actually made this place worth staying at. Lydia, one of the staff at the concierge bent over backwards for our party and was super accommodating. We were incredibly impressed with her professionalism, charm and hospitality and would recommend this place to any traveler based on her performance alone!

Für berufliche Zwecke ist das Hotel ideal. Für private Zwecke eher unpraktisch, obwohl wir dort gerne übernachtet haben. Die Bar hatte leider schon früh zu und dadurch, dass wir in einem Industrieviertel waren, gab es keine Alternative. Wir hätten noch nicht mal ein kaltes Getränk mit aufs Zimmer nehmen können. Ansonsten war unser Zimmer sehr geräumig und vom Design einfach mal anders. Die Handtücher waren sehr schön groß und die Seife war besonders angenehm.

Klimaanlage war total laut und funktionslos. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns die Sicherung zum komplett ausschalten gezeigt. Bei 7Grad Aussentemperatur war das irgendwann nicht mehr angenehm. Im Restaurant gab es Essen nur bis halb neun; von den 5 Gerichten waren grade mal zwei verfügbar und die Bedienung war völlig unfähig. Nur die teuren Zimmer gehen in den Innenhof, alle anderen zu 4 spurigen Straßen- bei Expedia ist das nicht ersichtlich.
