I had a wonderful stay at Palma Bay Rotana Resort and would happily rate it 4.8/5. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The resort is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere that's perfect for a getaway. Our One-Bedroom Suite was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh, delicious options, and the resort's facilities were very good. Whether you're looking to unwind by the beach or enjoy the many amenities, Palma Bay Rotana delivers a fantastic experience. The only reason I'm giving 4.8 instead of a perfect 5 is that there are a few minor details that could be improved, but they didn't take away from what was an amazing vacation. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I would definitely recommend Palma Bay Rotana Resort and look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well taken care of. The breakfast was also great, and we really appreciated how family-friendly and welcoming the hotel was. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is very nice. The breakfast buffet has lots of selection and is very good. The one thing I did not like were the staff they have to sell you spa packages, yoga etc that basically do not leave you alone on the beach, I really didn’t like that. Once you say no they shouldn’t come back around, many people were bothered

Very Rude staff and don't support the customer needs. The breakfast buffet is terrible full of processed and canned food. Rooney service is terrible and the beach is dirty. Will never go back there ever again
