Un établissement très bien situé, desservi par le métro qui se situe juste en dessous un très gros avantage. La piscine est superbe juste dommage que les places avec transat sont très vite limitées. Il y’a pas mal de choix concernant le petit déjeuner.

The room was spotless, modern and well-appointed. The hotel is in a great location for shopping on Orchard Road, and the MRT (Subway) entrance is conveniently located right next to the hotel entrance. Very convenient and easy way to travel anywhere in Singapore. The rooftop bar and pool is great t relacx after a days sight seeing.

Housekeeping was efficient. Nice rooms but drain in the shower was quite noisy. Great rooftop pool if you want the infinity pool experience. Drinks were a bit overpriced at the Tiki bar and no happy hour on the weekend! :-(

The hotel was spotless and the staff super-helpful. I recommend the rooftop pool & bar. The food (particularly the chicken satay) is great. The Club upgrade was worth it as well. My room was on the 18th floor and it was very peaceful in the Club Lounge at breakfast.

Lovely hotel and gorgeous pool. Wonderful location. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that it took 3 days, and a request from us, for them to mop up a stain on the floor. The stain was there when we arrived.

Hotel location is very convenient to tourists with the Somerset MRT station right below it. Room is good size, modern, clean, and comfortable. Staff at the lobby were very helpful and courteous. Rooftop infinity pool is just very very comfortable.

Auf einer längeren Asienreise haben wir zuerst 3 Nächte und später 1 Nacht in Singapur im JEN Hotel verbracht. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die zentrale Lage mit einer „eigenen“ U-Bahn Station. Das Zimmer war ordentlich gross. Es könnte noch etwas sauberer sein. Sehr genossen haben wir den Pool im 19. Stock mit einer herrlichen Aussicht über die Stadt.

Hotel is in an excellent location on Orchard Road for keen shoppers. Next to Orchardgateway Shopping Centre which has many food outlets as well. Entrance to Somerset subway station directly below the hotel. Great rooftop pool and gym with good size changing rooms. King city view room is as described. The room was clean and has filter water tap, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body wash, hairdryer, ice bucket, kettle, tea and coffee. Universal power outlet and USB charging ports on the desk. A safe inside the wardrobe. King bed very comfortable. The room itself is on the warmer side as airconditioning is controlled centrally (so to be energy efficient). Only minor negative is demolition happening in the construction site across the road so we can hear the noises in the morning.

立地とプールに惹かれて予約。写真通りプールからの眺めは良く、子供も喜んで滞在中3回ほど入った。プールサイドでプール用タオルをかりれる。立地も駅すぐだったので、観光や買い物に疲れたら一度休憩に帰ってきたりできて良かった。有名バクテーも近いし、313のフードコートも良かった。朝食は追加料金を考えてもまぁまぁ納得できる内容で、4泊したが飽きる事なく食べれた。いくつかは日替わりで変更になるし、麺類も毎日変わった。子供がいると早起きして外に朝食を食べに行くのは中々難しいので子連れは朝食付きが良いと思う。肝心の部屋はスーペリアを予約したが、27㎡あるとは思えない狭さ。小学生の子供と3人利用だったのでソファーベットをセットしてもらったが、部屋が狭くなるので結局一日だけ利用して後はソファーとして利用した。スーツケースはなんとか2つ広げられた。バスルーム周りだが、洗面台は部屋からしきりもなく、壁はもはやシャワールームの扉。脱ぎ着は丸見え。トイレもコツのいるウォシュレットがついているものの全面半透明の壁と扉。よほど深い中じゃないと、この水周りは嫌だと思う。ただ、清潔感はある。部屋もバスルーム周りも毎日掃除に入ってもらった。洗面台に飲料専用の蛇口があるので毎日その水でポカリを作り、飲料代を節約した。夏休み中の宿泊だったが、それを考慮しても一泊朝食付きで4万は高い。今回プールに惹かれて選択したが、この価格ならば次のリピートはない。

This hotel is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants around. However it is quite busy and not the most relaxing accommodation. The main problem is the room is rather small with little room for luggage and packing. The other issue was the smell in the room, esp. when AC is running slower and the fan is pushing out very stuffy musky air. The duct probably need a proper cleaning.

Excellent Club access on the 19th floor. Complement to the chef and staff! Rooms are clean with nice views. Only one slight complaint is the bed is way too hard. In retrospect, I should’ve inquire if they can provide a mattress topper.

Das Jen ist ein schönes Hotel direkt auf der Haupteinkaufsstraße Singapurs gelegen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Mall mit vielen Shopping & Essensmöglichkeiten. Weiteres Plus ist die MRT die direkt in der Mall zugänglich ist, wodurch man sich super in Singapur bewegen kann. Die Angestellten im Hotel waren freundlich, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer gut. Langsam aber sicher sind die Zimmer aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und brauchen mal wieder ein kleines refreshing. Riesiges Plus ist und bleibt der tolle Infinity Rooftop Pool, der ist wunderschön und lädt mit tollem Blick bis zum Marina Bay Sands zum verweilen ein. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können das Hotel empfehlen.

