For a 1st time visit to Singapore, this was THE resort to stay in. It is away from the downtown area, which is a little of a pain if you want walkable to the main attractions, but the serene landscape and the frogs at night make for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the birds chirping was amazing. Our stay included breakfast which was amazing. Not only a wide variety of foods, but a fresh juice bar, juicer to make your own juice and a champagne bar for you to make your own mimosas. Rooms were spacious amd cleaning people were very good at turn down service and replenising/cleaning each day. There were a few issues during our stay but everything was handled in a professional manner. We had to wait to check in to our room, they brought us to the dining area to have tea while we waited. Window shade was stuck so was unable to close during our 1st night, they fixed the following day while we were at breakfast. Another thing to note is that the resort had reusable water bottles in the room to use, along with a water filling station in the room, as well as every floor. Only negative is that because the resort is so new, taxi have no idea where to go or how to get here. Overall will definitely recommend to everyone and stay again.

Really fantastic, loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Our young daughter fell into the rooftoop pool (our fault for not paying attention) and the heroic staff member jumped in without a seconds thought. But even more the hotel was faultless, the rangers club (kids club) was great for the kids, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had complimentary champagne and bloody Mary’s, and the general vibe was luxury and relaxation. So glad we stayed here and will stay again I hope.

Stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday. Immaculate service, excellent amenities and facilities made this a comfortable stay. We had a pleasant surprise when we entered the room to find a birthday cake prepared for my boy. Highly recommended.

The good - unique and quality room fit-outs, tranquil views from room, lovely surrounds, good quality breakfast and the swimming Pool itself was great. Being a fairly expensive resort option - the place could improve on - more chairs around the swimming pool (there were 10 chairs all up, and there were always guests unable to find anywhere to put their towels/belongings by the pool (lockers were available for valuables in the change rooms, which I think was the resort’s compromise). Customer Service was a bit lacklustre/unfriendly; and room service was slow - we had to wait 80 minutes for chips and had to follow up 3 times. Then just partially cancelled the order.

Brand new hotel with Eco concept but the indications within hotel are not clear. Room is cozy but the sound proof was poor, can hear someone walk by your door . Breakfast not as expected , not many variety even the sausage tastes starchy. (Banyan Tree should be able to provide better sausage), free flow wine is a plus in breakfast time . Staffs are all friendly but need to improve the knowledge of hotel environment , they gave me wrong directions 3 times from different people during my stay. Overall experience was ok, not met the standard of Banyan Tree.

호수 뷰 객실로 했는데 아주 만족스러웠어요. 힐링 그자체. 방도 깔끔하고 중간중간 청소도 해주시고 어메니티도 충분해요. 생일예약이라니 풀사이즈 케이크도 준비해주셨어요. 케이크가 너무 커서 다 못먹었다고 말하니 집으로 돌아갈때 테이크아웃까지 해주심. 감동! 수영장은 베드가 몇개 없어서 눈치싸움 심하고 그늘도 거의 없어서 베드 못잡으면 오래 이용이 좀 힘들어요ㅠ 저희는 베드를 잡아서 다행히 세시간 정도 잘 놀았어요. 사진찍기 너무 좋고 풀바 음식도 만족스러웠어요. 리조트 건물 자체도 예쁘고 반얀트리 스파도 대만족. 리조트 내나 동물원 근처로 산책길도 잘 되어있어요. 동물원 쪽으로 나가시면 식당도 많아요. 조식당도 샴페인 무제한에 음식도 맛있어요. 김치는 달달한 김치찌개 맛..에 떡볶이는 간장이 왕창 들어가서 너무 짜서 다 남겼지만.. 다른 음식들은 다 맛있게 먹었어요. 특히 휴롬같은 쥬서가 있어서 생과일 주스를 마음껏 만들어 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.

Amazing place to stay with a fantastic staff. Highlight of the trip was the attentiveness of the staff both at the call centre and at the front desk. Made a call to the call centre to ask for a bucket of ice as the phone in the room wasn't working. Small issue to us, and the team quickly followed up with an email. Besides this and the lack of water station on level 3, the resort is definitely worth the trip. Will be back.

Enjoy my stay here in the nature, and it is easy access to the attractions like zoo, bird park, etc. But the negative part of it: heard from the staff that this hotel was officially launched in April 2925, but I already started to see wear and tear everywhere. Light bulb on top of the basin in my room was out and was not replaced which I consider this as a neglect that should be noticed before the guest pointed it out.

