Such an iconic building, a post office that was repurposed into a stunning hotel with a great view across the harbor, we also utilized the sister properties rooftop pool for a relaxing time and meals. The Buffett was incredible, with so many options. The staff was helpful and friendly

Absolutely loved this hotel. Service second to none. Nothing too much trouble for the staff. It feels luxury but very comfortable - rooms super well appointed with a large, very comfortable bed. Convenient location for all central sights. Pool area is nice and well maintained with regular refreshment service provided. You're staying in a piece of Singapore history which makes it extra special.

Beautiful historic hotel with very comfortable rooms and fabulous facilities. Lovely quiet lounges, great bar and gym. Love the location and being able to have access to the Fullerton by the Bay Hotel. The breakfast isn't cheap but the best hotel breakfast I have ever enjoyed. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Singapore.

This hotel is a Singapore Icon and the team should be commended for taking such great care of it. We couldn’t have been happier with the room, hotel facilities and dining options available. What Fullerton has created is so much more than a hotel but a destination. With the hotel itself, Fullerton One, Bay Hotel and Clifford Pier.

良かった点・高級感があり、贅沢な作りのホテル。・朝食が美味しい。・日本人スタッフがいる。・MRTの駅から近く、交通の便が良い。・100ドル分のダイニングクーポンが付いており、実質無料でルームダイニングを利用できた。悪かった点・シャワーから水しか出なかった。そのことをメモに書き置きして出かけたが、帰ってきたらメモがそのまま置かれていて何の対応も無かった。・冷蔵庫が全く冷えていなかった。・部屋にゴキブリが出た。・豪華なホテルだが、設備が古くなっているため上記のようなことが散見されたと思われる。リノベーションした方が良い。また、ホスピタリティは全体的には悪くなかったが、メモが放置されたのは残念だった。

Wie immer war das Personal perfect. Speziell das Service am Pool war diesmal überraschend und hervorzuheben. Das einzige "negtive" war, dass die Fenster zum Innenhof unseres Zimmer nicht ganz sauber waren. (wobei ich mir gar nicht vorstellen kann wie und ob diese zu putzen sind.) Das Zimmer war herrlich ruhig. Obwohl mir im Vergleich zu den letzten Jahren ein paar Sachen beim Frühstück abgegangen sind, ist das Frühstück immer noch sehr gut. (z.B. nur noch wenige standard Käse Sorten. keine Weichkäse mehr, Maki gibt es keine mehr, ...)

Beautiful externally and a real landmark convient place to stay. Although we were given an upgrade and the room was huge with great views, the room itself was dated and tired. Mould in pictures in room and running along corridor. I know as Singapore is a humid place this can be an unavoidable but consideration for some dehumidifier in corridors that can’t be ventilated may be an idea especially for people with asthma. Paint peeling in some areas and bubbling and room fittings not updated in many years as they even had a labelled DVD drawer. I know they are slowly updating rooms but if so maybe don’t charge as much for these older tired rooms. The areas around the pool also need attention. Broken tiles and stained outside cushions. Staff overall very friendly and good until the last day when the door man was slamming our luggage in taxi so hard and aggressively to make it fit which was unbelievable. I was amazed nothing broke. The only reason I didn't say anything at the time was as I was worried the taxi driver was going to complain. Overall a pleasant 2 day stay in an old world landmark hotel but until guaranteed an upgraded room I wouldn’t be keen to stay there again.

Hi there, we loved our stay at the Fullerton as the location and the history of the hotel are amazing. I will say though one of the rooms we had did have a really strong smell of damp that was overpowering and something for you to be aware of.

We booked two heritage rooms, as marina views weren’t important for our one-night stay. That said, the rooms weren’t quite what we expected. One had a small balcony enclosed by 9 foot walls, and the other had a large concrete bar across the window, leaving only a 30cm strip of view at ankle level. This meant there was little natural outlook, which was disappointing. The rooms also felt a little tired, and a couple of the plugs weren’t working properly. Overall, our stay didn’t quite match our expectations. Had we known the heritage rooms had such limited views, we would have happily paid more for a room with a window!

