Os funcionários são muito educados mas é inadmissível você chegar para se hospedar e o hotel estar com o elevador quebrado. Fomos hospedados no SEXTO e no QUINTO andar. Eu estava com 3 idosos de 70 anos e um jovem com deficiência. Pedimos para mudar mas estava lotado. A cidade lotada e nenhuma vaga. Isso estragou nossa estadia. Subir 96 degraus de escada cada vez que precisava deixar o hotel era impossível. Simplesmente avisam apenas depois que vc já de o check in. O hotel deveria avisar com antecedência uma vez que o funcionário informou que já estava quebrado HÁ MUITOS DIAS.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage – man kann die Altstadt/Fußgängerzone und den Englischen Garten schnell zu Fuß erreichen. In der Straße selbst und den umliegenden Straßen gibt es viele Restaurants und direkt gegenüber ein super Bäcker. Einzig allein die Parksituation ist schlecht, da das Hotel nur fünf sehr enge Parkplätze hat und drumherum überall Anwohnerparken ist – man muss mit Parkkosten von 30 € pro Tag rechnen. Die Parkgarage liegt nur ca. 500 m vom Hotel entfernt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Very comfortable hotel with nice extras such as complimentary beer, soda, water, tea, and coffee as well as a candy bar in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was comfortable. My only minor complaint was that the shower had low water pressure and the bathroom door was partially transparent.

This hotel is great! Near everything. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Bathroom snug, but was fine. Staff are lovely. The sweets and coffee at reception is a lovely little extra. Met other lovely guests too. Think this hotel was an old cinema, which explains quirky layouts, but it’s charming and cute! We had a great time here and will stay again when back in Munich.

Splendid location, within convenient walking distance of Munich's great art museums and parks, and easy access to a varied international food scene. We didn't try the hotel breakfast but there are many very nice cafes around the area. Our room was spacious, though the bathtub drain and sliding door had maintenance issues. Attentive and helpful staff. No lobby to speak of.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und in einer ruhiger Wohngegend. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, mit einer tollen Auswahl. Leider hatten wir auf unserer Etage Schimmel und das Zimmer hat sehr muffig gerochen. Wir vermuten, dass auch hier Schimmel einfach überstrichen wurde. Mit viel Lüften haben wir es ausgehalten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt können wir das Hotel jedoch nicht empfehlen.

Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms not huge but comfortable and more than adequate for our four day stay. Excellent sound-proofing from traffic noise. One small issue (OK, two). I'm not a great fan of glass bathroom doors - always feels a little exposed. Also the shower door was fiddly and didn't fully seal so we got puddles on the floor. But excellent value for money in the heart of Munich within easy walking distance of The English Gardens, Marienplatz and the Old Town.

We stayed for 4 nights and after reading a few negative reviews, we decided to go ahead seeing as the only time we spend in the room is when we sleep. The location of the hotel is great, only a 10/15 minute walk into the centre. The staff were really friendly and attentive too, however that’s where the positives end. A few issues we experienced - - the beds are so uncomfortable. The pillows are a bizarre shape and you are given a single, thin duvet on the double bed. Even after doing 20,000+ steps I was struggling to drop off to sleep each night. - it was really noisy at times, both outside the hotel and inside. Our room was on the 1st floor which is also where the restaurant is located. We had guests shouting to each other outside our room as early as 7am which was irritating. There was loud music coming from a bar on the Saturday night. - the lighting isn’t great and as others say, it could do with a bit of a facelift but it’s not awful. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again to be honest. I’d recommend either paying more if you want to stay somewhere central or looking for something a little further out but worth the journey in.

Zustand der Zimmer ist in diesem Preissegment nicht vertretbar. Nicht nur stark veraltet und abgenutzt sondern auch kaputt, nicht vollständig nutzbar und sehr billig geflickt. Als Tür zum Badezimmer gibt es beispielsweise ein billiges 5€ Lamellen-Rollo, der Teppich im Flur hat mehrere Farbe weil er so dreckig und abgenutzt ist - bin mir allgemein nicht sicher ob er braun oder grün war?
Zustand der Zimmer ist in diesem Preissegment nicht vertretbar. Nicht nur stark veraltet und abgenutzt sondern auch kaputt, nicht vollständig nutzbar und sehr billig geflickt. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property. The breakfast was good and staff made sure all selections were consistently replenished. Front desk and cleaning staff were very nice as well. The check in/out process was smooth. We did arrive before check in and they kept our bags for us and gave a restaurant recommendation while we waited. The rooms are quite small and the furniture in our room was "pleather" and peeling badly. Property is conveniently located about a 12 minute walk from Old Town/Marienplatz nearby the U-station or you can grab a taxi or Uber. If you\'re not too concerned with aesthetics and just need a place to lay your head, I would suggest this property.