酒店根本未準備好營業， 原定3pm check in, 到5pm才有房。 lobby大批未能check in的客人。進房後上一個客人的濕毛巾同垃圾仍然於房中，床沒有收拾好。打電話到front desk永遠沒有人前來幫助。最後我8:30pm才入住正常房間。 酒店餐廳亦未完全準備好， 晚餐食物很一般。 We had a terrible experience at this place. Check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM, but when we arrived at 4 PM, we saw a large group of guests waiting around, many of them complaining about the delay. We didn’t get our room keys until 5 PM. When we finally entered our room, we were shocked. The bedsheets were messy and crumpled, slippers from previous guests were randomly placed on towels by the bed, and the touchscreen air-conditioning control panel didn’t work. Then I checked the fridge—there were already opened drinks inside! I called housekeeping twice, but no one showed up. At 6:30 PM, things got even worse. I went to the bathroom and found used toilet paper still in the toilet bowl, a dirty towel with horrible stains, and another wet towel hanging there. Even the trash bin was full of waste from previous guests! At this point, it was clear that the room hadn’t even been cleaned before we checked in. Frustrated, we went to the reception to speak with the Duty Manager, Shamina. While we were complaining, another couple came up to her, questioning if this was really a Banyan Tree resort. Everywhere we looked, guests were angry and complaining, but I honestly think our case was one of the worst.

It's a nice property in general but have a few issues. Food is below average. Room view may not be what they marketed. Glass window is dirty. No taxi and you have to pay a surcharge. The kids club and service are the bright spots. Might skip this if the price is the same as those 5 stars hotels in the city area.

The services of the staff are exceptional, however, there are areas of disappointments such as the poor sound proofing doors (we could hear the hitting of far construction, people talking along corridor and dragging of luggages...) The so-tech appeared touch screen in room control panel hangs easily (seems like a design issue or lack of rams?) The night light (blue) of the switch is very bright and maybe there us option to off that too but i m not aware. Given this resort is rather new, it just feel insufficient thoughts were put in to create customer experience particularly this carries a banyan tree brand.

The hotel aesthetics is awesome. Check in was smooth thanks to Ka Woon who explained everything clearly. The sanctuary double double was spacious for a family of 4, and the view overlooking the reservoir makes for a great photo opportunity. The resort is connected to the zoo with only 1 bus stop (free shuttle available) to the bird park. This makes visiting the park convenient as we do not need to worry about the kids fussing. Special mention to Wichai and Joanne who welcomed us during the stay. They were very attentive and provided exceptional service. Also thanks to James who assisted with our luggage and helped to direct our cab driver on how to get to the resort. Although it was an ad-hoc stay for our family, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Nice ambience and it was truly an experience close to nature. Room was big with 36sqm. We enjoyed the reservoir view very much. Besides shampoo, shower gels and hand liquid soup. Resort also provides full set of toiletries, eg brush, comb, sewing kit, nail file, bath glove, vanity set, dental kit, shaving kit, sanitary bag, tooth paste/brush,sewing cap, mouth wash etc. Coffee and Tea Making Facilities is available in the room as well. Being a fairly expensive resort option - the place could improve on - more chairs around the swimming pool (there were 10 chairs all up, and there were always guests unable to find anywhere to put their towels/belongings by the pool (lockers were available for valuables in the change rooms, which I think was the resort’s compromise). Customer Service was a bit lacklustre/unfriendly; and room service was slow - we had to wait 80 minutes for chips and had to follow up 3 times. Then just partially cancelled the order.

Brand new hotel with Eco concept but the indications within hotel are not clear. Room is cozy but the sound proof was poor, can hear someone walk by your door . Breakfast not as expected , not many variety even the sausage tastes starchy. (Banyan Tree should be able to provide better sausage), free flow wine is a plus in breakfast time . Staffs are all friendly but need to improve the knowledge of hotel environment , they gave me wrong directions 3 times from different people during my stay. Overall experience was ok, not met the standard of Banyan Tree.

1. No specialty for higher range room category 2. Late check-in 3. U’ll have nice view room if u’re lucky 4. The air-con temperature just don’t suit Singapore Weather. Having it at min 22 degree is a terrible idea coz the fan is just not strong enough to cool the room down during super hot weather. 5. The hotel aesthetics is awesome. Check in was smooth thanks to Ka Woon who explained everything clearly. The sanctuary double double was spacious for a family of 4, and the view overlooking the reservoir makes for a great photo opportunity. The resort is connected to the zoo with only 1 bus stop (free shuttle available) to the bird park. This makes visiting the park convenient as we do not need to worry about the kids fussing. Special mention to Wichai and Joanne who welcomed us during the stay. They were very attentive and provided exceptional service. Also thanks to James who assisted with our luggage and helped to direct our cab driver on how to get to the resort. Although it was an ad-hoc stay for our family, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 5 days and the service was just phenomenal. We had fresh towels every day with the complimentary kits (dental kit, sewing kit, vanity kit which had hair tie amongst other things). The staff always greeted us with a good morning, afternoon or evening, depending on time of the day. The rainforest vibe it had definitely gave us a very nice, relaxing and peaceful getaway. I would stay here again if i can continue to afford it 😁

Amazing place to stay with a fantastic staff. Highlight of the trip was the attentiveness of the staff both at the call centre and at the front desk. Made a call to the call centre to ask for a bucket of ice as the phone in the room wasn't working. Small issue to us, and the team quickly followed up with an email. Besides this and the lack of water station on level 3, the resort is definitely worth the trip. Will be back.

