Upon check in they didn't tell me that their gym was being renovated. It was not until after I checked in that I found out that the temporary gym was in a conference room. They did give me a free taxi ride to the airport to accommodate for the inconvinence. However, they should have done more since the temp gym was sub par for a 5 star hotel. Also, when I was looking at the pictures on expedia prior to booking there was one particular picture that made me select this hotel. It was the picture of Marina Bay Sands from the lounge area but to my dismay that picture is from their Pacific Lounge on 38th flr. The Pacific Lounge is accessible only if you pay extra which is not cheap. This was very decieving amd they need to add a note to their hotel on expedia since they use that picture in their advertisement. Clearly false advertisiting! So be aware. Would I go there again, NO! There are so many other options in Singapore that are much better!

The hotel is clean, cozy and convenient. I enjoyed my stay very much. But still I would like to give two comments for improvement. Firstly, I hate the fridge's automatic charging system. As the mini-fridge was already stuffed with 28 chargeable items, it was so mean and not user friendly to the occupants. Secondly, I did come across with a very rude staff in the reception while I was enquiring for a delay check out request. Her only rely was "No" without any explanation.

Connected to Suntec by a footbridge which facilitated getting to a conference venue in no time. Great bar and swimming pool. Good location as it is only 10-15 min from Marina Bay and other city landmarks. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Impressive lobby on entering. Seeing pilots check-in is always a good sign. The room was nice. It smelled a bit to old carpet, but as I understand that is in the process of being replaced. Staff was nice and well trained. Pool was great, facilities were on point. Great location and view. Will definitely recommend this place

The hotel was good except for the storage space in the room, no drawers to put clothes in and very limited hanging space in open wardrobe. This hotel is fine if you are staying one night and not unpacking but for longer it is not satisfactory. The only drawer was a very large one under the luggage rack which already had hotel stuff like laundry bags and slippers in it. No other useable space for underwear, socks, shorts, tee shirts and everything else you travel with. We left everything in the suitcase. Room 711.

However, very dated property - paint on furniture peeling off, strange smell in the room, broken plumbing/clugged bath tub, flooded floor every time bath was taken, weird drapery on the window, and on and on. The room was beautiful and well designed. Very clean and modern, I had an incredible view of Marina Bay. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would stay again. My only suggestion would be to have a pillow menu as I wasn’t a fan of the ones provided and they affected my sleep.

I would like to provide feedback on my breakfast experience at EDGE restaurant. While I appreciate the variety and quality of the food, I was quite disappointed with the service. During my visit, I noticed more than ten staff members walking around and chatting among themselves, yet no one was clearing tables or attending to guests efficiently. This created an impression of inattentiveness and a lack of professionalism, which is not what I expect from a five-star establishment. Additionally, when we arrived at the restaurant early in the morning, we requested to sit in a section near the buffet. To our surprise, the counter staff informed us that while we could sit there, no staff would be available to attend to us. The staff even asked if we were “okay” with this arrangement, which was quite unexpected and unprofessional. It is concerning that a part of the restaurant would be accessible to guests but without proper service. Given the high standards associated with Pan Pacific, I believe this is an area that requires immediate improvement. A five-star reputation is built not only on facilities and food but also on the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, and I look forward to seeing service enhancements in the future.

Le séjour s'est très bien passé, l'hôtel est magnifique et la chambre est superbe ! Nous y sommes restés pour l'anniversaire de ma copine et nous avons eu des ballons et un gâteau au chocolat dans la chambre, nous étions ravis de ces petites attentions. Un grand merci à Amanda pour son aide ! Ma copine était malade et Amanda a pris le temps de nous aider, nous expliquer le fonctionnement à Singapour et nous a commandé le taxi pour aller aux urgences. Nous sommes vraiment reconnaissants ! Nous avons mangé au restaurant Keyaki et c'était délicieux, le meilleur restaurant japonais de notre vie !

When left room at 8am we activated button for housekeeping so room would be done well before we returned mid afternoon. But when we returned it had not been done and when I rang to advise that the request for housekeeping had not been carried out, she just "kindly reminded" me that room would be done anytime between 9 and 5. We were exhausted from day's sightseeing so told them not to bother with room. There were also other niggling problems with service, the Club 26 pastries were supposed to be available 7-10 but only turned up at 7.45 after I queried with a staff member, the room service order came with insufficient cutlery and crockery and the inroom tv inaccurately always denied there was a bill. But the worst thing was on checking out we intended to use our existing Discovery dollars on my account from previous stays but were told as stay had been booked by Expedia we could not use them. I did not expect to accrue points for the stay but I certainly expected to be able to use existing credit, and indeed we had treated ourselves to room service the previous evening to use this credit, would not have ordered if could not use the credit. We stayed here earlier this year with no problems but this 2 night stay was disappointing with the number of problems encountered in this short time. Poor service for this level of hotel

The room is nice and the bed is very comfortable, but there are no drawers and only a very small closet. The bathroom is large but shares a glass wall with the room, so turning on the light in the bathroom lights up the bedroom. You can walk to the waterfront and esplanade and to MRT stations, but mostly by going through confusing shopping malls. Still, the location is convenient.

It was our first time in Singapore and the reception was helpful especially their concierge area. Also the staff on the door are superb, all of them! Friendly and great service in hot weather, working hard with taxis etc. The hotel is near all main attractions. Had an issue, the manager compensated it whilst leaving so I was happy with it as we came for our wedding anniversary. Hotel itself is clean and lovely, the poolside isn’t too big. However I was disappointed the fact they didn’t have much options for vegetarians and vegans. Also cakes containing fish. They have nice lounge area was unable to have afternoon tea as the chef cannot do vegetarian options which was disappointing comparing to other hotels we been plus this is suppose to be 5 star hotel so had high hopes. I did pass the feedback, if they do change the food dietary part then yes would definitely stay again! It’s 14hrs away visit, so it’s important and lots of money to visit.
