Room was clean and staff were helpful. Only thing that let it down for me was the parking was said to be secure but actually it was not enclosed or gated. So access was available to anyone. Parking up a loaded trailer was therefore a little worrying!

We did not know we had to pay for the use of the pool, as we had booked Budget, this was very disappointing as we thought it was included in the price of the room, budget we just assumed was a much smaller more sparce room. But no this was not the case I looked on my booking and the Hotel.com page I booked it through and could not see anywhere where it tells you that, the lady on the desk said it is quite a bit further down, but it is there, that is not good enough, this should be more transparent. I have now cancelled 2 rooms that I booked for end of August and found a better deal elsewhere with a pool included. Ibis sort it out!!