My room was tiny and the bathroom was so small it was uncomfortable. I feel thevroom was overpriced, being so small. The breakfast was decent though. The room was cleaned well and the staff was very nice. I have pictures but i cant upload them here.

This property was a great value for the area. It was walkable to all the major sites. The only drawbacks were thin walls and not super comfortable beds. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the little bakery/coffee shop across the street.

Während meiner Reisen nach München war ich bereits mehrfach im Leonardo Boutique Hotel. Dieses Mal kam leider mit meiner getätigten Buchung etwas durcheinander. Damian von der Rezeption gelang es, sehr schnell eine äußerst zufriedenstellende Lösung zu finden. Klasse!

Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms not huge but comfortable and more than adequate for our four day stay. Excellent sound-proofing from traffic noise. One small issue (OK, two). I'm not a great fan of glass bathroom doors - always feels a little exposed. Also the shower door was fiddly and didn't fully seal so we got puddles on the floor. But excellent value for money in the heart of Munich within easy walking distance of The English Gardens, Marienplatz and the Old Town.

Splendid location, within convenient walking distance of Munich's great art museums and parks, and easy access to a varied international food scene. We didn't try the hotel breakfast but there are many very nice cafes around the area. Our room was spacious, though the bathtub drain and sliding door had maintenance issues. Attentive and helpful staff. No lobby to speak of.

Sehr enttäuscht von dieser Buchung. Nach dem ich einen Fehler beim buchen gemacht habe, hab ich während min. 5 Tagen den Fehler zu korrigieren. (Eine zuviel gebuchte Nacht auf total 13 Nächte) systematisch wird nich auf die Chatfunktion des Drittanbieters reagiert, nur sporadisch auf Direktmails an das Hotel und 1 mal hat jemand das Telefon abgenommen. Da heisst es dann man könne nichts mache da Drittanbieterbuchung. Selbstverständlich hat der Drittanbieter auch versucht das Hotel zu kontaktieren, scheinbar auch ohne Erfolg. So verstreucht jegliche Frist, dann vor Ort meint man dann jegliche Frist sei verstrichen man könne nichts machen. Abzocke pur. Systematisch wird eine Korrektur des Fehlers verhindert. Weiter geht es dann selbstverständlich mit einer heruntergewirtschafteten Immobillie die laut und nur notdürftig gepflegt ist. Natürlich ist auch die nicht zu gebrauchende Duschbrause die sich nicht richten lässt vorhanden. Das einzige was ok war, war das Personal beim Frühstück und die Reinigungskräfte.

I could easily walk to Marienplatz and the Residenz and even Karlsplatz. Several metro stops nearby. Restaurant and shop choices very close as well.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage – man kann die Altstadt/Fußgängerzone und den Englischen Garten schnell zu Fuß erreichen. In der Straße selbst und den umliegenden Straßen gibt es viele Restaurants und direkt gegenüber ein super Bäcker. Einzig allein die Parksituation ist schlecht, da das Hotel nur fünf sehr enge Parkplätze hat und drumherum überall Anwohnerparken ist – man muss mit Parkkosten von 30 € pro Tag rechnen. Die Parkgarage liegt nur ca. 500 m vom Hotel entfernt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

This property was a great value for the area. It was walkable to all the major sites. The only drawbacks were thin walls and not super comfortable beds. Loved the coffee machine in the room and the little bakery/coffee shop across the street.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at this property. The breakfast was good and staff made sure all selections were consistently replenished. Front desk and cleaning staff were very nice as well. The check in/out process was smooth. We did arrive before check in and they kept our bags for us and gave a restaurant recommendation while we waited. The rooms are quite small and the furniture in our room was "pleather" and peeling badly. Property is conveniently located about a 12 minute walk from Old Town/Marienplatz nearby the U-station or you can grab a taxi or Uber. If you\'re not too concerned with aesthetics and just need a place to lay your head, I would suggest this property.

Actually had tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, unique for Europe in my experience . It makes for very happy clients! Super friendly, kind and helpful staff. The best unlimited breakfast buffet I’ve seen for 20 years , dozens of food and drink options and all of them delicious good. I scored breakfast for just $1 extra each day. Excellent value for the price point I paid . Bed clean and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighbourhood, with lots of nearby pubs and restaurants. No negatives really .Bravo! I booked through Expedia , to gain extra discounts. Expedia are fantastic for best flight and accom deals
