Noise from freeway is none stop, room was ok, hotel is dirty, stairwells dirty, elevators are dirty and disgusting, cigarette butt all over stairs, over packed garbage cans, homeless people and gang members all over the property. Brakfast was a joke.

It's an affordable choice during summer, the pool has a good size. Tye rolms are siple but have a good distribution of the space and have microwave and mini fridge.

people were smoking right next to our room and it was non smoking area when I reported to the staff she only said that she was sorry for that. beds were very noisy, small and uncomfortable the room had a terrible smell .

The hotel says Wyndham hotel, so you expect a level of niceties. The bed were soft. The room was clean. The bathroom sink would clog. We told the front desk but nothing was done about it. The property has vagrants everywhere, especially at night. The "continental" breakfast was not what was anticipated. Lacking in variety and options. The pool was ok, there were pool towels outside. The property has signs posted everywhere No Smoking, but the cigarette butts by the signs clearly let you know people do not read. There was ample parking. The tv is a small tv. There was a fridge that needed defrosting. A microwave that was ok, loud though. The comforters had stains on them. The towels were clean. For the price a fair place to stay. I would stay there again more so than a motel 6.

Coffee maker was located in the bathroom very unsanitary. Staircase smelled like urine. Room felt dirty. So much noise at night. Breakfast is basically coffee and waffles with some yogurt. Elevator didn’t work.paid $279 a night definitely not worth the price.

Elevator is accessed outside of the buildings and room key not required for access. Urine smell in the elevator on all days of stay and elevator turned off on the day of checkout, we were on the 3rd floor. The continental breakfast was from a very poor continent, it consisted of coffee, cereal, bagels and toast.

This place was horrible. Mybfamily member found a pipe outside his room. My other family found condoms in their room. My room had roaches. We all checked the bed for bed bugs and found dirty matresses with holes. Music blasted at 2am. This was the worst place i have ever stayed.

The front office was great when I needed batteries and when I noticed we didn't have a fridge. They got us one right away. But the cleanliness was gross. Mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, huge hole next to the toilet that was crappily covered, and in the morning I saw roaches

The hotel is horrible. It was a mess, there are homeless people on the premises, nobody asks them to leave. The trashes are always full, there was a dirty diaper just thrown outside our door, poop was lying all around it. The elevators smell like pee & are filthy. There was a roach in our room. We had a no smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes, there were born marks all over the bathroom. Nobody cleaned for our three night stay. The pool was filthy, you can’t swim in it. Full off leaves, dirt and trash people leave around. The breakfast was not great. They let a man down in the breakfast area with his dogs. The dogs smelled terrible and people were tripping over them. Not service dogs just his pets. The breakfast area is only big enough for about 3 people so this man standing in there with his dog took up the space. At night, people use this hotel as a place to party. A man from the hotel was fixing his Motorcycle right next to our room, revving it until about 1am and after a bunch of people partied around him. I have never stayed at such a disgusting place, we’re the staff did not care what anyone staying on the premises did.

4 days stay requested for housekeeping, after second day, no one show up to clean I was told if I need housekeeping is only by request which I did but got to hotel room the late night it was not clean and not even clean towels. found roaches in the room and bathroom. Not safe for families a lot of homeless around the hotel.

I always stay at this location this was the first time it was DIRTY the room was clean but I went inside to use the restroom and the shower was filthy. There was a roaches scattered in the bathroom and also the room. This morning before we had left house keeping came in even though we made ourselves known!! If we didn’t put the hook on the door she would have walked into me changing.

Our stay was a little disappointing. The second floor hallway leading to our room smelled pretty bad. Then when we walked in our room, there was also a strange smell. Come to find out, our window couldn’t close all the way. There were a couple stains in the bathtub, and the toilet paper roll was used. Other than that, it was fine. The ac worked, the bed was okay, and the front desk staff were nice and professional.

The noise from the freeway was incredibly loud , the room had cheap paper goods, the “repairs” were not painted from the window treatment, the door frame was cracked and looked damaged. Our bath tub drain didn’t drain either.

It was a convenient location with ample parking. Chose a king size bed on reservation but received 2 doubles. The bed frame underneath was tin and made a loud noise when your foot hit it. There was no dresser and the shower didn't drain well and the shower head was very low. It seemed like the room was unfinished.

The ceiling in our room has a hole so you can see sun light coming in. There also was a gap under the door where bugs could walk under. Since the gap was so big under the door you can hear everything outside.

The front desk clerk was great. Her name is Mariah. Knew we had a dog and put us on the ground floor. My only real issue was the room itself. They need to invest and get black out drapes. We had to hang a blanket up on the window to keep from being able to see in and block the light at night and the sun in the morning. There was only this shade that pulled down that was white with a decoration on it. Totally see thru. If you looked in from the outside especially at night with lights on you can see everything. There was no table or chairs to sit at/on. There’s a desk with a chair, but nowhere to really sit and have a meal unless you want to sit a foot away from the tv screen. My fridge was wobbly and it froze everything, could not find the temperature gauge. The bathtub is slippery and hand rails would be nice to get in and out. There was no carpet but laminate flooring, but whomever installed it did a poor job and the door to the room was hard to open hard to close, looked like someone may have kicked it in and we feel like the room could have been flooded at one time. The grounds could use some help. Maybe a good power wash on the sidewalks and the landscaping was minimal. Lots of dog droppings. I love the fact you can have your dog without a hassle, and dog owners need to do better but the grounds keepers need to keep up on that.

Room cost matched the experience. This is a one night stop if you are looking for a rest stop during a trip. Location is next to thw 78 hwy, this is just a step above a cheap motel stay. You can hear everything outsode your room to invlude the non stop hwy traffic, all night. Earplugs recommended, the linens were clean, but if you have sensitive skin you will feel the rough cheap material on all the linens.

We booked through a third party and we were contacted by an employee on-site telling us that there was no availability which we understood however the employee was extremely rude and did not seem to care that your hotel could not accommodate our stay; simply stated; I can’t help you and you will be refunded des and ended our call.

The first room they gave us was not clean, and the staff had an attitude when I went down to let them know. It took a while for them to find another room for us, and no one ever apologized for the inconvenience. The pictures online definitely do not match what you see when you arrive at the property.

We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not like is that there is never a person at the front desk. To check in we have to wait almost 20 minutes before a lady show up and at check out waited almost 15 minutes and left because no one ever showed up. La Quinta you have to hire more people,no one available to check people in or out it is unacceptable.

Every time I called the front desk from my room no one answered, cleaning staff does not automatically come to your room every morning to clean, you have to ask for it the night before which I wasn’t told until I realized my room didn’t get cleaned the next day, there was a dude on drugs or mentally unstable that circled the property walking all day/ night talking to himself, he looked homeless and made it very uncomfortable and a unsafe feeling when walking out your room. I would recommend paying a little more to stay somewhere else, I wish I did.

This used to be a LaQuinta, since it changed it's name, so did it's clientele. Not for the better, it's actually seedy. Have stayed here many years, but I fear for the worst. No security and have already had fuel stolen out of my vehicle.

Please invest in another waffle maker. Guests should not have to wait 30 minutes for a waffle. Please offer a protein option instead of just carbs. Rooms were nice

Continental breakfast essentially cold cereal and toast. Yogurt once in awhile. No juice. Room very basic, no extra chair for a room set up for up to 4 people. No dresser for clothes. No mirror in room (only in bathroom) so more then one person could get ready at a time. Fride broken, took 2 days to get it fixed.