Great location right in the heart of a shopping district. Room was practical for a city hotel with a comfortable bed, not much privacy in the frosted glass bathroom. Rooftop pool was a huge benefit and turned out to a good vantage point to watch the fireworks. They were also really flexible at check out, allowing us to use the pool and shower facilities before our evening flight.

Fantastic location especially if catching the MRT/ public transport. Great rooms and love the vibe of the hotel. Clean, the AC did smell abit musty if set to a mid temperature, only at 16 did it not smell. Otherwise great place!

I had a staycation at this hotel, which is conveniently located next to Orchard Gateway, and near 313@Somerset and Orchard Central. The nearest MRT station is Somerset. The check-in process was smooth. The receptionist on the first floor was friendly and directed me to the 10th floor. The staff who checked me in was both professional and welcoming. However, the service during checkout was inconsistent. I was disturbed at 9 AM by room service knocking on the door, asking if I needed room service, despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign on. It made me question if the sign was effective. The day before checkout, I inquired about a late checkout, and the receptionist confirmed I could check out at 1:30 PM. However, around 1 PM, I received a call asking if I was checking out or staying another night since the system didn’t show the late checkout. It seemed there was a communication breakdown. The room was clean, though there was an odd smell near the entrance, likely from one of the furniture pieces. The bathroom and toilet were clean, with well-stocked hygiene kits. Coffee and tea packs were available as well. There was an ice maker and vending machine near the lift lobby. I also enjoyed the pool, where lifeguards were present for safety. When the weather turned bad, they made sure we were safe. I had drinks and snacks while enjoying a great view beside the pool.

I stayed at others Jen Hotel before. I don't know why this hotel there was no one assist you when you arrived at the front entrance from the taxi? I have 1 big luggage, small, and my hand carry. the hotel luggage cart was too small for all my luggage. I am sure they can see me from inside that I was having difficulty to load my luggage. I end up had a cut on my leg and hurt my right arm. This is not what you will expect from a hotel like Jen? The 2nd issue was when I finally went to the receptionist for check in. I told the lady that I would like to have a room the near the lift, due to my leg problem and big luggage. She said no problem. The room that she put me in was all the way to the end of the floor. I have to went downstairs and ask to change to a different room. something like this should not happened or she should ask me first. Very disappointed.

Check-in and room condition were satisfactory, and housekeeping was excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff, Ira, during check-out. I had requested my invoice to be sent via the hotel robot between 8am and 830am, as confirmed both during check-in and in a call the night before. Unfortunately, it was not delivered, and I had to go to the front desk to retrieve it. The line moved slowly, and when it was my turn, Ira realized the invoice had not been properly sent. What was most disappointing was her lack of an apology for the inconvenience caused or acknowledgment of the delay. Instead, she explained her side of the issue without addressing my concerns. When I pointed out the absence of an apology, she smirked, which I found unprofessional and dismissive. As a loyal guest who stays at Hotel Jen over 60 nights a year, this experience was below the usual standard. I hope the hotel will work on improving follow-through with guest requests and ensuring front desk staff respond with professionalism and empathy.

Great hotel with Somerset MRT directly underneath, we took a Grab on arrival £13 to hotel but going back to the airport we were well versed with using the MRT after 4x days of visiting, so we took the MRT back £2! Hotel has a great rooftop pool open till 10pm & the rooms were immaculate with daily cleaning. The hotel were aware of our birthday’s & we had a large bed decoration & treats provided for us on arrival, our hotel mirror had hand decorations/artworks from the hospitality team…. Just a fabulous experience. We ate breakfast in the shopping centre below the hotel everyday (Tim Hortin’s & bakery’s & others, there is so much choice of eating & clothes shopping if you forget anything & a 7/11 for water, juice etc). Thanks so much to the team at the Jen x x if you are looking at this hotel for a stay in Singapore please do not hesitate, it’s a fabulous spot.

The hotel location is in the center of Singapore with easy access to all the tourist attractions. It’s also adjacent to the Orchard mall with tons of options for dining and shopping making this hotel and favorable option for families with small children. It was super easy and affordable to call a Grab car or taxi. No need to rent a car. This staff is amazing, they literally turn down the room and vacuum every day. The roof top pool and restaurant is awesome. You have spectacular views with an infinity pool that has jets to massage your body. Five star accommodations and service. Will stay here if we ever return to Singapore.

Everything in this hotel was great. We stay at the family deluxe room and it was really big. The location is excellent for food and shopping. The breakfast was great and the staffs was well-organised to bring guest to the table. Overall this is a excellent hotel and I will definitely recommend you to stay here.

Leider glich die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück einer Kantine/Mensa, es war sehr laut sehr wuselig. Und man musste sehr lange warten einen Tisch zu bekommen. Da hätte das Hotel weitere Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung stellen müssen. Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt an Grenzen waren mehrere Shopping Malls mit guten food Cornern.