Choose this property if you do not require any services especially in terms of house keeping or in-room dining services. There is a lack of processes and communication between the front desk, telephone operator, house-keeping and in-room dining. What is worse is that the manager on duty offered to make up for our unpleasant experiences, which isn’t conveyed appropriately to the staff which ultimately resulted in house keeping barging into our room after knocking for 4-5 times, demanding that we check out since it is past check out timing. The level of service we got is not even comparable to 3-star developments. Please do better, Bayan Tree, be it resort or not.

For a 1st time visit to Singapore, this was THE resort to stay in. It is away from the downtown area, which is a little of a pain if you want walkable to the main attractions, but the serene landscape and the frogs at night make for a relaxing stay. Waking up to the birds chirping was amazing. Our stay included breakfast which was amazing. Not only a wide variety of foods, but a fresh juice bar, juicer to make your own juice and a champagne bar for you to make your own mimosas. Rooms were spacious amd cleaning people were very good at turn down service and replenising/cleaning each day. There were a few issues during our stay but everything was handled in a professional manner. We had to wait to check in to our room, they brought us to the dining area to have tea while we waited. Window shade was stuck so was unable to close during our 1st night, they fixed the following day while we were at breakfast. Another thing to note is that the resort had reusable water bottles in the room to use, along with a water filling station in the room, as well as every floor. Only negative is that because the resort is so new, taxi have no idea where to go or how to get here. Overall will definitely recommend to everyone and stay again.

Really fantastic, loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Our young daughter fell into the rooftoop pool (our fault for not paying attention) and the heroic staff member jumped in without a seconds thought. But even more the hotel was faultless, the rangers club (kids club) was great for the kids, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had complimentary champagne and bloody Mary’s, and the general vibe was luxury and relaxation. So glad we stayed here and will stay again I hope.

호수 뷰 객실로 했는데 아주 만족스러웠어요. 힐링 그자체. 방도 깔끔하고 중간중간 청소도 해주시고 어메니티도 충분해요. 생일예약이라니 풀사이즈 케이크도 준비해주셨어요. 케이크가 너무 커서 다 못먹었다고 말하니 집으로 돌아갈때 테이크아웃까지 해주심. 감동! 수영장은 베드가 몇개 없어서 눈치싸움 심하고 그늘도 거의 없어서 베드 못잡으면 오래 이용이 좀 힘들어요ㅠ 저희는 베드를 잡아서 다행히 세시간 정도 잘 놀았어요. 사진찍기 너무 좋고 풀바 음식도 만족스러웠어요. 리조트 건물 자체도 예쁘고 반얀트리 스파도 대만족. 리조트 내나 동물원 근처로 산책길도 잘 되어있어요. 동물원 쪽으로 나가시면 식당도 많아요. 조식당도 샴페인 무제한에 음식도 맛있어요. 김치는 달달한 김치찌개 맛..에 떡볶이는 간장이 왕창 들어가서 너무 짜서 다 남겼지만.. 다른 음식들은 다 맛있게 먹었어요. 특히 휴롬같은 쥬서가 있어서 생과일 주스를 마음껏 만들어 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.
호수 뷰 객실로 했는데 아주 만족스러웠어요. 힐링 그자체. 방도 깔끔하고 중간중간 청소도 해주시고 어메니티도 충분해요. 생일예약이라니 풀사이즈 케이크도 준비해주셨어요. 케이크가 너무 커서 다 못먹었다고 말하니 집으로 돌아갈때 테이크아웃까지 해주심. 감동! 수영장은 베드가 몇개 없어서 눈치싸움 심하고 그늘도 거의 없어서 베드 못잡으면 오래 이용이 좀 힘들어요ㅠ 저희는 베드를 잡아서 다행히 세시간 정도 잘 놀았어요. 사진찍기 너무 좋고 풀바 음식도 만족스러웠어요. 리조트 건물 자체도 예쁘고 반얀트리 스파도 대만족. 리조트 내나 동물원 근처로 산책길도 잘 되어있어요. 동물원 쪽으로 나가시면 식당도 많아요. 조식당도 샴페인 무제한에 음식도 맛있어요. 김치는 달달한 김치찌개 맛..에 떡볶이는 간장이 왕창 들어가서 너무 짜서 다 남겼지만.. 다른 음식들은 다 맛있게 먹었어요. 특히 휴롬같은 쥬서가 있어서 생과일 주스를 마음껏 만들어 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았어요.

It's a nice property in general but have a few issues. Food is below average. Room view may not be what they marketed. Glass window is dirty. No taxi and you have to pay a surcharge. The kids club and service are the bright spots. Might skip this if the price is the same as those 5 stars hotels in the city area.

My family and I like this resort, we come back often. I remember there were empty bottle provided for me to refill waters. Somehow this time not provided anymore. And the Laksa from the Buffet is not there anymore, my daughter likes it a lot, so its sad that she can not have it during our stay this time. Hope it can come back! 😁

Not up to the level of brand name of ‘Banyan Tree’. It seems that i paid for 2 stars hotel. Staff was unfriendly, checkin was not smooth, breakfast was in a mess and service was not attended. I will not recommend guests from overseas.