Convenient location, could occasionally be noisy from outdoor activity and we did not like the walled balcony situation on 5th floor room (We should have paid for the upgrade to a higher floor). Lovely service, liked the historical aspect of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was extensive. We enjoyed Dim Sum at Jade which was an excellent value IMO. This is a very traditional hotel and the furnishings, while nice, felt maybe just a little bit dated/tired. Overall a very nice experience and I’d certainly stay there again and would absolutely chose this area over the Orchard Road area. My spouse thought it was fantastic.

Absolutely love it. From the room to the amenities and services, everything was superb. The room was great and clean and comfy. Service rendered was top notch. There was even evening service where the staff will ask if you required any amenities. I had in room dining where the food were great and inexpensive for the quality and portion. If possible, I would give it a 6 stars.

My husband and I had an amazing time staying at the Fullerton! Their staff member Christine Loong, was absolutely phenomenal. She ensured our check in was smooth and was able to provide us with so much assistance for our baby. She made our stay a million times better! Definitely recommend staying here and will be coming back for future visits!

フロントスタッフ、レストランスタッフ、カフェスタッフの連携が取れていない朝早く着いて荷物を預かっていただきまだお部屋の用意ができていないから出来次第メールでお知らせしますねと言っていただきプールに付属の更衣室でシャワーが浴びれるのでそこを使ってとプールに行くためのカードもいただきましたさすがフラトン素敵と思いきや更衣室のロッカーが開かないカードエラーかとカード交換してもらうも今度は更衣室に行くための扉が開かないフライトと移動とでクタクタでもうシャワーに行く気力も無くなりましたが憧れのアフタヌーンティーを朝着いた時に予約してあったのでそれを楽しみに待っていました 12時と15時のスタートがあるので選んでと言われ、12時〜のを予約 12時ちょっと前に行くと今日は14時30分〜ですよとえ？予約の時はレストランの入り口にいたスタッフさんが紙に 12時〜と15時〜と書いてどちらが良いですか？と聞かれたので 12時のところに私が◯をして自分の名前も書きましたなので聞き違いでは絶対無いです 12時からアフタヌーンティーのつもりだったので昼ごはんは食べずにいたのでお腹ぺこぺこあと２時間半後に食べるのわかってるのでランチもできずせめて早くお部屋に入れてと頼むもスタッフを急かせたけど、早くなるかはわからないとこの時点で13時過ぎ疲れてロビーでうたた寝をしながら待っていたところ寝ぼけ眼で時計を見間違えて 13時45分頃遅刻した！と勘違いしてアフタヌーンティーの受付まで行きロビーを離れましたその後アフタヌーンティーを済ませたのが 15時頃お部屋の用意ができたメールも届かず声掛けももちろんなく再度フロントに行くと何かありました？くらいな態度引き継ぎって無いんですかね？名前もパスポートもアフタヌーンティーの予約の事も全てフロントに伝えてあるんだから先程は失礼しましたの一言あっても良いと思うんですよ格式高いホテルなのにほんとにガッカリですシンガポールにはホスピタリティって言葉無いんですかね？

