Hotel under construction- but they over free breakfast for 2 days for the noise- that was nice - location is unbeatable

Unfortunately, the renovation disruptions made this a less than ideal stay. To be fair we were told about the disruption but it was more of an inconvenience than we thought it would be. Also we should have had a higher level room with a view as we did pay extra for a premium executive room

Good hotel, spacious rooms but a little outdated We weren’t able to find the spa or tennis courts but made use of pool which was small but never busy. Breakfast had good variety however it got busy and not enough coffee machines.

They are still renovating so the lobby looks amazing. But the room was very old and outdated. Staff was friendly. But some of them are more eager to work then others (some of them are greeting you in the lobby or opening the door for you, others ignore you or are calling privately). Compliments for the young men who cleans the room. I think he is a very proactive and kind, How he leaves the room. Close by metro, hotspots and food places. Only real down point is only sun at the pool between 12 and 4 pm.

On arrival it looked promising, nice entrance, however no one greeted us as the taxi arrived, or helped with unloading luggage. Huge foyer, but an absolute waste of space, having no comfy sofas/coffee tables to relax or meet people or colleagues! Checked in, given key card & directions- no one offered to assist with luggage at all, not what you expect. Room on 18th floor was dull & very dated, so we asked to move. 17th floor at front was much lighter but still very dated with black furniture and a desk fixed to the floor in the the only walkable space. Bathroom was awful. Enter through kitchen cupboard type double doors, offering zero privacy to a fairly spacious but badly designed use of space. Tiny triangle shape shower with fixed head that you could barely turn round in, never mind actually wash. Terrible lighting for ladies wishing ti make-up or do hair. Beds were very comfy, but also very high, and the lady that cleaned the room was very pleasant & professional. Breakfast was very mediocre, resembling a school dining room, with little choice of food and the cheapest sliced bread. The only saviour was the lovely older chef who made delicious fluffy omelettes on request, and was very helpful. Other staff were inexperienced and clearly not up to standard. The club lounge had no atmosphere. The best part was the lovely pool, which seemed to be fairly new & a nice place to relax at the end of the day, but we never saw the pool bar tended or open at all?

Due to construction, the property is in haphazard condition and the service was sketchy at best. Everyone on property seemed disoriented.

Amara was superb. It had a great pool and a very good gym. I'd also like to personally thank Keith. I left an item of property in my room and Keith took trouble to track it down and get it back to me safely. This is a nice, friendly hotel which I would love to come back to.

Really satisfied with this stay. The area is lively and walkable to the metro, many restaurants, cafes, and hawker centers. The hotel room is spacious, clean and zen. Shower pressure is remarkable and the toilet has its own room, which is nice. If there’s a downside the lobby is part of a bar/cafe and many tables were marked as “Reserved” so you’re not sure if you’re allowed to sit in them. it feels like it’s available to the public and not exclusive to hotel guests. The gym is also minimal but adequate to get some workout in. Overall highly recommended for the price point as well. The rooms

Really tired hotel. Was probably the place to be 15 years ago. Worst part was the pool, really looked forward a relaxing time during the hours of day when temperatures were hot, however 3 building sites right next to hotel with constant drilling making it impossible to relax without head phones or earplugs in. Thank god room was quiet. I appreciate it’s not the hotels fault for the building sites next to it but as a costumer it’s disappointing to not have a relaxing time by the pool when you’ve flown nearly 14h to get there.

整體不太好，廁所柜爛，廁所洗手盤好多污跡，入房有陣味道，全部嘢感覺好殘舊

地點方便 飯店對面有很多小吃 也有超市 客房偏老舊 浴室洗手台 有發霉 感覺不好

Bellissima struttura appena ristrutturata, personale gentilissimo e pulizia accurata. Posizione comodissima vicino metro.

Good hygiene

The staff was amazing and helpful right from the start there was good food options. They helped with luggage and all out questions were answered Rooms clean and spacious and great for families I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Good location and room was cleaned well.

This place is very tired, the moment you get out of the elevator the smell is overwhelming, it smells of mould and dust. But the breakfast was great and the staff very helpful.

