Grand Hyatt Barcelona

Friendly, helpful staff. Great restaurants on site. Every amenity is available. We loved the montion sensor lighting. One of the nicest, cleanest, best decorated stop we’ve ever stayed in. Did l mention how helpful, courteous, friendly and cheerful the entire staff was? I would give them 6 stars if l could.

I asked the manager to call me- no response! My shower had cold water. My remote had low batteries and did not work correctly. The coffee pot in my room would only squeak out 2 inches of really black coffee when ai pushed the tall cop button. Sess was good at check in but I wanted to talk to the manager about an error in booking and he/she did not respond. I was charged for 3 nights when I only stayed one!!

The property is Amazing. The Hospitality Is Exceptional. My wife & I Loved this stay. Steve

The staff was wonderful. Victor was great and getting us into her room a little bit early after a long transatlantic flight. Sophia was good at making recommendations at local places to eat. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
