The double front design is nice. Great rear yard and pool right out the rear door. Great carport with generous width allocated per vehicle It is on the edge of town, but it’s only a flat 1km walk. It is new and in excellent condition.

Friendly reception. Easy access to room, car is parked under a substantial verandah, protective if a major storm hits. This is a possibility in this area. Room was modern with all amenities available. A little table in the room might have made it easier to eat in the room. Pool was most welcomed as it was a very hot day. no more that 10m from the other door of the room. Highly convenient. Will continue to use this motel as my mid point stay in my many trips to Sydney and back.

Dedicated covered parking for each room, some rooms have EV chargers. Nice modern bathroom. Love the usb wall outlets so I didn't have to use my travel adapter for everything. Rooms are tight but efficient, I could have used a desk to work at instead of a couch by the door.

What a lovely motel! Great spot to stay off the Hume. Love that you can park your car right outside your room, has a little space to sit outside in the sunshine. Rooms clean and spacious, tv even lets you stream from devices! Would definitely stay again.

This is a brand new motel. The furnishings are beautiful and it looks like something out of a magazine. We found the pillows impractical for sleeping and the room still smelled of fresh paint. The rooms open to a central grassed courtyard with a pool. This is a great set up, but currently the freshly laid turf has been over watered and the pool needs a thorough clean as it looks like it has become dirty during the landscaping process. This motel has a lot of potential and I am sure that once the teething issues are sorted out, it will become popular with travellers. One unexpected plus was that the beds were in separate rooms. The shower was excellent with wide shower head and excellent pressure. Parking was easy, the driveway was very wide etc and ample space per room has been provided. This is located close to older motels and is close to the main street etc.

Toll mit dem Auto vor der Türe überdacht zu parken. Bett war sauber. Dusche mit Handbrause. Waschbecken und Dusche sollte besser geputzt werden. Fliegengitter an Fenster und Türen ist perfekt, damit man bei offener Türe mit Frischluft schlafen kann.

The motel is newly built and very clean. The only thing is the room door is not sealed well, and some insects like cricket, mantis or mosquito can get in. Nevertheless, I still highly recommend this motel if you want to stay in the town.

Very secure and comfortable rooms, so spacious and accessible! Furnishings modern and tasteful, little details were thought of like crockery and cutlery. One suggestion would be to put blockout blinds on the opaque glass panels on the doors so people can sleep longer. Another would be to perhaps check the window tracks for dirt and mould as a lot built up on the windows overnight inspite of us having them open a tiny crack. Bathroom was beautiful! Shower was terrific. Thanks

Great new motel for a 1 night stay. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. Pros: * away from Hume fwy and centre of town so minimal noise from traffic * room and furnishings are brand new * toiletries provided for use are excellent * high shower head with excellent pressure Cons: * fair bit of noise from adjoining rooms * entry door needs a blind or curtain across it as a fair bit of light came in overnight from outside (particularly when other rooms had their outside light on) * would have been nice if condiments like butter were provided * room had a strong paint/chemical smell (we left door open as long as possible) * grassed area near pool hasn’t been landscaped, lots of holes and ditches to step into

The reception is unmanned over the weekends. No notification regarding this. The key had to be collected from the Holbrook Hotel from bar staff. The person I dealt with was not customer focused or a problem solver. As a result I advised the staff member that I was not staying over and pushed on to Sydney having just coming up from Geelong. Didn’t get to see the room so I can’t comment on the other criteria. Rather disappointing.

We couldn't check in??!! We were there at 9:30pm, called after hour service serval times and waited for 20 minutes, and there was no answer!! We had to book another place. I haven't seen anything like this before, no one cared in this place. Unfortunately, the rating is 0 out of 5.

My stay at the Holbrook Motel was so comfortable, very clean, great bed, great shower, lovely furnishings, good towels, crockery, cutlery and glasses and a super quiet air-conditioner. My late check in was handled very well. The motel is on the outskirts of town but still walkable to dinner options.

Felt like a relatively new building and so everything worked well and was modern an clean. We liked having the seats outside the room on the sunny side of the building. Reception staff were friendly and told us about the Holbrooke Hotel for meals further into town. It was a lovely venue too and the meals were much better than your average pub experience.

THIS MOTEL WAS FANTASTIC AS IN CHECK IN, COMFORT, CLEAN THROUGHOUT AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEEDED FOR YOUR STAY OVER. A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS $11 EACH BUT WORTH IT. IT WAS A SHORT DRIVE INTO HOLBROOK FOR MEALS. THE HOLBROOK HOTEL MEALS WERE GREAT. THIS MOTEL IS NEW.
