The gym is old and tired, with equipment out of service or items missing. The rooms are jaded and quite damp. The breakfast set up is poor, with the self service area feeling chaotic even at the ‘quieter’ times, due to its squashed layout. The Holiday Inn Express nearby in Robertson Quay much fresher feeling.

The onsite laundromat was a plus and easy access to the MRT and hawker stalls. The air con was too cold and kept having to turn it off. Liked not changing the towels everyday for the environment but didn't realize that this also meant no housekeeping of the room.

Skal helt sikkert bo der igen ved næste tur til Singapore, med deres generelle gode services både i receptionen samt Atrium Baren osv.

The food served during breakfast is fantastic. The daily changes in the food gives travelers great options when you have extended stays. Laundry room is a huge plus. Pool facilities are great. Connection to the MRT is also a huge benefit. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Singapore.

Tadelloses, rundum sehr gutes Hotel mit einem reellen und sauberen Dreibettzimmer. Wir konnten prima schlafen. Zimmer hat alles Wesentliche und ist guter Hotelstandard. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, lässt sich aber nur in groben Stufen einstellen. Zimmerservice ist gut und kommt auch später am Tag, wenn man vorerst nicht gestört werden möchte. Toilettenpapier vorhanden, wird bei Bedarf auch zügig gebracht. Duschen tut man in der Badewanne, was ich persönlich nicht so schick finde, aber nicht schlimm. Wasserdruck und Wärme kein Thema. Ansprechende Lobby und Fahrstühle. Guter Pool mit Badelaken. Das Frühstück ist top und super organisiert! Lecker und vielfältig, inkl. Eier frisch nach Wunsch, Müsli, Aufschnitt, sogar Räucherlachs. Freundlich-höfliches, bemühtes Personal. Die Lage fanden wir super, denn die U-Bahn-Station ist quasi gleich hinter dem Hotel, und fährt die meisten wichtigen Touristengebiete an. Und wo die U-Bahn nicht direkt ohne Umsteigen hinfährt, gibt es eine Buslinie, die das tut (Buslinien gibt es auch diverse ums Hotel verteilt). Ein (schlechtes) Einkaufszentrum ist direkt angeschlossen mit Minimarkts. Wir würden hier erneut buchen!

Excellent location, right next door to Havelock MRT station and a 5 minute walk to Robertson Quay for great bars and restaurants. SG Atrium is one of the few motels that offer family size accommodation with multiple beds. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and the atrium bar is a wonderfully inviting place to enjoy cocktails and bar snacks. The rooms lack some bright lighting but the city views are lovely. Also don’t forget the Great World shopping centre about 10 minutes walk up Kim Seng road, which offers great restaurants and multi-level shopping. We’ve stayed here twice now on our trips to Singapore and love it.

Very comfortable stay. A great view from my room. Saw the sunsets. Good bed, good shower. However, the room could do with brighter lighting. The wi-fi could be improved. Depending on the site, the wi-fi tended to be slow. Great swimming pool; long enough to swim laps.

Business trip prepaid for 10 nights in the Holiday Inn Atrium. On the first day there was a couple of issues, which the duty manager sorted out quickly to my satisfaction. After that everything was going well, Hotel was good value for money and the staff could not be more helpful, remembering my name and little nice things like that. On my second last night coming out of the bar i was confronted by a very large Cockroach in the lobby! which i took a couple of photos off. First time for a cockroach in Singapore! On check out i mentioned the aforementioned insect and although it was noted but no one seemed surprised.... I will stay again.

While the staff was exceptionally kind and attentive to our concerns, unfortunately, the humidity and musty smell in our room made our stay a disappointment. We truly believe we would have had a great experience if it weren't for the persistent odor. We also shared our health concerns in hopes that future guests won't face the same issue.

Thank you for the front office staff who has kindly assisted to upgrade it to Executive room for early check in and late check out! However, the stay this time as not as comfortable as compared to the previous one. The pillows were too soft causing my neck rest uneasy and has difficulty in sleeping. The TV set sound is too soft even at maximum volume level and the water of shower head is not strong enough. Hope these area could be improved for a enhanced stay experience the next time. Thank you for your attention and assistance!

We travelled as a family with a young child, and the experience was absolutely disappointing for several reasons: Terrible service at breakfast: The chef's behaviour was shockingly rude and biased. Despite raising a complaint, no corrective action was taken. Chaotic breakfast environment: It was consistently overcrowded, clearly understaffed, and no one seemed to be in control of the situation. Outdated facilities: Many areas felt neglected and in need of refurbishment. Lack of basic amenities: Not enough towels were provided in the room, and repeated requests were ignored. Empty promises from reception: We were assured that reward points would be added due to the inconvenience caused, but nothing ever came through. Overall, the lack of care and poor management made this an unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel for family travel.

Been coming to this hotel for years and years. Latest visit was very poor. Check in was the main issue. Three people on and taking forever. After a 13 hour flight, the last thing you want is a 30 minute wait to check in. I don’t know what was going on, it was at a snail’s pace. When I finally checked in the person behind the desk wouldn’t even look at me! Rooms are now looking tired and the smell of general mustiness around the hotel is increasing.

Every time I stay here the level of service drops! The service at the front desk is woeful. We arrived at check in and there was a single trainee (no badge or HI shirt…) who was utterly clueless - wouldn’t look at us, or answer a question directly. Poor social skills are one thing…but abandoning this poor chap alone was disgraceful and there’s no justification for it. Eventually a very stroppy ‘supervisor’ came out to sort out the mess. Room requests were ignored and she allocated a terrible room (regular stays allow us to know rooms to avoid). When I told her the room was unacceptable she rolled her eyes and miraculously found a better room. We stay here one/two times a year as the location is perfect. Frankly, it might be time for a change…am not sure how many more times I want to ‘go into battle’ after a thirteen hour flight!

1. the room service - the male housekeeper was great. He noticed 3 guests in our room any automatically added 1 extra set of towel & coffee mug for us. 2. Front desk - FD can't help me mailing a post card. I was asked to mail it in a postoffice instead which is a bit disappointed.

With this hotel, the outstanding feature was the staff at reception, maintenence and especially on the main entry, helping us with luggage and taxis. The lobby bar staff were all friendly and attentive. I personally did not like the self serve breakfast. Too hectic and noisy.

The hotel is almost directly connected to the subway station, so even during a sudden downpour, I was able to reach the hotel from the station without getting wet. The location is excellent. Also, the convenience store attached to the hotel stayed open late at night, which was very handy.

I think overall the hotel is located at a very convenient place, clean and quiet. The only thing I am not very happy about is the breakfast, a lot of the supposedly hot dishes are not hot, they are not maintained at proper temperature.

Fantastic hotel to explore Singapore from. Great quality dining options for both breakfast and dinner, with a wide range of cuisines available. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The use of a self service laundry in the hotel saves weight in suitcases. Nice pools to relax in during the evening. The views in the foyer of the elevators looks like it's from a science fiction film. Super easy, covered, access to Havelock MRT, we could use Google pay (using physical UK bank cards themselves didn't work, but fine via Google pay) to tap in and out. Had to get an EZ link card (from any 7 eleven store) for our daughter (as she's over 7 years old), and these need to be topped up using cash via a self service machine at the station as necessary. Location is great, walked to Clarke Quay, got taxis to the zoos, bus to Sentosa (#123) and used MRT for everything else. Will certainly use this hotel again when next in Singapore.
