Selected this hotel for due to hot tub, kitchen, and claimed to sleep four people. Room was clean. Kitchen was stocked. Lots of wasted space imo. Hot tub was not working and room definitely does NOT sleep 4 people. Sofa bed was twin or smaller and extremely uncomfortable. Walls are thin. Would advise selecting a top floor so you don't hear people walking above you. Free parking, location, and breakfast was nice.

The property is okay, needs an update. Bathroom needs deep clean. The parking is limited but I like that it has electric charger. The staff are great and the breakfast is really good, theres alot of option and i like that they make hotchocolate and smoothies too.

Warm baked cookies every day and smoothies for breakfast. One of the best breakfast offerings, pleasant, helpful staff working throughout the hotel. In the gym, the TV needs to place in front of the treadmills, not behind them. You can't view it while working out.

Michelle was nice at the front desk as well as breakfast attendants (wishing there were some options for those who don’t eat pork). Housekeeping could use a bit of work to understand the difference between full service and refresh. One lady came in, didn’t do dishes, clean trash can out, or mop like the first housekeeper we had. It’s unfair to have one working harder than the other and would advise going over the standards with entire team. Other than that, hot tub was perfect, rooms were a good size, lots of eateries nearby and trail around back made for a great hike.

Ive stayed at this hotel a couple times. I really like it. Free hot breakfast saves us lots of money for my family. Coffee is ready super super early for us early risers, well before breakfast is out. And its good too! Pool is clean and heated, also a hot tub. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Laundry open 24 hours. Theres a little store at the front to grab snacks, drinks, microwave food, ice cream....convenient when you dont want to go anywhere. Its also dog friendly, 2 dogs allowed for 100 per stay. Staff is friendly. Free electric/tesla charging station in parkimg lot. Will return.

I enjoyed my stay here, the staff was very friendly! Showers were awesome and comfortable and it was very clean. Only downside was I stayed on the second floor and whoever was staying above me sounded like a bird of elephants at 6 AM. If you stay here, I would recommend staying on the third floor, you run into those issues Parking could be a little challenging but manageable. I highly recommend this location and hotel.

I have been coming to this hotel for years, they are under new management and I will never stay here again! One of the reasons I loved it was because it’s pet friendly , well now they charge an additional $150 for a pet as well as charging $5/day for parking which was not disclosed during booking or check in. The manager on duty was rude (I didn’t catch his name) and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’m a long time customer of this location but not anymore! Highly disappointed in this experience.

Loved the convenient, free parking and local restaurant options within walking distance. Breakfast options were great and never ran out - loved the scrambled eggs! Room was comfortable/clean. Didn't like the smaller TV and location on wall to the side just outside of bathroom. Please upgrade quality of the tissues and toilet paper - so rough and cheap. Would love lotion and bigger soap amenities provided in bathroom. Fitness room leaves a lot to be desired as far as machines/equipment/air flow/mats/towels.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room from day one. We told the front desk and they sent someone in to spray the room. As we were getting ready to check out, we looked around to make sure we didn't leave anything behind and when we looked under the bed, we found a dirty diaper (we don't have any children). Horrible. Management should have offered us a discount or something to make up for this unpleasant room. I will say on the positive that the breakfast offering was very nice!

Room was cleaner last year. The corners and spots that neded deep cleaning were. not done. Water pressure was low. Staff was friendly. Street person who had many loud conversations with herself wandered in during breakfast and no one escorted her out. Will look for a new place next time I visit.

The people were all wonderful, and the room was cozy, but a little outdated. The bathtub shower thing definitely needs some updating, as does the mini tv. We've stayed at many hotels, and this one is the only one that had such a small tv! But all the dining options (plus Starbucks!) being in the same lot is super awesome. There were so many good options in the same lot. So yeah, if you don't mind things being a little outdated, it's a nice place, with a pretty good breakfast selection too.

Horrible WiFi. Sofa was broken and had zero padding on the back, almost knocked the wind out of me when I sat down and hit my back on a wooden back. The ottoman was slanted therefore problem broken too.

The staff during the morning and afternoon were great, respectful, and efficient when I need something for the room ( e.g Toilet paper). There was a man that works at night who was also nice but very nosy. He wouldn’t stop asking personal questions about my last name and where I come from and pointing out that we stay longer than what they’re use to . I didn’t answer because i just feel like those are personal questions and I wasn’t comfortable giving him any further information about my life. Other than that , everyone else was awesome and helpful . Thank you and will definitely visit soon .

Customer service was outstanding. They were very pleasant everyday asking how our day is and if we needed something they got it for us. Breakfast was great. Entire facilities was well taken care of. We would stay there again.

The staff here are top notch! We never had a bad interaction and every staff member went above and beyond. Andrea, the operations manager was particularly amazing. She gave my little girl popcorn and some treats and a toy and my girl was gushing about it and still is! Breakfast is unreal, so many options and so well done! We also loved the happy hour they had! Thank you to the amazing staff!!!

It was a great place for family, clean and rooms were great, full kitchen helped with family. Breakfast offered a variety of choices. Kids loved it, few minutes drive from legoland and overall a quiet place.

The rooms were very well laid out and comfortable. The breakfast was frozen food heated up. The fresh parts were the bread waffles some fruit. Very excellent oatmeal which I love. Coffee good. It was well stocked and clean.

I booked this because it was pet friendly. They charge $100.00 non-refundable for the pet. I was surprised and may have missed it when booking. My dog is handicapped and was never on the floor or loose in the room but no wiggle room with the fee. The breakfast ended at 9:30, I arrived at 9:25 not expecting much but it was fine. The only negative was the service person angry and complaining about having to make coffee when breakfast was almost over. She made the coffee but continued to grumble about it and her upcoming break.