We stayed at a 2 bed apartment for 3 nights, the hotel is a little dated and tired. The very clean either. Isn’t the best value for money, could have pay slightly more and stay at Marine Bay instead. The only positive of this hotel is its location.

the staff were great, but the room is flawed. i stayed in a premium executive room 1412 . I have stayed before, but this room had some issues. It's a big room, but has annoying problems (for the price). The water is generally highly erratic.... the basin is alwaysn cold... The shower is quite cold at certain times of the day, then really hot at other times of the day. The stupid "pretty but useless " shower tap, fell apart, but is quite erratic in its use, and doesn't seem to do much... not change cold water to hot, nor hot water to cold. Even when standing under it, the temperatuyr changes by 5 degrees for 5 seconds, then suddenly returns. Quite spontaneous and without warning. It's weird and annoying. Close to dangerous when it suddenly gets hot... The bed in this room is like a concrete slab... OK for China, but noone else. Silly pillows where one is too little but two is too much. The aircond is also highly erratic. hot/cold... and the controls are weird and non-intuitive. This was enough to make me pick the Oasia next week when I return and in the future. Their club rooms are same price and WAY bettter.

Booked a double but was given a twin. If the double is not available then why allow guests to book it? Single bed is squeaky.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The breakfast buffet is flawless. The neighborhood is the best in Sing. The staff are so attentive and friendly.

Terrible check-in experience which took 20 mins. Seemingly no rooms available at 1945 of the calibre booked (and pre-paid). Very reluctantly upgraded but only after refusing to split my stay across 2 rooms

Flexible with early check-in. Friendly staff. I was not in the renovated part of the hotel (I believe), which I had hoped but the room was spacious and had the needed features for a business hotel. Breakfast timing is important as the hotel also has a number of tourists staying

Located at a strategic location that’s highly accessible by mrt, bus. Walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and bars below! Special shout-out to the team — Sunny, Yamon & Siti! Absolutely the sweetest.

I really like the staff at this hotel, from the lobby to the bellboy. All staff have a passion for service, friendly, polite. Assist in any request I'm impressed with this hotel. And I will definitely go back to stay again. There is a location. There is a shopping mall in the hotel, a lot of food, like, love, impress

Would have given a better review if it hadn't been for the mix up. Distinctively remember paying for the breakfast buffet when I booked my stay; but as we got to the hotel they couldn't find our breakfast booking in their system - - hence it was forfeited. Horribly unfair on our part. Money wasted. We also put in a request for 2 single beds but as we got to our room there was only one large bed in its center. Had to go down to the lobby once more and they gave us another room. In this new room the safe to hold valuables wasn't working. Regardless to say, it was pretty disappointing with all these little things going wrong, not to mention all the wear and tear of the room adding to the overall disappointment.

Stayed here for the third or fourth time. Despite the renovations ongoing, it was quite seem less and easy. I barely knew there was work ongoing. I arrived early but they found me a room and I was able to check in early.

便利な場所、チャイナタウン至近、歩いていけるがバスなら2区間、ホテル向かい側がバス停。ホッカー多数、amoy street(ビールなし、平日のみ、マレー系もあり、旨い店多い),maxwell,chinatown complex(ビールあり、日曜日open) ホテルは流石に部屋は古い、スタッフはフロントも朝食も愛想はないが、接客マナーもないが、無駄口言わずサバサバしてるので気にしなければ楽。

Best location connected with public transport. Nice place and service was authentic. I would recommend this place

Amara is centrally placed and at a convenient location to many eat outs and not too far from site seeing places

Not in the centre of town, but I like the mix of local and modern atmosphere

空港からは車で20分ほど、最寄りの駅はタンジョンパガーで徒歩５分圏内でアクセスが良かった。ホテルから歩いてすぐのホーカーセンターが美味しかったです。周りにコンビニやスーパー、飲食店も多く利便性が良かった。

The hotel boasts a convenient location, nestled just a short stroll from a variety of restaurants and in close proximity to Chinatown. The staff are notable for their attentiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness. Our stay was generally enjoyable as a family. However, the breakfast buffet could benefit from a wider variety, as it tends to become monotonous. Additionally, the pool area could use some modernization.
