Sercotel Las Torres

La estancia ha sido buena. Los detalles con el perro excelentes. El mayor problema es la distancia al garaje de la Plaza de Los Bandos. Somos mayores y con equipaje, y perro es muy incómodo. El personal atento y servicial

Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage, Zimmer gut, Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet bestens. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Allerdings, wenn man mit Hund reist, muss man pro Tag 20€ zahlen. Das finde ich eindeutig zu viel. Vielleicht auch pro Aufenthalt, wir waren auf der Durchreise und halt nur eine Nacht dort. Beim Hotel gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, in der Nähe gibt es ein Parkhaus, 15€ pro Tag. Salamanca ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert und das Hotel ist weiter zu empfehlen

(Chambre 223) Hôtel convenable mais à 200€ une petite chambre (environ 16 m2) pour 3 personnes franchement c'est un peu cher. Surtout avec de la peinture qui s'effrite dans la salle de bain, la porte de la douche était déboîté ainsi que le joint de la douche qui n'était pas nickel. Sans compter le manque de prise dans la chambre. Un accès en voiture impossible il faut stationner loin de l'hôtel pas facile pour le transport de bagages.

Recepcionista muito atenciosa. Acomodou meus pais em um quarto adaptado com um ótimo banheiro que eles precisavam. Hotel bem localizado no centro.

Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas. La señal de televisión muy deficiente.Ubicacion extraordinaria. Enla web indican que hay parking pero no es verdad, hay que acudir a uno público en las inmediaciones.

Hotel con difícil acceso, sin áreas comunes. Habitación con cama cómoda, más no así la sala de baño. Habitación muy pequeña

Las personas en la recepción muy amables y te ayudaban con las dudas que pudieras tener. Excelente relación costo-beneficio, instalaciones adecuadas para personas con movilidad reducida. Sin dudas lo recomiendo.

Estada maravilhosa. Melhor localização impossível, simplesmente na Plaza Mayor e o quarto que escolhemos tinha a varanda com tal vista, simplesmente incrível. Ótimo buffet de café da manhã, ampla variedade de itens, tudo muito gostoso e de sobra o salão tinha vista para a Plaza. Os meninos da recepção muitos educados e solícitos. Possuem locker para deixar a bagagem após check-out. Quarto amplo, arrejado e a cama muito confortável. Diversas amenidades no banheiro, um mimo a parte.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, gleich neben dem Plaza Mayor. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und das Hotel verfügt über ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet, welches am Wochenende auch länger verfügbar ist (11:30 Uhr) als an vielen anderen Orten. Im Zimmer befindet sich ausserdem eine Minibar mit sehr fairen Preisen. Alles in allem super geeignet um ein paar Tage die Stadt zu erkunden! Das einzige was uns etwas störte, ist, dass das Zimmer auf den Bildern eigentlich grösser aussah und auch das Bett ist eher schmal für zwei Personen. Hinter der Wand in der Dusche wurde ausserdem immer wieder etwas Schmutz herausgespült. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber.

Perfecto todo, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, colchones y almohadas de diez, cero ruido, ubicación inmejorable, desayuno con de todo un poco. Y nuestra perrita ha sido muy bien recibida así que repetiremos!!

Best part of this hotel is the location, can’t get a better location than this, right on plaza Mayor. The hotel is now getting rather worn, tired and in desperate need of a re furb. We have been coming to this hotel for 5 years, staying 2/4 times a year as we are heading south or north. Bed is comfy with clean linen. Bathroom - need of a complete overhaul. Towels were not clean, the shower tray was filthy (grind in dirt) and mould growing up the tiles and along the shower tray. Tv - no English speaking news. Most of the channels had “no signal” - rather noisy from people above and next door. - Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items. BUT the Coffee was luke warm, and the wonderful selection of hot items were dried up and cold. (We had breakfast at 8.30) Not so sure we will carry on coming here. Our room was 122

Mucho polvo en la habitación, puertas de ducha sucias. La tele no funcionaba bien y la puerta del armario estaba rota. Por el espejo del armario se veía dentro del baño desde la cama, que es muy incómodo. Nada de verduras en el desayuno.

Hotel muy céntrico, cómodo y limpio. Las habitaciones pequeñas pero con lo esencial aunque un poco ruidosas.

Good location, friendly staff, small room

The hotel is right next to the gorgeous Plaza Mayor and our room had a direct view over it.

O ar-condicionado não gelava, só esquentava. Tentei de todas as formas e nada, abri a janela, pois foi a única forme de conseguir dormir. Na madrugada subiu um cheiro terrível de querosene, fecha a janela e tira toda à roupa, noite péssima!

20€/dia por el perro pero no te lo dejan claro al llegar y en hoteles.com pone que es por estancia. La habitación 119 tenía los somieres destrozados, las patas se doblaban y las camas se tambaleaban, además la cama de la derecha estaba totalmente hundida en el medio

Habitaciones muy pequeñas y es un hotel que ya necesitaría remodelación . El acceso para llegar si vienes en automóvil es complicado ya que no dejan pasar transporte en la entrada principal.