部屋代に朝食が含まれていると聞いてレストランに行くと、今度は朝食はついていないと言われる。確認をしますと言ったウェイターはそのままいなくなる。部屋代に含まれていると言われたクリーニング代が請求される。部屋代に含まれていると言われた部屋のミネラルウォーターは含まれていない事が後に判明する。バーではコップを倒されて、ビールをかけられる。ウェイクアップコールの日にちを間違えて、違う日の朝の3時にたたき起こされる。当日のウェイクアップコールは忘れられ、かかってこない。謝罪のクッキーかチョコレートを送りますと言われたが、送られてこない。ここのスタッフは不正確な情報を宿泊客に渡し、不正な請求をし、やるといった事は全て忘れる。部屋は綺麗で場所は便利ですが、安全ではないホテルです。 When I went to the restaurant after being told that breakfast was included in the room rate, I was then told that breakfast was not included. The waiter, who said they would check, never returned. I was charged for laundry, even though I was told it was included in the room rate. It later became clear that the mineral water in the room, which I was told was included in the room rate, was actually not included. At the bar, my friend's glass was knocked over by the waiter, and my friend got beer spilled on him. The wake-up call was scheduled for the wrong day, and I was woken up at 3 a.m. on the wrong morning. On the actual day, the wake-up call was forgotten, and it never came. I was told they would send an apology gift in the form of cookies or chocolates, but nothing was ever delivered. The staff here provides guests with inaccurate information, makes incorrect charges, and forgets to do everything they promise. The room is clean, and the location is convenient, but this hotel is not safe.

This is a lovely hotel in a terrific location. Our room was large, comfortable and quiet. You can easily walk to lots of places and there is an mrt stop nearby. The hotel has a very interesting history. Our only complaint is that check in took a very long time; hopefully this was just because of the time of day (4pm).

Beautiful hotel and right in the center of the bay area across the water from the Marina Bay Sands! The underground walkway to get from the hotel to the water was lovely as it had AC! We’ll be staying here again next time we visit Singapore! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Fullerton Hotel is perfectly located near Merlion sculpture and Marina Bay Sands. Many other sights/eateries are in walking distance as well. The hotel is old world fabulous. It initially comes off as grand and pompous but quickly begins to feel comfortably “at home”. You can feel the staff truly want you to have an exceptional experience at their hotel. Staff is knowledgeable of all things Fullerton and Singapore. The Fullerton properties and staff exceeded all my expectations. I really love the underground entrance to the hotel from the Fullerton Bay hotel. The same grand decor continues in the tunnel…escalators and moving sidewalks all the way. They offer the best fitness center I’ve seen in a hotel. State of the art equipment for most workouts. I took advantage of the $200 (dining credit) “Taste the Good Life” package which includes a Premier Courtyard room. The room actually overlooked the dining area adjacent to the lobby. Not sure if that area is considered the courtyard but I loved how quiet the room was day and night. The dining credit can be used for food and drinks at a few restaurants within and outside the Fullerton Hotel. The rooftop bars at both Fullerton and Fullerton Bay are excellent for cocktails while overlooking the bay. Taxis and Grab were always available with little or no waiting. The only thing I would change is the check-in time of 3:00 pm. One or two o’clock is a better time. I highly recommend staying at the Fullerton Hotel. Five plus stars!

The Fullerton is a beautiful hotel. We loved everything about it. We didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment on that but had an evening meal in the Town restaurant and it was delicious!

I got really sick(severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea)with room service food and I was trying to tell them for them to be aware so no one else will get sick but they just brush off my concern. We also tried their buffet and I wasn't impressed especially for the price they charge.

The hotel is very grand in a traditional way and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Service was always friendly and helpful. We arrived at 8.30am so paid for an early check in, as we had straits club access we had a lovely breakfast and a glass of champagne. The Straits Club serves a champagne breakfast, extensive afternoon tea and cocktails and an extensive light meal in the evenings. We have stayed at many hotels all over Singapore, The Fullerton is hard to beat for location and traditional Singapore style.

The Fullerton hotel is exceptional. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are immaculate and kept clean and well stocked with all you need. The level of service from everyone is at the highest level. The breakfast buffet has something for all tastes and everything was delicious. This was our second visit and we will return again.

Excellent hotel. Best buffet breakfast you could ever imagine. Beautiful room. Only thing did not like..they take your bags before checking in. You will then get to your room and have to wait, for who knows how long, to be able to get your luggage. Very inconveniente when you are needing your luggage for a change of clothes, shower,etc