2人部屋を同じ価格で2部屋取りました。　 片方の部屋にはバスタブがありましがもう片方はシャワーのみでした。 バスタブ付きの部屋はとても狭かったです。 シャワーのみの部屋は値段なりのスペースがありました。 隣室や廊下の音は筒抜けです。 寝るためだけのホテルとしてはマヨール広場に隣接しているので最高です。

Estadia foi muito ruim. O ar-condicionado central do hotel ficou desligado durante todos os dias. O quarto tinha um cheiro de cigarro muito forte. Reclamei na recepção e nada foi feito.

The area surrounding the hotel was great, shops, market and atmostpheres was good. Sadly, the entrance to the hotel was a let down, one wouldve missed it had I not been shown where to go. The lady at reception was cold with no smile on her face did not give us a wifi code and when we were in bed, I called reception to ask and the lady just rattled the wifi code in spanish and I said I cannot understand and she siad that I should come downstiars to get it and hung up n me. I did mention that I was in bed but that did not seem to matter to her.. There is no parking at the hotel, one has to pay for parking at Le Mans Parking. I paid 98 euros for the room without breakfast - that is disgusting to say the least. VERY DISAPPOINTED/

Excellent location, beautiful view of the square from our room. Sound-proofing in room was excellent - quiet in the room, even when it was noisy in the square. Friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely use again if visiting Salamanca.

Great location, front desk staff very helpful and a great breakfast with view of Plaza Mayor

The reception does not know that service dogs arent pets and exempt of fees according to the EU Law. It is illegal to ask extra fee for service animals as they are not considered as pets. But anyway, she didnt seem to understand what a 'service' dog is. And I was too tired. I said Ok, charge away - which was 10 Eur per stay as it is so written on Hotels.com page. But she asked for 20 Eur - saying that is the correct amount and that the hotel is not responsible for Hotels.com website. That is funny, because that amount I am sure did not conjure on its own on Hotels.com. If its wrong, its because the hotel made a mistake. But she didnt seem to understand this either! In the end, I dont know how much I paid, I just gave my credit card because I was too tired to explain anything further and wanted to get into my room. The room was very small. They really should put how big in terms of sq meters in the descriptions like most hotels do! Because if I saw this I wouldnt book this room or maybe this hotel. The photos here give a wrong impression. Also the water pressure in the shower is low. The big heavy shower-heads also doesnt help the case because those handsets are for those showers with strong water pressure. The room was clean. I didnt take breakfast. The location is good next to the Plaza Mayor. But then again, if you are staying in the old town, everywhere is 10 mins walking distance as it is a small town.

This hotel was extra clean and the staff was extremely helpful. There was a small glitch with the AC upon arrival and the staff went over and above to find us another room that was similar to the one we reserved. They monitored the AC and strongly encouraged us to let them know our comfort level in the room. Great breakfast, plenty of food choices. Will definitely return if we are in the area again!

Excellent hotel right in the heart of beautiful Salamanca. You are steps away from the most beautiful Plaza Mayor in the world. In addition, you are a 5-10 minute walk to the Cathedrals and other monuments. The staff is wonderful, the even prepared bags of food on the day we left since we left at 06:00 (before breakfast started). This was our second stay at the hotel and would stay again.

This hotel is just behind the Plaza Major and perfect for visiting Salamanca. Cafes, bars , restaurants are seconds away from front door. Sat Nav has some problems in driving mode as Salamanca has a rather confused layout , but having found the Hotel , reception was warm, friendly and very helpful. All in all fab .

Very central, just off Plaza Mayor but with excellent sound proofing so no noise disturbance. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel was just off of the Plaza Mayor, making it a short walk to many restaurants and shops. The desk staff was kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious. It is in a busy area though so it’s pretty noisy all the time and the walls are very thin so you can hear conversations guests are having in the room next to you.

Hotel is in a great, central location a few mtrs from Plaza Mayor, despite its close proximity it was not noisey during day or night time. Short walking distance to cafes, bars, resaurants, shops etc. Room was a good size, a/c was working well. Buffet breakfast had a good choice of items, sufficient to meet most guests requirements. I was fortunate to be there during Fiesta week and the town was buzzing with activity, including a free concert at night in Plaza Mayor. The only negative comment was that bottled water was available in the room fridge and the 2 bottles were charged for at check out, a bit petty for a class, relatively expensive hotel. In summary, a very good hotel in an excellent location, recommended.

Quarto standard bem pequeno, mas confortável. Ar condicionado apresentou problemas na segunda noite. Localização é espetacular, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã muito bom, vista pra plaza mayor, vale a pena! Recomendo esse hotel.

It was amazing. The location is incredible. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is gorgeous. The diner room offers an incredible view on playa major. The hotel is close ro the cathedral. Take the time to take a walk on the other side of the river. You will get a wonderful view of the cathedral. The price of food and wine are very reasonable.

Hotel molto carino dietro la piazza principale, ottima la colazione.
